I purchased a vehicle from them thinking that it was accident clean and it was a HUGE lie.. the car kept giving me problems with only the 5 months I had it ..I try to trade it in with another dealership and that when they showed me the car fax and all the accidents and that why I was having issues.. I went back to amber motors and Richard told me he wasn't aware of the accidents and that if I fixed the car he would replace it with another one of the same value.. After spending another $1500 plus tows on the car I bring finally to the dealer and Richard and Victor both kept this scheme and lies going.. They refuse to activate the card plus they have shut down access to my on line sevice to the TFCU Credit Card which includes payments to the credit card,,hmmm late fees. Things that can be done with a teller, is directed to a single line with 2 tellers. Once I got to front, it didn't take very long, and the teller was very pleasant, apologizing for the wait.
