We had a great experience working with Scott and his crew from the Pinnacle Peak store. They showed up early, called first, and really had a tough install with our tree because of where we wanted it planted. They had to wheel it up a small berm in between other plants and a water feature and it was a 24" box, extremely heavy. They came prepared with plywood to protect our turf and all the tools to get the job done. Very pleased! read more

Imagine a Nursery that uses every cheesy Car Sales gimmick to get their customers to spend more than ever. From "spin the wheel " gimmick to an auto dealership bullpen. Moon Valley needs to give Josh a raise! By far the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced, to the point where I am compelled to leave him a review. Last Monday, 5 minutes before closing I called Moon Valley in hopes to find one specific plant as I was about to pull into their parking lot (yes I was that annoying customer calling right before closing and I did apologize, but I was having a landscape emergency). Josh answered the phone and I was taken aback by how happy he greeted me, answered all of my questions, and even offered to go grab the plant and meet me at the front. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with and made it a point to walk the plant out to my truck for me. Moon Valley is lucky I don't have my own business because I would definitely make an attempt to recruit him to work for me lol. What an easy experience no pressure at all. Ryan my sales guy had all the answers to all my questions and he spent more then 2 hours with me waking around even when I told him I was just looking. I came back a second day and he was there to walk around with me again. I went to a couple other places and there selection was not half as healthy. Every in here is in perfect condition. I bought a bunch of trees and set an appointment up for the free planting and they where able to plant them the very next day. I was amazed. Moon Valley Tree Service removed our two 46 year old palm trees from our front yard this week. First, we would like to commend Mr. Brooks, Estimator, who came to our home last month to arrange the removal. Mike introduced himself, gave us his card, explained his role, answered all our questions about method of removal & costs; he was very professional , knowledgable, & friendly. The day before the removal date, we received a reminder call. The morning of the removal we also received a call from the crew that they were on their way & expected arrival time. They arrived on time! Mr Humberto & Mr Ramos both foremen immediately greeted us with smiles, introduced themselves & their roles & gave us their cards. They introduced their crew, explained what each person would do & how trees would be removed, how stumps would be cut as low to ground as possible, what safety precautions would be taken for both crew & neighbors. We watched from our living room window. About one hour later all was completed: trees & all debris removed & put into their truck for disposal, yard was raked & all debris & dust blown from porch, yard, sidewalk & street!!!! Before they left, Mr Humberto again spoke to us to ask if we were completely satisfied with the removal, process & clean up. We said we were totally satisfied & thanked him & his crew for their attention to details, their speed in completing work, the perfection of their clean up, their professionalism & skills. We have been a reoccurring customer with Moon Valley Nurseries, Surprise, AZ for the past two years. The quality of landscaping as well as the customer service we receive is always top notch! Most recently on August 31, 2023, our visit was due to the record breaking heat that we experienced here in Surprise, AZ. With temperatures over 120 degrees every day for more than 30 days, our front landscaping took a beating from the heat. We had purchased the warranty (which we are so grateful we did and highly recommend it!) Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Cody Landreth. Cody from his approach, to listening, his care, demeanor, knowledge of not only our products, the understanding the toll that was placed on them, but also his navigation through the inventory on our file was completely precise, professional, friendly, efficient and time effective. As a part of practicing using our warranty, we proceeded to choose replacement landscaping. Cody offered to host us and truly cared about having a keen eye for the cream of the crop. Assisting us to the point where he climbed into very small areas between other trees and plants, having to duck awkwardly and be in a very tight area, to ribbon a cactus for us, only for us to instead decide we wanted another one at the end of the isle. It was also very hot out. Cody's attitude was so positive and caring. He was an amazing team player. You could tell that it was just as important to Cody as it was to us, that everything we picked out would be absolutely perfect.
