Fun fact, I worked here as a Salesperson some five or six years ago. In the three or four months there I never sold a car and was eventually told to leave...nicely. I've owned a couple of KIA automobiles, I'm driving a '18 Sportage and it's a great little car, never a problem. I have been consistent with the oil changes, coolant flush's. It was time for service at 86K and so I had Service do a combined 60 & 90 mile service. The work was done, plugs changed, main serpentine belt replaced, break fluid flush and inspections etc. Paid about what I expected for a dealer service, it was fair. They have also ordered and will replace the driver seatbelt assembly which was having trouble recoiling once unlatched. This was covered under my extended warranty which I paid extra for when I purchased the vehicle. The service manager Matt was very helpful and knowledgable, he certainly made me feel comfortable. They still do an oil change special through the week so check 'em out. Thanks Matt. foodguy-martin

Random parts left in my car. Were they supposed to be reattached? Who knows.

My 2023 Kia Niro hybrid stopped working three weeks into a four year lease by simply stopping in the middle of the road. I brought it in and my car was in the shop with little communication for two weeks. I just picked it up and there are a bunch of random parts just sitting on the floor of the backseat. So far, this has been a pretty exhausting experience.

We had the best experience at Paso Robles Kia! George was so helpful and knowledgeable. We love our 2022 Seltos, and how it has everything we wanted and so much more!!!!

Such a refreshing and easy experience. The car industry is hit or miss and I definitely hit the jackpot with Joseph, Justin and the finance manager. They gave me their best price up front so there was no haggling BS or gimmicks. They were more than fair on my trade and made me feel super comfortable. My husband couldn't be there so they even brought paperwork to AG to be signed. Everyone was so happy for me and complimented my car choice. Chris even helped with setting up my Kia app. I 100% recommended this family owned dealership.

Customer Beware - Misleading Sales Practices…read more I was selling my Mustang on Facebook Marketplace when Zephyrin from Paso Robles Chevrolet contacted me about purchasing the car for their used inventory. Since I live about an hour away in Nipomo, I asked if they could give me a conditional offer before I made the drive. I provided the VIN, mileage (64k), and my listing already included about 15 photos showing the car in detail. Zephyrin responded that their conditional offer without seeing the car was $24,000, and that they might be able to increase it by another $2,250 after inspection. Based on that conversation, I drove to Paso Robles Chevrolet. When I arrived, it was as if that discussion never happened. The manager (I believe his name was Don, but I'm not 100% certain) immediately started talking about needing $1,800 tires and offered $22,500, later increasing it to $23,000 and refusing to move further. I explained that I regularly receive offers in the $23k-$25k range, and the only reason I drove up was because they had already stated $24k as the conditional offer before seeing the car. Instead, I spent over two hours round trip driving there just to receive a lower offer. I still have the Facebook Marketplace messages confirming the $24,000 conditional offer. Overall, the experience felt misleading and dishonest, and I would not recommend doing business with Paso Robles Chevrolet if you value transparency and your time.

Next to getting a tooth pulled, dealing with salespeople at an auto dealership is not a fun…read moreexperience. Usually it's all I can do to get the deal done and get out. But this one was different. Last week, I started hearing about a red Dodge Challenger from my significant other. On her lunch breaks she'd walk by and look at the car, and finally stopped in for a test drive. That probably pushed her over the edge -- she didn't want to keep driving our 2015 Challenger, especially since it's not a 6-speed manual. Sorry, Gen Z, we know you don't know what a manual transmission is. She showed me the trade-in sheet, and there was no way we could make that deal work -- the interest rate on the loan was rough, and our trade-in value wasn't going to move the monthly payment much at all. So I decided to stop by the dealership myself on a Thursday and meet Darryl Jackson, the sales consultant she'd been working with. I walked in knowing exactly what monthly payment I wanted, and after exchanging pleasantries, we got down to business. I told him my girlfriend had already been in and test-driven the 2016 Dodge Challenger -- in fact, he was getting ready to send her some pictures when I walked in instead. I told him what I needed the payment to look like and asked if he could make it happen. He checked with the general sales manager, John Wrona, and came back a bit later. He set aside the paperwork from her visit and showed me the terms for an updated loan. The numbers worked, though I knew going in it would take some money out of pocket to make it feasible. I thanked Darryl for his time and asked him to keep my visit quiet in case she happened to stop by again to look at or test-drive the Challenger. He agreed, and I told him I'd get back to him in a day or so. I came back the next day. After running the numbers again -- even with everything going on with rising costs these days -- I felt good about making the deal. Darryl and I greeted each other, and I told him, "This is the price I want." I let him know the down payment was coming from a retirement fund and already in motion, and we started the paperwork to make this Hemi ours. Taking the car for a quick spin, I can't tell you how good it feels to be behind the wheel of a manual again -- this 2016 Challenger with 375 horsepower really moves. I drove it straight over to her work, where she was standing outside waiting for me. She looked at me and asked, "Taking this out for a test drive?" I said, "How do you like your new car?" She was speechless. Huge thanks to Darryl, John, and finance manager Josh Brown for making this deal happen. It was a smooth, problem-free transaction from start to finish. We love the Challenger! Now I just can't wait until it's my turn -- I've got my eye on a new RAM.

