It took the salesman over 6 days to get me financed because they are usually in house and I went through my credit union. They could not get the paperwork correct to give to my bank which kept delaying the purchase. The car had an Open recall that they forgot to take care of before giving it to me. They sold the cat to me with no fuel in the tank and when I asked they put roughly 20 bucks in. They gave me a warranty for 30 days or 1000 miles and the check engi ne light came on at 996 miles ans they asked me to drive it to them and when I did they then said I was 8 miles over the warranty so I was on my own! I should have known better to buy from a place like this. The car I got was nice and I got it repaired on my dime. But the service and overall unprofessional people I dealt with including the management, service department, secretary and salesman has convinced me to never go here again. And to let as many people as can know that they should go elsewhere. Buyer beware of integrity motors. What a joke!

I absolutely trust him, especially now, though I don't remember his name while writing. He told me when I purchased the Jeep, the previous owner would be bringing by the Snorkel and some other additional accessories, (usually a BS claim), not with them, they both did, they are true to their word. The next week I was provided with a minimum $500 or more in accessories. These could have been sold on EBay and I would never have known. They are ethical. Enough said. Proud of our local community.

Well, a young lady by the name of Danielle, a Paso Robles KIA dealership employee, has a personality that leaves you smiling and feeling good. She's just that type of person by nature. She works in the service department, and I've recently had reason to take my car in twice. The first time was during a very difficult time for me. I was staying in a motel with Charley, my 18-year-old dog, while getting my house fumigated. I had just lost my wife of almost 60 years and then had to put Charley's brother down. Charley was very bonded to his brother and my wife. He was her dog, not mine. I was just someone he let sleep in THEIR house. I think the year has been as hard on Charley as me. He lost his appetite and became very skinny, to the point where our vet warned me not to let it go on too long. Charley chills easily, sometimes with his little jaws chattering. He wears two coats to help keep him warm. When I asked Danielle if I could bring him with me and explained about his condition, she immediately said "Yes." When I showed up with Charley and she saw his skinny little body covered by two coats, she scrounged around and found a blanket for him! When I went in for my 2nd appointment, she had a blanket ready for Charley!!! Either she has one great memory or she makes notes. Doesn't matter, she is one special person! I had to laugh and thank her for her good intentions, because I had left Charley home with my granddaughters who had come to live with me. I almost felt sorry her standing with that blanket in her arms. Danielle's picture should be used as what great customer service looks like! As my first appointment with Charley took a couple of hours, I was able to observe this special young lady in action. She made every client feel uplifted and special with her smile and friendly words. The few seconds she spent with her friendly banter while coming and going between us waiting customers was enough to have us chatting among ourselves, and that represents a very happy waiting room. Of course, a couple of visiting dogs might have helped. There is no question about her being an animal lover, and I have yet to meet an animal lover who was not made a better person by their animal's love. Just when I was needing a little sunshine, Danielle crossed my path. SHE IS A KEEPER!!! P.S. All the service was 1st rate, and the car wash is nice too!

In negotiations, they then told me these cars don't get sent with a charger anyways- so they wouldn't negotiate on the cost to replace. This was from both the Sales manager and another lending agent. They went as far as showing me the window sticker as "proof" of its absence. I contacted Kia Corp. They affirmed the inclusion of a charger. Even told me to refer to the owners manual and it's specific language(see picture). Radio silence from the General manager, I'm unimpressed. As a "family owned business" is keeping a trickle charger worth the cost of your reputation?

I brought in the front…read moresection of exhaust with a huge crack and leak around the flex coupler and front flange of a dual down pipe on an 1989 BMW 325i. I bought a good replacement flex coupler but needed it cut in and welded into place. This is a bit tricky since had to take it off the car to get to this part. Also, it's dual pipe from two exhaust manifolds that need to be aligned. I brought a spare set of manifolds I had and Kyle was able to weld it in perfectly using the manifolds as a sort of "template". Price was highly competitive and we got the exhaust back in later that day. Looks pretty good to the eye if you stare down into the engine bay too. Highly recommend for this type of work here in North County.
