Found a car I had been searching for that just happened to be at integrity motors. I did my research and found that integrity bought it from auction in Northern California and the car had a very good car facts report. It took the salesman over 6 days to get me financed because they are usually in house and I went through my credit union. They could not get the paperwork correct to give to my bank which kept delaying the purchase. The car had an Open recall that they forgot to take care of before giving it to me. They sold the cat to me with no fuel in the tank and when I asked they put roughly 20 bucks in. They gave me a warranty for 30 days or 1000 miles and the check engi ne light came on at 996 miles ans they asked me to drive it to them and when I did they then said I was 8 miles over the warranty so I was on my own! I should have known better to buy from a place like this. The car I got was nice and I got it repaired on my dime. But the service and overall unprofessional people I dealt with including the management, service department, secretary and salesman has convinced me to never go here again. And to let as many people as can know that they should go elsewhere. Buyer beware of integrity motors. What a joke! read more

This is a review for Integrity's Paso Robles branch (not their main location in Atascadero listed here). I only dealt with Marcelino at the Paso Robles location and have to say he made the shopping experience hassle-free and easy. I was surprised when I walked on the lot for my Toyota MR2 Spyder to see a tag hanging from the windshield for $7,995. Online it was listed for $8,995 with no price drops. I brought this up when negotiating and Marcelino was kind enough to honor the tag price despite it apparently being an expired sale. We had some trouble with the dealership accepting my American Express card for payment, but Marcelino was once again understanding enough to work out an exception where we were able to use it after all, rather than forcing me to find an alternate payment method. Drove the car from the San Luis Obispo area back down to Riverside without a hitch - very happy with my purchase. I was able to test drive the car all I wanted beforehand and inspect it thoroughly - it ended up being a pristine example. Marcelino mentioned that they would process my DMV paperwork ASAP and have it mailed to me within 3 weeks - it ended up arriving in less than a week! Very satisfied with their promptness. I've logged over 1,000 miles on the Spyder since purchase and it's proving to be worth every dollar. read more

I saw 2016 bmw m6 on their website and called to find out if the car is clean title they told me everything is good with the car, so I drove 4 hours to go get the car and guess what? I found out that the car is a lemon car and had a accident. Can you imagine driving excited for 4 hours knowing that Iam getting a new car and being lied. Horrible dealer. I bought a 2008 GMC Acadia. They said everything was good on the car they replaced the a/c. That's a LIE!! It went out after 2 uses. The speakers started going I. And out. The service airbag light came on within a few weeks. I took it to get an oil change and they plugged it in. Everything under the sun was wrong. I drove it for a day or two after and it broke down. All kinds of lights came on. I was lucky enough to get it to a used car dealer and they offered me 500 dollars. The car was a lemon. A straight piece of crap. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I'd give it less stars if I could. This is literally the worst place to buy a car from. Yes, the financing is easy, but who wants to make car payments on a car that doesn't run? Haven't even made the first payment and the car is broken down. I had to get it towed home where it's now parked. It broke down on the 101 in the dark! Found the car my daughter really wanted here, at the Paso Robles lot!! Initial test drive it had an issue, no problem they fixed it and it drove great the next test drive! After that it is all down hill... the sales man seemed brand new and did not know about extra key, having the car detailed, how to find out finance info, it was very frustrating. He would not return calls and we really wanted the car. After purchase of car, finally, we went to the main office in Atascadero to get paperwork and the employees there just brushed us off and said if he didn't write up the key in the original sale then they couldn't order one. I actually had a decent experience. I was in a rebuilding phase and trying to repair credit and needed a car pretty bad. They financed me very easy with a decent interest rate and even though I was paying more than the car was worth it lasted me a year without any major problems (had to replace the battery and some other minor work) The staff in the office was geat I actually liked them quite a bit. I've purchased 2 used cars from Integrity Motors over the years, and my father has as well. They have a great selection of vehicles at both of their locations. We had great experiences working with their sales staff and office staff. We were rebuilding our credit at the time and they were able to get us financed with pretty easy terms. We had a slight problem with one of the vehicles (which can be expected when choosing to buy a used vehicle rather than new) and they were more than accommodating in getting the issue resolved. Please think long and hard before you buy a car from