Just bought a plug-in hybrid from this dealership…read more Salesperson couldn't find the charger that the car came with, told me the previous owner kept it. In negotiations, they then told me these cars don't get sent with a charger anyways- so they wouldn't negotiate on the cost to replace. This was from both the Sales manager and another lending agent. They went as far as showing me the window sticker as "proof" of its absence. I contacted Kia Corp. They affirmed the inclusion of a charger. Even told me to refer to the owners manual and it's specific language(see picture). Radio silence from the General manager, I'm unimpressed. As a "family owned business" is keeping a trickle charger worth the cost of your reputation?

Esteban texted me with questions on how he could assist. No pressure, nothing but professional courtesy. I never once had to argue the price or payments. They offered a deal that couldn't be refused. After weeks of working with another dealership, I now had a deal in 2 days. We made an appointment and when I arrived, the paperwork was ready to go, car sitting out front detailed and glistening like diamonds in the sun. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The owner even came up to me and shook my hand, had a conversation. He's a local, so it felt good purchasing from someone that has roots here. If you want an easy experience, no hassle, and a hell of a great deal.... Don't waste time, just check out this Kia dealer. You won't be sorry....

Customer Beware - Misleading Sales Practices…read more I was selling my Mustang on Facebook Marketplace when Zephyrin from Paso Robles Chevrolet contacted me about purchasing the car for their used inventory. Since I live about an hour away in Nipomo, I asked if they could give me a conditional offer before I made the drive. I provided the VIN, mileage (64k), and my listing already included about 15 photos showing the car in detail. Zephyrin responded that their conditional offer without seeing the car was $24,000, and that they might be able to increase it by another $2,250 after inspection. Based on that conversation, I drove to Paso Robles Chevrolet. When I arrived, it was as if that discussion never happened. The manager (I believe his name was Don, but I'm not 100% certain) immediately started talking about needing $1,800 tires and offered $22,500, later increasing it to $23,000 and refusing to move further. I explained that I regularly receive offers in the $23k-$25k range, and the only reason I drove up was because they had already stated $24k as the conditional offer before seeing the car. Instead, I spent over two hours round trip driving there just to receive a lower offer. I still have the Facebook Marketplace messages confirming the $24,000 conditional offer. Overall, the experience felt misleading and dishonest, and I would not recommend doing business with Paso Robles Chevrolet if you value transparency and your time.

It's really sad how they do ppl and I don't think it's right . If anyone else has had this problem with reach out to me marly0133805@gmail.com I'm going to start a class action lawsuit .

Found a car I had been searching for that just happened to be at integrity motors. I did my…read moreresearch and found that integrity bought it from auction in Northern California and the car had a very good car facts report. It took the salesman over 6 days to get me financed because they are usually in house and I went through my credit union. They could not get the paperwork correct to give to my bank which kept delaying the purchase. The car had an Open recall that they forgot to take care of before giving it to me. They sold the cat to me with no fuel in the tank and when I asked they put roughly 20 bucks in. They gave me a warranty for 30 days or 1000 miles and the check engi ne light came on at 996 miles ans they asked me to drive it to them and when I did they then said I was 8 miles over the warranty so I was on my own! I should have known better to buy from a place like this. The car I got was nice and I got it repaired on my dime. But the service and overall unprofessional people I dealt with including the management, service department, secretary and salesman has convinced me to never go here again. And to let as many people as can know that they should go elsewhere. Buyer beware of integrity motors. What a joke!
