There is a greeter who asks how they could help...any personal banker needs is directed to sit down while waiting for one of five bankers to get free. Things that can be done with a teller, is directed to a single line with 2 tellers. Once I got to front, it didn't take very long, and the teller was very pleasant, apologizing for the wait.
