The vehicle was washed and ready for me to pick-up. In addition, I was given a complimentary oil change since we couldn't figure out when the last one was done. On top of this, the car had some battery issue a few days after I drove it around. Sal went out of his way and did a full service of my car at BMW dealership and once we identified the problem he took care of everything to make it right. I don't think any other dealer in the world would do this. It was a blessing to have purchased my vehicle here and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Just don't let his New York vibe throw you for a loop (and I'm a New Yorker so I got him right off the bat). Ron is very down to earth, very direct, and he doesn't sugar coat anything which means he tells you what you're buying. He told me about several issues the SUV I bought had and still gave me a great price. Yes, we went back-and-forth a bit, but that's what you can expect from any used car spot. So if you're looking for a great car and great service with a no BS experience (and we all know car dealerships can load on the BS pretty thick) then check this place out. On June 6, 2026, I decided to trade in my K5 and went to Kia of Homestead, where I purchased a 2026 Sportage. The monthly payment wasn't exactly what I wanted, but that's something that can happen. My bad experience started with the trade-in. My K5 had positive equity, and I was told I would receive a $1,000 refund check within two weeks or less. To make a long story short, I've called several times, and nobody seems to know anything about the check. No one can give me a clear answer. I also called Kia Finance, and they confirmed that my previous vehicle was paid off a while ago, but they don't know anything about a refund check either. My advice is simple: if you want to avoid this kind of experience, sell your trade-in to a company like CarMax instead. They pay you on the spot, and then you can take your money and buy the car you want from any dealership. This won't happen to me again. I won't be doing business with Kia of Homestead in the future. I feel very disappointed and misled by the way this situation has been handled.
