We had been eyeing a motorhome that was on their lot for a week or so, when I finally stopped in to see the inside! By chance, I was given the tour by Mr. Miles himself, and told him I would like to have my husband take a look. The following week we went back and Mr. Miles greeted us and answered all our questions. Due to my husband's work schedule, we couldn't test drive for another week. Ted was very accommodating- positioning the RV for us to drive it off the lot easily, and allowed us ample time to inspect the coach to our satisfaction. He even supplied a ladder so we could check out the roof! We negotiated a very fair price, and are now the proud new owners of a good used MH! We had been searching (nationwide) for a few months for the perfect coach at just the right price. Who knew we would find it in our own back yard?

Always gave me a BETTER deal than I went in hoping for! Be it lower price, better terms, etc.

Their Intergrity!! And not selling cars that are on the verge to breakdown , Get a new Mechanic!…read more They sold me a car I had for a week that I noticed and told them and they said that the car was fine but really the dual clutch was going out this before I got the car and had the nerve to tell me they fix it but I have to pay for it . I would not let their mechanic touch my Bicycle ,he don't know how to inspect a car if he said mine was just fine and it's not I had a real certified mechanic look at it. It's really sad how they do ppl and I don't think it's right . If anyone else has had this problem with reach out to me marly0133805@gmail.com I'm going to start a class action lawsuit .

Found a car I had been searching for that just happened to be at integrity motors. I did my…read moreresearch and found that integrity bought it from auction in Northern California and the car had a very good car facts report. It took the salesman over 6 days to get me financed because they are usually in house and I went through my credit union. They could not get the paperwork correct to give to my bank which kept delaying the purchase. The car had an Open recall that they forgot to take care of before giving it to me. They sold the cat to me with no fuel in the tank and when I asked they put roughly 20 bucks in. They gave me a warranty for 30 days or 1000 miles and the check engi ne light came on at 996 miles ans they asked me to drive it to them and when I did they then said I was 8 miles over the warranty so I was on my own! I should have known better to buy from a place like this. The car I got was nice and I got it repaired on my dime. But the service and overall unprofessional people I dealt with including the management, service department, secretary and salesman has convinced me to never go here again. And to let as many people as can know that they should go elsewhere. Buyer beware of integrity motors. What a joke!

Lately it seems I've been spending a lot of time and some money in auto parts stores. My rebellious…read moreteenager (aka my 13 year old car) told me during our last downpour that we needed new wiper blades. I was in wiperblade wonderland maybe three minutes when I was asked if I was finding my wiper blades ok. She then pointed out the flavor on sale (buy one get one free) I asked her if I could mix and match a 24" and a 16" and she said I could. Yay me! Twenty bucks for a new set!!! eBay had a deal that good but I'd have to wait at least three weeks for them to ship from Shanghai, we will have rain again by then... So after an armful of more stuff I might as well get since I'm here, that same lady waited on me at the checkout and even offered help putting the blades on, to which I was grateful for the ask, but I declined.

He finally found what he thought were the right parts. Rang it up before I could ask questions, was annoyed that he had to bring it up on the screen again and wouldn't help me carry the very heavy items to my car right outside the door. Told me I could make two trips. I got home and realized V sold me the wrong parts. I looked them up on their website, found the right parts and went back. I showed him the right parts for the rotors on my phone and he asked me to look up the pad's too. I told him that that was kinda his job. He hopefully found the right pads and was left to carry them out in two trips again with no "sorry" or any kind of apology for the huge inconvenience it is when the customer gets the wrong parts. I've have had better experiences from some of their other staff but you never know who you will get. From now on I will find the parts I need on their website and not rely on anyone there having any competence or courtesy.
