Too many shops skip the important aspects of customer satisfaction, attention to detail and above all a trustworthy transaction every time. The people at Nice Car turn all of that on its head. I have gotten air conditioning work there, oil changes, tires replaced and a few other minor jobs. They always have given me realistic estimates and time to completion. Saved up $1,500 to buy a car from this place--get the car and on the 2ND DAY the car starts acting funny, so my boyfriend and I call them and they say we can't bring it in to be repaired until the next Friday. The car didn't even make it to the next Friday and the transmission completely stopped working so I was stuck on the side of the road for 2 hours waiting on Alex to come tow the car back to their office to be worked on. They say they offered us a 6 month warranty for certain issues going on with the car. It's now been over a week later since the incident and I still cannot get a clear answer from anyone (not Farrah who works in service, not from sales, or from Alex the owner), all they tell me is they will know more the next day and then the same answer is given over and over. Tomorrow I have a Zoom meeting with my boss for what I am certain is going to be me being Fired from my job because I haven't been able to show up for work in over a week bc I haven't had a car to get to and from work. The entire reason I purchased a car was to be able to work and have reliable transportation to make money--but what I got was a car that ended up having a bad transmission, issues with the power window/sunroof, key fob not working, check engine light on, dull front head light, etc. (a lemon). Luckily there is a Lemon Law in Florida and A good friend who happens to be an attorney who will be helping me if the car is not repaired and returned to me asap. The process was super simple and to the point. The salesman was not pushy and annoying like the typical salesman can be. He answered every question, took his time explaining things and gave me time to figure out which car I wanted (had to look at the carfax, check the vehicle & test drive). I was in and out within 15 minutes tops when it came down to the processing of the paperwork. I've had my car for about 5 months now (I believe) and so far no issues. The only thing I will say is to pay close attention to your scheduled payments. I didn't realize that certain months I will be making three payments instead of two (I am paid once a month; my check does not change) but honestly that's still okay because you pay off the car super fast. read more

I remember buying a Monte Carlo from them... that stupid car lasted me for only a week. I took it to the mechanic and they was afraid to touch anything under the hood because everything was badly rusted. That car had to come from somewhere like New Orleans when those cars was destroyed and sitting in the water for a long period of time. I bought a car here on April 27, I requested a copy of all documents that I signed, they refused, weird. Then not even 24 hours after having the car, the transmission blew. I brought it back for them to fix which left me without a car for some days. They said they would only credit the account $30 a day for how long it took to fix it. They called telling me it was ready 2 days early. Didn't even get a block away and the fog light flew out while I was driving(dangerous) I had to find it in someone's front yard. Brought it back so they could put that back on. Noticed they didn't bolt down the radiator frame and the car was still having the same transmission problem. I requested the copy of contract and they refused again and also refused to credit the account like they previously promised. Crooks, do not buy a car from these people. They lie and cheat people, once you give them your down payment, you'll never get a straight answer out of these people. There were so many people in the repair shop upset because the cars they bought were literally falling apart on them. The fact that a NICE CAR employee told me that NICE CAR rented my car to someone for a day and as I go to get my items I see one of my bags opened and my stuff all over the floor I hope whoever they loned the car to didnt get a ticket because it will be there problem and P.S. Gabi & Associates and Nice Car are one in the same so don't let them fool you.
