I purchased a vehicle from them thinking that it was accident clean and it was a HUGE lie.. the car kept giving me problems with only the 5 months I had it ..I try to trade it in with another dealership and that when they showed me the car fax and all the accidents and that why I was having issues.. I went back to amber motors and Richard told me he wasn't aware of the accidents and that if I fixed the car he would replace it with another one of the same value.. After spending another $1500 plus tows on the car I bring finally to the dealer and Richard and Victor both kept this scheme and lies going.. Now I'm stuck with a car that is damaged and has no value to exhange!!!

The institution has changed drastically in their ability to meet customers' needs. It is of no benefit to have an account with them. Tropical Financial Credit Union is no longer customer oriented or even friendly; they would do well to remember that customers should be at the center of their business plans.
