We just got drinks! Quick service, the donuts looked delicious. Fun atmosphere, will be back for hot dogs.

I got a grapefruit Boba. The flavor was amazing and I absolutely love that it included fresh slices of grapefruit. Unfortunately, it was shook so vigorously that it broke all of the bursting Boba, which kind of ruins the entire point of getting Bursting Boba tea.

Service is very good and you can either order on one of their menu screens or at the register. I had a delicious fruity pebbles Mochi donut.... it was chewy, fresh and sweet. I ordered the half beef/half cheese hot dog coated with potatoes. It was well cooked but one thing they didn't mention or even have listed was that it was coated in sugar!! I DO NOT want my Korean corn dog with sugar. I had to peel off most of the potato coating just to eat it. I will know better for next time.

As visitors to Syracuse, we decided to come to Destiny USA as it is such a big mall. To add to the experience, we also purchased their Fun Pass. We decided to use a voucher on Moochi, located in the food court, since it sounded quite good that you can claim a moochi donut or original rice dog PLUS a special drink! We opted for their strawberry moochi donut which was soft and chewy, not too sweet, and had good flavor. For our specialty drink, we ordered the Moochi Matcha which was so cute! The drink was aesthetically made with a cute cat lid (it had ears and a face!) The beverage was tasty but did not have enough matcha flavor. It was definitely on the sweeter side but tolerable. Overall, it was refreshing, especially for the summer heat. Service was friendly - when we inquired about what their most popular flavors were out of the remaining selections, they made recommendations and answered other questions as well. Update: we ended up visiting Moochi again the day after and tried another one of their donut flavors, crème brûlée, which was deliciously sweet with a nice toasty flavor. I recommend their mango pomelo specialty drink as it was less sweet and had more fruit flavor!

A great addition to the food court at Destiny mall. I love that this location offers a wide accessibility to many unique and diverse food as well as beverage options. In my opinion, the ube almond crack mochi donut is hands down the best one to get on the menu. The almonds on top of this exquisite bakery delicacy truly accentuates the flavors of the ube itself. The service is phenomenal with its fast delivery and welcoming employees. For those who do not prefer to order face to face with a staff member, there are kiosks available to use. I will definitely be stopping by this franchise again in the future.

My 10 year old Granddaughter loves Moochi therefore I had to try it. Service was fast and employees friendly. Menu was easy to read, lighting perfect to check out the different donuts. Strawberry, Dark Chocolate and Tiramisu flavors were chosen. First appearance is donut holes stuck together and easily pull apart to share. Nice and chewy, light but very little flavoring not overwhelming and not too sweet. These donuts did not weigh you down after eating. Did not see any filling Moochi donuts. Will definitely be back to try other flavors!

I finally got to try out this new spot in the mall food court. I loved the donuts!! They were chewy as promised and tasted great. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the moochi matcha to try it and it's kind of like a very sweet slushy matcha. I probably wouldn't get the drink again but I would definitely return for the donuts and try a different drink!

Moochi is in the Mallon Syracuse food court on the 2nd floor. They show donuts, waffle pops and a variety of drinks for sale. They ran out of donuts. I ordered the small waffle on a popsicle stick. It had whir melted chocolate and an Oreo on top. I felt it expensive for what it was , though it tasted good enough. It took at least 5 minutes to cook and put together. They have 4 different ones to choose from. They made fancy drinks and there was a line of people waiting. It is a clever twist but at 6.43 a shot I'd rather go to The Waffle House.

First time trying Moochi a few weeks ago, I went with the Ube Crack donut. It was heavenly, soft, chewy and perfectly sweet with added crunch from the almonds. For $3.10 per donut, I felt it was money well spent. Service was a little disorganized but friendly and theming is cute. Fast forward to a couple days ago, they sadly didn't have the Ube donuts in stock, so I settled on a regular glazed. It was delicious - simple, pillowy and soft. I shared with my mom and her "not bad" review means phenomenal, lol. I can't speak for the drinks yet but the donuts are excellent. Check 'em out!

There is always a pleasant vibe to it and often there are people chatting or working on laptops. Employees are always really nice. I really enjoy the Pandan Matcha. Its so hard to find pandan drinks in the area! I find the drinks are often really sweet and so its important to order them with no sugar or less sugar. The boba is okay although the straws they have been using lately are too small for them so they lose some of the shape and correct texture. A random thing I love about their drinks are they used a crushed ice, it makes it feel appropriately portioned to the drink itself. Although I am not a coffee person, the cafe lattes are my partner's favorite in the area and they are highly customizable. It's also nice that they offer a carrier when you have a few drinks to-go. Interestingly, the cake and desserts are the weaker part for me for Cake Bar. They are often pretty dry for my tastes. My favorite has been the potato chip cookies, but I have only seen them a few times. The chicken wing dip buns are pretty good and filling though and are worth trying! Overall its a great stop and a nice place to bring friends when they stop by or to hang out whilst doing some work.

I'm not a bubble tea fan, so I can't speak to that, but I do quite enjoy their ramen bowls and have had them on multiple occasions. The standout for me is the miso base with chicken. The broth is piping hot, the green onion flavor is awesome, and it's a chock full of ingredients. The interior is unique with big, open windows and some funky booths. My main complaint here is that service tends to be a bit slow. I'd recommend ordering ahead of time and then eating there once you pick it up or just doing take out. Ordering through the counter can take awhile, even if it's quiet in there. Happy to continue to support them!

I ordered a "jasmine green milk tea." However, I meant to order a taichi green milk tea. Due to this miscommunication, the worker put that I ordered a "Jasmine milk tea." When I explained the situation, they would not give me the drink I wanted to order. Even after I showed the manager my Uber Eats evidence that I only order the "taichi green milk tea." (X7 orders in past 2.5 weeks, all including "taichi green milk tea" and not "jasmine milk tea." I bought a side seaweed salad, ramen, and boba. With tip my total was 34(pricey!!!) and change. I was told that if I had come up to the register and said I didn't like the flavor, the drink likely would have been replaced to the drink of my choice but since I said the word "jasmine" they would not replace it. In my entire life, I have honestly never encountered a staff/manager that were so unreasonable. I regret including tip. This is a basic non-issue in any other restaurant business establishment. I would recommend Hi Tea, Mr Noodle and Mrs Dumpling, for those looking for boba/ramen spots. Cake bar downtown also has good boba. Surely, there is normal customer service at these restaurants. Very weird experience because it was frustrating but comedic at the same time. I will never be coming back to this location again.

I needed something quick and filling and found hi tea just searching for what was still open. Mobile ordered it and walked right over. They had just finished my drink and were finishing up the food. My milk tea was delicious and the sweet treat I needed, loved the cold foam they put on it and I got to decide the sugar level which I chose 50% and that was still very sweet. The rice noodles were delicious, perfect chewy consistency and great flavor. There was lots of shrimp and pork, I gave half to my boyfriend. Highly recommend if you're looking for something quick and easy but want something different from the usual chain.
