Delicious burgers and fries! It was my first time eating here and I enjoyed it. This was on a Friday around 130pm and it wasn't very busy so I didn't have to wait long for my food. The burgers taste fresh and the fries taste homemade and they give you a cup full of them! My only issue was the burgers are a bit small for the price. I absolutely love this place, but today I was very disappointed. I placed my order via the app and when I arrived my hot dog was sitting in a bag and they were waiting on the sweet potato fries. I wish I had a photo to share of all the delicious food we had, but we ate it too fast. We were searching for a quick spot to grab take-out as we were passing through the area on a drive. The food was hot, fresh and really tasty. I got a lettuce wrapped mushroom Swiss burger with added avocado. I'm really glad I skipped the bun because it allowed me to focus on the outstanding flavors of the burger and toppings. Honestly, it's the best burger I've had in a long time. Husband got the standard burger and was extremely pleased, too. The sweet potato fries have a very subtle spice to them. I really liked those too. And as an aside in this covid world, the food prep area is up front so you watch them cook your meal. Which is just a nice peace of mind. The Well D'Onion is a 1/3 lb cheeseburger topped off with grilled onions & onion strings laying on raw onions & lettuce embraced by a potato bun/bread. This selection does not have pickles or tomatoes as it would kill the savory flavors of each onion/s. The Certified Angus Beef juices were running down my hand and arm while I was eating. The potato bread is simply the best to use for a burger, it's so tasty. The french fries are hand cut with the skin intact. They are initially fried for about 3-4 minutes, then fried again when filling orders. This allows the smaller pieces to be crispy while keeping the larger pieces hot while your eating. I came here with 2 other co-workers and went with the Swiss Mushroom burger and opted for an extra beef patty. We ordered the family size half-half French fries and split it among the 3 of us. Swiss Mushroom Burger ($7.49) - All the beef burgers here come with a 1/4lb. beef patty and are priced at close to $6.50. For a little over a $1 you're able to get an extra patty, which makes for a better deal. My burger was juicy and tasted pretty good. It also came with some fried onions that provided for an excellent mouth feel. Family size half-half fries ($5.50) - A massive amount of French fries and sweet potato fries were served up on a tray. This was a great amount for the 3 of us and made for a much better deal then the single serving of fries. The Idaho potato fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and tasted pretty good. I was a little disappointed with the soggy sweet potato fries. Overall the food tastes pretty good here and they use Angus beef here for their burgers. The pricing is a bit more than one would expect to pay at In-N-Out. A burger, fry and drink will set one back about $13. I definitely recommend getting the family fries and sharing as well as going with an extra patty to help take some of the sting off from the pricing. read more

All the workers were wearing masks as well and also it is required everywhere in Irvine to wear a mask so that's good. There menu is pretty extensive but the worker up front was courteous and gave us some suggestion even to my friend who is a vegetarian. I decided to go with the mushroom Swiss burger with bacon and French fries! The burger was absolutely delicious. Extremely juicy and their meat patties aren't frozen so it tasted great! Bacon was crispy and the crispy onions were awesome. The French fries were good. I wish they were a little bit crispier but overall the meal was great! I looked over their vegan/vegetarian menu and it looks great! I'm sure if you have any questions the people upfront will help easily. Overall there wasn't much to complain about. Maybe the price cause it was around $10 for a burger and fries but hell it was worth every penny to me! Came here on a Saturday afternoon before visiting Tanaka Farms pumpkin patch. Quick and cheap food but still good quality. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was fried perfectly. We also ordered the bacon cheese burger without cheese but got cheese on the burger. We brought it back and they made a fresh one no problem. Shareable fries are more than enough for 2 people! Pleasantly surprised by the portion size for the low price tag. Definitely a great place to go if you're craving a burger but want something other than large chain restaurants and don't want to pay an arm and a leg. Only downside to this place was that the inside smelled a little weird to me. Can't put my finger on what the smell was but it was not very pleasant. Was excited to try out for the first time but the food turned out to be disappointing: Cheeseburger: Ordered the basic to test their burgers. They smash the patty on the grill and sprinkle salt on top as they grill. So far so good. But the end product wasn't as good. The bottom bun got soggy quickly. There was very little shredded lettuce and one tiny tomato slice. No pickles. Had I not asked for the onions when ordering, I would not have gotten them in my burger. The biggest negative was the ground tendons inside the patty, those hard bits you can't really chew. I took out at least 5 of them. It results in a bad mouth-feel and the overall lowering of the quality of the patty. Not surprisingly, the patty had that beefy smell (gamey smell/taste) that was unpleasant. Additionally, they could have seasoned the beef more. Overall, the burger lacked flavor. The Idaho fries: It's hard to screw up on fries. I am generally not picky with fries but perhaps because I wasn't enjoying the burger, I began nit-picking at the fries. The fries were not cooked to the fullest. There were too many blackened "eyes" of the potato (you don't want to eat the eyes due to their higher concentration of toxins). Overall, the entire experience was bad enough to tell myself never to return to this place. On to the next burger joint! read more

We've tried many of the local hamburger chains, and this is the only one we return to. The location, at first, was a real put off. Even though we are frequently at Ralph's, the parking on the restaurant side of Alton Marketplace is an absolute death match! You need to be seriously on guard. Then we got some coupons in the mail, and everything changed. I definitely believe that gluten free buns should not be such a significant upcharge, since they are actually necessary for the larger number of people who buy them (like myself). So, my plain turkey burger with cheese and a GF bun is about $16, but the price evens out with more traditional faire. So yeah, we've been back a number of times (with and without coupons), and I can say we've never been disappointed. It is really nice to have a real bun that isn't a messy lettuce wrap. I went here after going to Tanaka farms and got the Mushroom Swiss Burger and family sized fries to share with my wife and kid. Their fries reminded me very much of Five Guys, so if you're into those type of fries, you'll probably like them here as well. As for the burger, it was good as well. I wouldn't say great, as it was a bit greasy, but good. However, I probably wouldn't go here again but I'm glad I tried it and if you want a greasy burger that has a feel to Five Guys, you'll probably like this place as well. read more

I was served one of the worst burgers I've had in a long time. I would not describe the patties as juicy as much as oily . Two oily patties, 1 piece of cheese, a decent tomato, a dollop of thousand island and a little bit of shredded lettuce on a sponge like "potato bun" constituted my Mooyah Double Cheeseburger. We loved this place beside in n out for burger. However this place is downhill jerking abusive. We came in over past weekend for late lunch around 2pm. We ordered: - bbq burger (love it) - mushroom burger (seriously where is the mushroom?) I have to bring back and ask if this is a mushroom burger, yeah that stingy.... - kid meal that came with chips and etc - oreo shake - shareable fries The worst came when our order is ready. It took them 30 minutes, ok since i love the olace i can tolarate it. The person just hand us our order into 4 different trays, i was like sweet and ready to eat. By the time we went back to our seat, i noticed that it was missing some orders which was the chips that came with the kid menu and the shakes. I went back to them ans nicely asked if the order were missing some which was chip and shake. Guess what he responded to me??? What chip and shake with an "attitude". I showed him the receipt and look at this. He didnt appologize and just hand me the chip, and i said what about the shake, and he tried to look for it even asked other workers.