Keegan, my service advisor, was outstanding. He communicated with me constantly, kept me informed, and provided regular updates throughout the entire process. I never had to wonder what was happening with my truck. What impressed me even more was how I was treated before the service department had even opened. I was stranded at the dealership on a Sunday, waiting for the tow truck to arrive with my truck. A gentleman working that day--I believe he was in sales or finance--treated me as though he were welcoming me into his own home. He came outside to visit with me, invited me to wait inside where it was cool, and offered me water and cookies. That level of genuine kindness is incredibly rare in today's world. I spent my career in retail and served as a vice president of a national brand, so I recognize exceptional customer service and a well-run organization when I see one. It had major engine issues and was too expensive to repair. We decided to look at F250 Diesels at Paso Robles Ford as they came recommended. We test drove 4 different Trucks and decided on the F250 XLT. Colton was very helpful with our test dives and while we sat down to complete the transaction. During our meeting with him I stressed the fact that it would be licensed in Nevada, he said "no issues". During our time with the finance manager, we also stressed the need to send the license and registration fees to Nevada. Our Sparks NV. address is on the contract, my Nevada Driver's license is on it, and I mentioned the truck being insured in Nevada as this is our primary residence. Well, they did not do as we needed, all fees went to California which I discovered upon trying to register with NV's DMV. I proceeded to contact Colton, upon talking to him he said we were advised that fees were being sent to California, WRONG, no mention of this at all. Neither myself nor my wife remember this supposed advisement. If we had, I would not have had my car Insurance Company in Nevada, provide the coverage for the F250, not to say this could have presented a major problem if a mishap had occurred before we registered in NV. It appears California and Nevada, even though same Insurance Companies used have strict guidelines which I was well aware of. Therefore, the truck was not legally insured. We contacted California DMV, and they said the dealer was responsible. My wife went to Paso Robles Ford, where she talked to the Manager and he BLUNTLY said they would not do anything. ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE was very discourteous, and no one was going to help, and we were not going to get our fees back from them. PASO ROBLES FORD MANAGMENT TEAM is unethical and apparently have no respect or care for customers. They also do not want repeat customers. Between California DMV and Nevada DMV, we are out about $2000 with $817 being what we should have received back from PASO ROBLES FORD.

They gave me a warranty for 30 days or 1000 miles and the check engi ne light came on at 996 miles ans they asked me to drive it to them and when I did they then said I was 8 miles over the warranty so I was on my own! I only dealt with Marcelino at the Paso Robles location and have to say he made the shopping experience hassle-free and easy. I was surprised when I walked on the lot for my Toyota MR2 Spyder to see a tag hanging from the windshield for $7,995. Online it was listed for $8,995 with no price drops. I brought this up when negotiating and Marcelino was kind enough to honor the tag price despite it apparently being an expired sale. We had some trouble with the dealership accepting my American Express card for payment, but Marcelino was once again understanding enough to work out an exception where we were able to use it after all, rather than forcing me to find an alternate payment method. Drove the car from the San Luis Obispo area back down to Riverside without a hitch - very happy with my purchase. I was able to test drive the car all I wanted beforehand and inspect it thoroughly - it ended up being a pristine example. Marcelino mentioned that they would process my DMV paperwork ASAP and have it mailed to me within 3 weeks - it ended up arriving in less than a week! Very satisfied with their promptness. I've logged over 1,000 miles on the Spyder since purchase and it's proving to be worth every dollar.