Integrity Motors. Integrity couldn't be farther then the truth. They do illigal smogs. I drove off the lot only to get 5 miles down the road and have my check engine light come on. I called immediately and they said not to worry the car had been checked out. I practically replaced the engine on that car. I couldn't get it registered because of smog. It sat for a year with me not being able to drive it because the repairs were more than the car. Super high interest rate, when my daughter picked out her car, it had just came in and was on the other lot. We went back two days later it was never even cleaned or detailed. I bought a car from this people, I had my car for three weeks and it over heated. I had a mechanic replace the thermostat. When we started my car the mechanic said that I have a head gasket/cracked head and it has been that way for months. When I bought my car they told me that they replaced the radiator because it was having an over heating problem. I called this people up and let them know what I was told by the mechanic and they told me they will do the work for me but I will have to pay for it in full. I told them I was with my family of three small children and my wife on the highway and we almost gotten hit because of the lack of power and they did not care. Gave them a trade in for what I thought was going to a little bit of an upgrade, more like a death trap, I'm lucky to be alive! Had the vehicle for a little over a month before the front tires blew out on hwy 41, I put less the 700 miles on that vehicle.. The blow up of the front tires cause major body damage, looking at around 5 grand to repair the damage cause by the front tire blow up.. When confronted "integrity" THEY HELD ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABLITY, yet my truck I traded in sits on their lot asking 7 grand for it.. All I wanted them to do was MAKE IT RIGHT, put new tires on the vehicle that I purchased a little over a month ago and all they got with me was confertational.... Integrity Motors has become such a headache for me. I just bought a SUV from them on July 3rd 2012 and so far the transmission has made some loud noises so I contacted them and they said that it was under warranty and they would have it fixed. Meanwhile, I took it to a transmission shop in Paso Robles where they did a diagnoses and when they put my car in the air they saw that all the bolts that hold the transmission to the engine were very lose and only one was hand tight. He told me that my transmission could fall and I would end up having to replace it. I immediately called Integrity Motors to let him know what I had just found out and the girl got an attitude with me after I had told her 3 times on the phone what was going on, she still proceeded to ask me if I wanted to make a payment, she then said in a rude voice "what is this regarding?", when I told her (again) she hung up on me. I then went down to the office and walked in and spoke with Patrice which was nice about it and helped me. I told her I wasn't going to drive that car with my infant daughter and toddler son because it's just not safe, I demanded they go pick it up on their tow truck and have it fixed at their expense because after all it was under warranty. They are willing to work with me there. However, I asked for a loaner car while my car was being worked on, they gave me a Hyuadai Sonata that only had 2 windows that worked, the motor mount was broke on it and it jerked sometimes while driving it. I took it back to them the next day and told them what was wrong and I didn't want to drive it because it's a safety hazard, they told me I could drive a different car which was a Nissan Sentra, when we got in to load our kids we found nothing but disgusting filth, there was trash packed underneath the seats, old food scattered across the entire backseat, dirt and crumbs in the center console, and the console divider was broken and had a napkin inside that had either coffee or soda spilled all over it and starting to mold. the front floor boards were full of dried out flowers and dirt, the drivers seat belt was literally shredded that you couldn't adjust the buckle to fit you properly, the drivers door had oil all over the door, there were Corona beer bottle caps in the cup holders, I opened the truck to put my diaper bag in there and found a nasty oil pan full of oil and worms! This car was beyond disgusting and a health hazard. It is very unacceptable. It is a shame that they treat their paying customers like scum on earth! I took pictures of the car Nissan Sentra and will be turning them in because to my understand when you loan out a car it has to be safe, presentable, and in proper working mode. i just recently purchased a truck.truck was a in phenomenal condition with low miles,and the price was reasonable too.i test drove the truck twice before i made the purchase.they even let me take the truck to my mechanic to double check and get a professional opinion.staff was really friendly,it just took less than half an hour to sign the papers and i drove off in my new truck.they gave me a warranty on that truck plus free car wash for 4 months.it was my first time buying a vehicle,integrity motors went above and beyond to help me with a purchase and finance me even though i have zero credit. i am definatley gonna send my friends and family there to buy there new vehicles.thank you integrity motors for being so helpful read more
