    This is review is long overdue. After months of searching for a truck, I finally found one on Autotrader. Only problem it was 3.5 hrs away, so it wasn't as easy as just stopping by to inspect the truck. I called and was immediately connected to the sales rep Santos. From here, he guided me through the entire process of buying the truck. I really appreciate the step by step thorough inspection process he provided too since I was not able to physically inspect the truck. He confirmed with his service dept the truck had no prior history of damages or repairs based on their inspection, and having this confirmation along with a clean Carfax report pretty much sold the deal. About a week or so went by and after all the inspection report and price negotiation, we made reservations to go buy the truck. Given this was during the height of Covid, Santos and his team ensured we conducted our transaction safely while abiding to all Covid safety rules. We were even given 1/4 of the sales floor to sign docs. Here we are a year later. I pulled a Carfax report to get an estimate of my truck, and it appears a "Structural Damage" report was added after I bought the truck. I was freaking out, like damn did they pull a fast one on me. I called back and spoke to the manager Bruce whom ensured me that there had to be a mistake on Carfax's end. I also spoke to Santos whom also confirmed the info on Carfax must have been incorrect. I reached out to Carfax and discovered there was an internal error on their end. They ended up removing the erroneous structural damage report. Long story short, the service Santos provided from the beginning went above and beyond. Bruce the manager was really helpful in regards reassuring me the damage report was erroneous and assisted to help if Carfax couldn't. For all of this, I wanted write here and express my gratitude and say thank you.

    Great dealership offering reasonable prices & great service! A lot of the dealerships in the Bay like to try and play games, especially with the car production shortage. I was fortunate enough to get a car from Paso Robles Chevy, where the sales consultant, Santos, was super friendly & able to be upfront & honest over the phone before going into the dealership. I really appreciated that, and he was able to find me a Chevy Bolt without having put in a custom order within just a day of me calling. The process was really smooth once I got there, and he had the car detailed & prepared right out front upon our arrival. We hopped in, took a test drive, & got the paperwork done! He passed us over to Mario, the finance manager, who got everything prepared quickly & thoroughly explained everything we were signing! All in all, easily the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I'd definitely recommend coming here to purchase a car, even if you have to take a little road trip to get here! It is a pretty drive

    Purchased my car on Saturday. They had said they were having it detailed and gas tank filled up before I went home. Come 6pm everyone is flying out of the parking lot while I'm waiting for keys. No worries it's a weekend everyone wants to get home. The sales guy left before me and so did the detail guy. I get in and the car not only hadn't been cleaned but the tank was not filled. Just purchased a cad would like for it to have gas before I drive home. So I let the sales guy know that night and he said he would contact me the next day to make it right. Well I get called on Monday by the service dept. Patrick to be exact. He apologized and said a detail should take 3-4 hours so no way was it detailed. I laughed and said yeah I figured. He scheduled me for today Wednesday for it to be detailed and a light to be checked that had come on. Mind you I have two kids so a little dirt in a car isn't much to me. But this car was dirty. Seats had dirt, m&ms on the ground, windows had finger prints. I drop off my car he tells me it'll be about 3-4 hours. Okay cool, I go home. I called for an update on time. I have a schooled aged child that needs to be picked up. I left a message. No call back. So I call again at 330 stating I called and LM no one called back and I needed an update he then tells me "it's an all day detail your car is about 99% done you can come get it but it might not be finished" LOL COOL. So I get picked up by their Uber driver so to speak. Sweetest man. To make a long story shorter, I get there and they can't find my keys, argued about if I'm suppose to pay for this $249 detail LOL. Finally get my keys after about 20 minutes and my car is still in the same condition. Dirt in the same spots, windows have marks all over, m&ms still under the seat. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible horrible job. I don't really even believe my car was done when I called it was a cover because I said I need to come get my car with car seats in them. Honestly can't say much good about this. Really horrible experience. Let me just say whoever is detailing cars shouldn't be. Wish they could have handled this differently. Won't be recommending. Picture is of just one window they clearly didn't give a shit.

