My experience was one of the worst nail treatments I have ever had. I walked in requesting SNS dip powder. I had long nails that grew under a tip. I explained I would like to keep my nail length but take the tip off and dip my natural nail. It's a process I've done before when my nails have grown to a long natural length. The gentlemen who did my nails did not want to soak my nails instead he slightly clipped the tip at the top then took the drill to remove nails. The problem with this is not only did it ruin my natural nail it caused them to break. So I had some nails long and some where short. It also hurt which I let telling him. I have never had a BA all removal like this. I also asked for clear as I like natural looking nails. He grabs light pink. I told him no. He said this will look better. I was in shock. When you go to nail salon they ask you to pick a color. I'm the one who is paying for it why the opinion? Then to top it off for the top coat he wanted to put gel on top. I said No. This is where I put my foot down. He did SNS through the whole process and now he wants to do gel. The lamp heat bothers my skin which is why I don't do gel. He was upset with me and told me it last longer. I paid for my services and left, I will NEVER come back for another experience. read more

This place is absolute trash. I would never recommend anyone to come here. I came in for pedicures with my daughters and they sat us down and then said they could get us in after a few minutes, after 15 minutes they started one of my daughters and then 45 minutes later we weren't even updated. We just sat and waited. They didn't give us updates or even mention that it would have been a longer wait. They helped others who had come in after us. They are highly unprofessional. read more

As you can see by the pictures, they look ok other than the lines in the nail bed. The nails were taken all of the way off, no acrylic was left behind so they basically had a blank slate to work with. I think the problem is that he started with the tips and brought the white down too far. Then he tried to scrub out the white with a brush and then he did the nail bed. The corners of my nails are all very sharp. And a couple of the nails peak because he filed the sides too much and didn't go over the tops with the file to round them. I was there for almost 2 hours! They also had me leave to go get cash and come back to pay. So I had to get in my car and go to Walmart to buy something and get money back. I will never go back. Seriously disappointed. And I agree with the others on here, they do not have very good customer service skills. read more

I love this place. Been coming here over a year. Rachel is amazing but the last two visits I had Lynn. She's nice but rushes her manicures the top coat chipped off the next day and the shape was so horrible. My first pedicure was this last visit and Lynn dug at my big toe until it bled and now I have a gross infection. Terrible service. Made an apt for 4 people at noon- we arrive and didn't get help for 45 minutes. When asking when we would be helped (two of us hadn't been touched in 45 minutes) They told us we needed to specify that we all wanted to be serviced at once... I never was helped and painted my own nails ‍ One of us had their nails painted the wrong color- not noticing till the other had her nails painted what was meant to be the same color One of us had an unsanitary cleaning and complain but the lay did nothing. Just overall an AWFUL experience for 4 people excited to get nails done for a wedding (bride was with us) Super bummer. read more

It is run down and dated, but the prices are far more affordable than other salons in the area and the people are extremely friendly and take pride in their work. Worst nail experience. I went in to get a full set and I had an appointment at 10. No one started my nails until 10:30 and I was the only one in there. The guy began taking off my old acrylics and was SO rough that my nails started bleeding and filed my nails so thin that it was bare skin. I had to ask him to wash my hands because I wanted to clean out my bleeding parts. Whenever I would tell him it hurt or pull back my hand, he would just put pressure on it and start again. I used to come here often and really liked the girls who worked here but lately it's all different people. They are really slow, waiting customers don't matter, no additional sense of urgency. They also think it's perfectly fine to make you wait and lie about what they were doing. I was told a lady was waxing someone, and when she waddled out 15 mins later there was absolutely no on behind her. They don't speak any english at all, and normally this doesn't bother me but not one person in there can communicate with you. I waited for 40 mins, of course I was told it would be 5 mins. I have only used this nail salon for the last 4 years. They are usually really good but it depends on who is doing your manicure. I've had times where I walk out and my fingers hurt for days afterwards. There's also been numerous times I've had to point out spots that they had missed with the nail polish. But like I said, most of the time they do a great job. However recently I had to venture out to a different salon because I arrived around 3:30pm on a Sunday (they're open until I believe 5 pm) and they were helping ONE customer. There was no one waiting or anything and they told me they were too busy and to come back later. I explained that as a mother to an 8 month old this was literally my only time available to have my nails done to which the young man just blankly stared at me. After stating I would be going somewhere else he just "okay" and proceeded to ignore me. As someone who has only used this salon for years I was very upset about how poorly I was treated and honestly will probably never be returning. read more

I love this place and the people that work here. While they are always pretty busy, they seem to work everyone in and I always feel pampered. They are very good and I always love the way that my feet look when I come out. Ann is the most thorough at pedicures. She may take a little longer but she does a great job. I will not be going back here. It took them an hour and a half to do a shellac polish change and then charged me for a full manicure! Other people got in and out while they made me wait with foil on my hands until my fingers were burning. They have no concept of first come first served or respect for their customers time. The quality of service is very hit or miss too. You might get a relaxing pedicure (in 2 hours because they will wait until the water is cold to serve you) or they might give you a painful massage and stab you with their long fingernails all while showing you products they can't deliver on. read more

Actually this service deserves zero stars. A very disappointing experience, the worst ever especially for a spa salon. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I did not have an appointment so I had no problem waiting for the person I wanted. I simply wanted my own nails painted with gel polish. However after more than the 20 mins that I was told had passed, I decided to go ahead with the young girl that was sitting at a nail booth on her phone. (The booth had a license with name Phoung Dang). BIG MISTAKE! She was very annoyed and impatient from the beginning. She handed me the nail swatches to select my color. I chose two colors. One of which was a sparkly-glitter silver. As she was applying the base coats, she was in such a hurry, she was not reaching the sides of my nail bed AND PICKED UP HER PHONE BETWEEN EACH COAT. When she was applying the color, she was so far away from my cuticle, my nails look a few days old. When I asked about it she said if she painted closer it would run and chip. When applying the glitter polish as accent nails, she was stacking the polish so high it was pooling as a bubble on the sides of my nail. When I pointed it out to her, she grabbed my hands and took her own finger and wiped the glitter polish off my nails. She said it would take 10 coats to match what I saw on the nail swatch. I asked for another polish that would take less coats, I picked one. Now she was throwing my hand back at me each time she polished for me to place it under the light (it was for me to assume it was time for the light when she threw my hand back). She was not waiting for the time to count down so I still ended up with pooling lumps on my nails. I couldn't take anymore, I asked for the manager, the lady at the desk (Rachel) insisted I speak with her and after I asked for the manager 3 times, she said she was. When I explained to the "manager", demonstrated how the girl was throwing my hand, and showed her my nails, the "manager" attempted to fix my nails. Unfortunately she said she could not do anything about the other nail tech and her lack of professionalism. Short of starting over on my nails, she also could not fix my nails after a few minutes of filing my nails even shorter. The nail tech sat there beside us the entire time on her phone, offering no apologies. The manager finally apologized at the end and did not charge me for the mess I was left with. read more
