Imagine my happiness as I strolled outside to see the Holy Smoke BBQ truck. FINALLY here was my chance and the line wasn't enormous yet. Amazing meaty smells wafted at me as I waited to give my order, I told the guy operating the till that his truck smelled wonderful. I think I scared him slightly. I got the pulled pork meal, all the meals come with your choice of side: potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, but I opted for the corn bread. They were super quick with doling out the orders, once you receive it you can shimmy three steps to the left and put on all the BBQ sauces. I swear there are at least 15 options of sauces ranging from spicy to sweet and even some smoky sauces were available. I lathered up my pulled pork bun and found somewhere to sit and eat. I could write a sonnet about that corn bread. As I ate it, I was ashamed I had baked corn bread the week before as it was an insult to this immaculate creation of corn and flour.