I called Kia at 8am in the morning The owner Dan tuesday mornimg said if the bank charged me for the Cashiers check that they would reinburse me cash or put gas in my car. BUT tuesday i got the cashiers check came home called Kia because i needed someone from kia to pick me up so i could purchase said vehicle. I was told that they sold it. Someone tried STEALING my other car which was a 2016 Kia Soul. The ins. co. totalled my car. i kept Kia in formed about everything i was doing. I'm a Senior Citizen 81yrs old and this is how Kia treats their seniors in Paso Robles Calif. Your word should be ok but Kia didn't think so. so when i called back to Kia Natalie was yelling at me on the phone. She would not let me get a word in. I hang up twice. I DID NOT NEED AT MY AGE TO BE STRESSED OUT. So Seniors beware of Kia in Paso Robles calif. . Don't go to kIA. OH SO EVERYONE KNOWS I'VE BEEN A KIA CUSTOMER SINCE 2014. BUT NOT ANYMORE

The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe I purchased this past Friday, 2/14/25 was a 2023 model. The sale price had just been slashed 37% off the MSRP, more than likely to move this 2 year old, new vehicle with 80 miles on it from test drives off the lot. I drove to the dealership right away because I knew this vehicle would sell in a couple of days at this price. Prior to making the 35 minute drive from my house, I called to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot and for sale. The salesman who took my call was Stony Humphries. I told him I would be up shortly. From the test drive with Stony, negotiating a trade-in price on my two vehicles to when I took ownership of the Jeep today, was a pleasurable experience..... yes, if one could imagine buying a vehicle as a "pleasurable experience". Stony even gave me back home after I drove one of my trade-ins to the dealership yesterday, taking well over an hour out of his day. The Jeep Rubicon 4xe is a very tech loaded hybrid vehicle. Stony was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining, navigating and walking me through the different onscreen menus, probably because of owning a Jeep Rubicon 4xe himself. No better way to learn from a sales person with first hand knowledge of the vehicle because they own one too. When I bought my first vehicle from this dealership 5 years ago, I was somewhat skeptical because they had a Google rating of 3.5. Their current Google rating is now 4.0. It does still appear that the majority of the most recent 1 star reviews come from customer feedback regarding the dealerships maintenance department and not so much the sales staff. So, second vehicle purchase from this dealership and the second time I'm leaving a 5 star review for Stony the sales person and all others who I did not come in contact that made this new vehicle transaction happen.

    Found a car I had been searching for that just happened to be at integrity motors. I did my…read moreresearch and found that integrity bought it from auction in Northern California and the car had a very good car facts report. It took the salesman over 6 days to get me financed because they are usually in house and I went through my credit union. They could not get the paperwork correct to give to my bank which kept delaying the purchase. The car had an Open recall that they forgot to take care of before giving it to me. They sold the cat to me with no fuel in the tank and when I asked they put roughly 20 bucks in. They gave me a warranty for 30 days or 1000 miles and the check engi ne light came on at 996 miles ans they asked me to drive it to them and when I did they then said I was 8 miles over the warranty so I was on my own! I should have known better to buy from a place like this. The car I got was nice and I got it repaired on my dime. But the service and overall unprofessional people I dealt with including the management, service department, secretary and salesman has convinced me to never go here again. And to let as many people as can know that they should go elsewhere. Buyer beware of integrity motors. What a joke!

    This is a review for Integrity's Paso Robles branch (not their main location in Atascadero listed…read morehere). I only dealt with Marcelino at the Paso Robles location and have to say he made the shopping experience hassle-free and easy. I was surprised when I walked on the lot for my Toyota MR2 Spyder to see a tag hanging from the windshield for $7,995. Online it was listed for $8,995 with no price drops. I brought this up when negotiating and Marcelino was kind enough to honor the tag price despite it apparently being an expired sale. We had some trouble with the dealership accepting my American Express card for payment, but Marcelino was once again understanding enough to work out an exception where we were able to use it after all, rather than forcing me to find an alternate payment method. Drove the car from the San Luis Obispo area back down to Riverside without a hitch - very happy with my purchase. I was able to test drive the car all I wanted beforehand and inspect it thoroughly - it ended up being a pristine example. Marcelino mentioned that they would process my DMV paperwork ASAP and have it mailed to me within 3 weeks - it ended up arriving in less than a week! Very satisfied with their promptness. I've logged over 1,000 miles on the Spyder since purchase and it's proving to be worth every dollar.
