What drew me in was the huge drink size I saw someone carry out, of tea and had instant instinct of, I need one of those! I chose the classic Thai milk tea with boba, and a cheese foam topping and went with their big boy! The line was a little long, but there was one person on the floor, but she pushed through and got everyone their drinks and she was very kind. TLDR: the store itself is pretty, the cups are nice and high quality but 2/3 of the drinks we ordered wasn't what we wanted, especially the Boston cheng cheng that was basically undrinkable. Also for the 20 minute wait I would rather go somewhere else. Had high hopes for the bubble tea. It looked fairly busy, maybe 3 people already on line, and it is super pretty inside. But it was so disappointing. I felt like we waited forever for 3 drinks. I want to say we easily waited 20 mins.  The first one that came out was the strawberry yakult which tastes of artificial strawberry. Like strawberry calpico with a whisper of generic yakult. My friend who ordered it was very upset it was off-brand yakult.  The second one was the the lychee black tea with milk foam. It was okay. Tastes a strongly of sweet evaporated milk. Unfortunately it doesn't taste at all of lychee. There is a vague fruity hint as an after-taste but  couldn't really be called a lychee milk tea.  The real problem was the boston cheng cheng. That's the drink that took the full 20 minutes. It tasted HORRIBLE. It is an orange, pear tea? It took them ages, presumably to juice the orange, but I guess they just stuck the entire orange into the juicer because it was bitter and pithy. You could see the chunks of the peel in the tea. There was also no taste of pear or any detectable sweetness because it was overwhelmingly the bitterness of the orange peel and the tea. read more

We came around 4:50 on a Thursday evening and I was surprised to see how empty the mall was. We were surprised to see that they used fresh fruits for their fruity drinks as most bubble tea locations use frozen fruits. However, it was kindve reflected on the drink as it was not to my friends taste. Maybe because mangoes aren't in season during this time. The brûlée bubble milk tea was really good though. I was a bit iffy of it at first which was why I got the smaller size but the drink was a lot better than I expected. The boba is to the right texture and the drink itself was perfectly sweetened. They have really cute chairs that spin and are perfect for pictures. The seating area is slightly small but I doubt many people would stay in for a long time. They offer three different sizes and I do wonder if there's actually a huge difference between them. It would of been nice to include the ounces of each cup just so we know how much we are consuming. There is a pretty big price difference between the smallest size and the giant size. read more

I tried U Tea once before in Ithaca and thought it was really cool that they had a pitaya smoothie with cheese foam on top. I've been really excited about them opening up this 2nd location in the mall. Similar to the Ithaca location, the interior decor is modern. The one here is much cuter though with pink touches everywhere and geometric designs. The space is small but there are a few tables and areas where you can sit in. They serve drinks only, no snacks. I tried the matcha brulee series in a size large and a kiwi cheezo drink in a size large. The drinks had a lot of ice in it so I didn't feel like there was as much volume as it first appeared. The cashier took our order wrong at first and entered mango cheezy rather than kiwi. I like the flavor of the cheese foam and liked that the cup had the sippy lid that allowed you to drink the foam on top. For the day I came, they had a buy one get one half off deal so our total was a little over $10 for two large drinks. I liked that the kiwi cheezy wasn't just a smoothie but was also a tea drink. It had jasmine green tea in it. I also tried the dirty milk tea. I didn't ask for boba but they put it in anyway. I usually don't get boba in my drinks because I find them cumbersome but I was very pleasantly surprised with the sweetness and soft texture of their boba. I definitely want to get that drink again! I also had the pineapple four season cheezo. I am not sure what the four season refers to. I know at Vietnamese restaurants, four seasons smoothies refers to four different types of fruits but I am not sure if this one had other fruits in it other than pineapple. They didn't put any cheezo on this drink even though it was listed under the cheezo menu. It also came out a lot later than the dirty milk tea so by the time the 2nd drink came out for my husband, I was already done with my size medium first drink. I asked for less ice but there was a ton of ice in that drink. The dirty milk tea drink cannot be adjusted in sweetness but the pineapple one could. I always adjust the sweetness to 20-30% if possible because I find most drinks to be too sweet. The dirty milk tea was on the sweet side so it was definitely like a decadent dessert. read more

Their bubble milk tea is a champion compare than other bubble tea place! The percentage between the tea and milk are perfect. You can choose black or green tea. I chose green tea. It was really great! Their bubble is also great. The service is also great. They will answer any question you have regarding their drink. Input for this place is I wish they could put more bubble into the drink. I would recommended this place and would definitely come back to try another drink. read more

I was a bit intimidated by the menu at first. There were a few toppings I had never seen before and it was hard to tell which drink came with what topping. I asked about the toppings and they were able to explain them to me easily. They helped me pick out a drink too. I got the matcha with cheezo foam and it was delicious! The foam is sweet. It is also very thick so if your stomach is sensitive to dairy it might upset it. The matcha tea had a good flavor and didn't taste like a cheapo matcha that you get from other boba cafes. The previous review isn't changing, and instead this is directed towards the management/customer representative (using this very loosely). I see that you're passively trying to shift this and tell me that my bad experience was, in majority, my fault for not clearly asking for clarification. However, if my decision was to remove the topping that "must be" in the drink, your employees should then be prompted to tell people WHY they should not remove it. If they ask me if I want the cheese foam/milk cap and I say no, simply responding with "ok" instead of explaining why they are NECESSARY for the enjoyment of your style of drink, from a customer's point of view, it would be assumed that it is not a big deal. Also, if a drink on a menu says "Lychee Black Tea", I am going to assume it's Lychee Black Tea. I've legitimately never heard of Lychee Black Tea being a lychee flavored premium tea bag. My two cents on this matter. Whether you wish to take feedback and criticism on the chin or try and attack the reviewer or customer either passively or full force like the girl who referenced Kung Fu Tea, is up to you. I would have come back to try another drink with the cheese top if you weren't obviously antagonistic in your response. read more

definitely worst service I have on 12/5 afternoon at 3pm, the woman who helped us placed the order was so mean and so rude, impatient. She even yelled at me. She has racism. She saw me an asian so she shouted at me.I bet if I was a white she would never do this to me.
