DO NOT BUY FROM ROLLING CARS (Hollywood, FL) -- Read Before You Purchase…read more My husband bought a black truck here less than 45 days ago for his transportation business -- with a warranty that has turned out to be worthless. Since day one, the truck has had a persistent squeaking noise and AC problems. We brought it in, they said everything would be fixed. Only the AC got done. Between then and now, we made several calls trying to get an appointment to fix the rest. Every time we were told they'd "get back to us" -- no one ever did. My husband even went in person to speak with the one guy who could actually make a decision, but he stayed in the back and refused to come out and address the situation. My husband ended up leaving just to avoid things escalating. You'd think after that they'd have called us. They did not. Three weeks later, they finally say they've ordered the parts and tell us to bring it in at 9am. We show up -- and they turn us away, saying they're overbooked. No courtesy call, nothing. We live 40 minutes away and I had to take off work to make this happen, for nothing. Now they're telling us "come back tomorrow." No accountability. No communication. Just excuses and finger-pointing between the dealership and their mechanic shop. We're filing complaints with the BBB and other consumer protection agencies, because other buyers deserve to know what they're getting into. If you're considering Rolling Cars, think twice -- unless you're truly desperate. And for those who do not know how to properly file a complaint....... Oh I got time today. 1. Better Business Bureau (BBB) - bbb.org search "Rolling Cars Hollywood FL" file complaint 2. Florida Attorney General - Consumer Protection - myfloridalegal.com (Consumer Complaint Form) 3. Warranty company directly -- if third-party, file with them separately And last but not least, the finance company they used to put you in the vehicle. Banks do not like doing business with shady car dealerships.

My brother has been a member since he joined the USMC, and as a retiree, uses them for most of his banking needs. With two branches in Miami, we went to the closest one to the Port of Miami. I'm a member too (through him), so I did some banking while we were there. A lot of the transactions can get complicated, so the wait can be a bit long. I was done quick, with my brother taking a bit longer. He later told me, it had been a pleasant exchange.

I gave my drivers license and wrote my name down and somehow from my name Joel and i get an email saying my name is Jose. This place is extremely ghetto and not customer friendly unless you know them on a personal level. I was skipped twice by 2 other customers that showed up after me with no appointments. There is absolutely nothing that can be done to fix this location since the main person in charge allows it. What a waste of time
