In negotiations, they then told me these cars don't get sent with a charger anyways- so they wouldn't negotiate on the cost to replace. This was from both the Sales manager and another lending agent. They went as far as showing me the window sticker as "proof" of its absence. I contacted Kia Corp. They affirmed the inclusion of a charger. Even told me to refer to the owners manual and it's specific language(see picture). Radio silence from the General manager, I'm unimpressed. As a "family owned business" is keeping a trickle charger worth the cost of your reputation?

I never had to wonder what was happening with my truck. What impressed me even more was how I was treated before the service department had even opened. I was stranded at the dealership on a Sunday, waiting for the tow truck to arrive with my truck. A gentleman working that day--I believe he was in sales or finance--treated me as though he were welcoming me into his own home. He came outside to visit with me, invited me to wait inside where it was cool, and offered me water and cookies. That level of genuine kindness is incredibly rare in today's world. I brought in the front…read moresection of exhaust with a huge crack and leak around the flex coupler and front flange of a dual down pipe on an 1989 BMW 325i. I bought a good replacement flex coupler but needed it cut in and welded into place. This is a bit tricky since had to take it off the car to get to this part. Also, it's dual pipe from two exhaust manifolds that need to be aligned. I brought a spare set of manifolds I had and Kyle was able to weld it in perfectly using the manifolds as a sort of "template". Price was highly competitive and we got the exhaust back in later that day. Looks pretty good to the eye if you stare down into the engine bay too. Highly recommend for this type of work here in North County.

I purchased 5/15 /26 and on 5/28/26 Hybrid battery failed. I was informed that this is the second time the vehicle has had issues with the battery. Vehicle at the shop and another saftey recall occurs while at the shop which states you cannot park your vehicle inside a garage or around buildings. Come to find out same warnings where on the battery recall. Finally get my car 7/20/26 and less then 2 hours later check engine light goes on again because they forgot to add coolant to the hybrid battery so it was dry.. It was also 95 degrees outside which means hybrid battery is leaking now. I am scared and sick to my stomach driving this car now in fear of my safety. 3 problems with vehicle and less than 2 weeks of driving. General manager John W would not even come talk to me. Each time I was there bringing the car back he would start to walk toward me and then turn around and walk the other direction when he looked my direction. As a manager I would never do that to someone when I see members having a hard time. Dealership will not help me in anyway to return this vehicle or give me my money back and I am scared to death of it now.:(
