1-Star Review Title: Terrible Experience - Beware Before Buying I purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica from Auto Trust USA in February 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After making my down payment, they refused to let me take the vehicle because my license was suspended but also refused to refund my money. Two weeks later, they allowed me to pick up the car. Within two weeks of driving, the vehicle completely broke down. I immediately contacted Auto Trust USA, and instead of standing behind their sale, they told me to use my aftermarket warranty and refused to help. The mechanic diagnosed severe engine issues and a failing oil cooler - neither covered by the warranty. When I returned to Auto Trust for assistance, they again refused to help. Here i am a year and 3 months later and my car have been in mechanic shops more than i been behind the wheel. the car is currently in a shop Auto Trust USA upsold me a warrant . And the warranty company not willing to fix the engine either. Pablo was the guy who sold me the car. and i spoke with him and Gary the general manager several times and they refuse to help , aid and assist. And come to find out my license was'nt even suspended i think they was buying time to rig the engine up. We don't know why anyone would want to leave a negative review for this auto dealer, they were outstanding with our recent car buying experience with them. We found the car we wanted online at this dealer, as it was the only Fiat 500C we could find anywhere that had the right price, low mileage and color combination we wanted. We were definitely nervous about buying this vehicle from an auto dealer so far away from us, as we live in Arizona and they are in Miramar, Florida. However, this auto dealer and Juan were very professional. Per our requests, they sent us pictures and did videos of everything we wanted to see, they even put it up on a rack and took a video of the under-side of the car so my husband could inspect it for possible leaks, etc. They also took a video of the complete inside & outside of the car, the trunk, under the hood & starting the car, rolling down and up of the windows, opening & closing the convertible top so we could see that everything worked properly. They answered every question we had. Gary, the General Manager and Juan were awesome. The entire car buying process with them recently from start to finish (when we received our Fiat 500C, which they also set-up the auto transport service for us, Roman Logistics) was handled with professionalism, care and respect. BEWARE of this little dealer. I just bought a vehicle that seams to be OK but when arrived at my location the vehicle stalled and didn't start, so far it looks like a lemon, and it has several body damage that a rookie salesman named Juan emphasized that the car in excellent shape. I shipped the vehicle to a Cadillac dealer to investigate about the issues and whether the mileage reported is accurate. I will be calling their local licensing board for a complaint as well as filing a lawsuit against them for any money to be spent for repairs. Beware beware when I first bought my BMW from these people they told me it has never been in a wreck so I had a headlight assembly go bad. I went to replace it where you have to take the bumper off and noticed that the crash bar on the front of the vehicle was dented in extremely plus it was missing the rubber piece that protected it along with a couple of little things that were broke Trust me you do not want to do business with these people.update you should have had it inspected before you bought it and the only reason I found out about the damage was I had to take the bumper completely off and have the headlights replaced due to them being damage from a highly impact front in that crushed the impact bar about 4 inches if you consider that minor damage, then you don't need to be in the auto business I had inspected again. They said that was a major crash, that's why I posted what I posted when I posted and as far as the independent inspector my opinion now is there in business with you do two things I found after I bought it, and I had brought a few things to your attention and I did not receive any calls back. One thing was the driving code the sales person said oh it's nothing well it come out to be I had to put a whole new rack and pinion under which cost over $5000 so I guess that's minor to right. John Kelly On January 17 ,2020 I bought this 2012 Cadillac CTS coupe serial # 1G6DS1E36C0146351from Juan Arrivillaga. I looked carefully at the contract a few days later and saw that I was being charged an additional $699 for Optional Gap insurance. I called Mr Arrivillaga and told him I did not want this coverage, that in my case It was not necessary. He agreed to return the premium. About 6 months went by and i called again. This Time I heard from a woman who said she was the office manager and that she would send me a form that she would submit the request to WESCO gap insurance company. The day I signed the contract The Gap Insurance was never explained to me. I'm just curious about how many others have requested that this coverage be dropped. My recommendation to anyone buying a car from auto trust is to have an Attorney look over the contract and that one should never TRUST this dealers' word about anything. The Office manager did send me a form which I signed and sent back. Supposedly this was for the return of my $699. If you try to pro rate this---THIS IS UNACCETABLE. I want my$699 and I want it now. I put over $1000 into tis car a week after I bought it. All fluids had to be changed and the belts and plugs and coils---all bad. I assumed they changed the oil wth what i assume is the cheapest oil and filter they could put in. My advice to a prospective buyer---STAY AWAY!!!!!! read more

Stay away from their cars. My wife and i purchased 2 cars, on the same day from these jokers. Our fault for not taking them to be inspected by "real" mechanics before signing on the dotted line. First, the front bumper cover actually fell off on one side. After going back to dealer, I was blamed for hitting a parking curb. I flat out denied that accusation. I was sent to their body shop guy, which was over in Hallendale who had my car for 3 days and was suppose to install another fender, which mine had its mounting holes ripped prior to my purchase and was glued to hold and be un noticed for a sale. Glue verified by 2 other body shops. After getting my car back and inspecting, I found it was the same fender with ripped mounting holes. All the guy did was ram 2 over sized screws into the fender to forcefully hold it in place and prevent it temporarilly from falling off again. Also needed to replace, at my cost, extended warranty they sold me did not cover this, the Xenon headlight which was causing the check engine light to come on. $1200 for a used headlight. Also, the bottom splash guards on the bottom were either missing or torn. During a rainstorm and driving, water weight caused the entire splash guard to drop. Another $575 for all the replacements. Again, not covered by warranty. Also needed a new battery. Cost $450 installed. Yes it was a German automobile. Not covered with warranty. All these repairs within the 1st month of ownership. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by the company you work for. I bought a car there that your company new you were selling me a lemon! The "FREE" extended warranty, doesn't cover tearing down the transmission and it doesn't cover many things. Neither you nor the finance guy, Vladimir explained the warranty nor gave me options! You both said bumper to bumper for 90 days or 3000 miles whatever comes first! They new exactly what you were selling! Including at no time you gave me a choice nor were thorough with the warranty! Got the car back home for my repair shop find over 3,000 dollars of mechanical work to be done. The car was bought "As is, where is" and on their value lot. Spoke to the manager David and he rest assured me that my license plate would be sent overnight, Fed Ex. It never arrived four days later and too the wrong address. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I wish I could give no stars, worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. When I was purchasing a used car, I had asked them what exactly was wrong with the vehicle, and they told me the battery was having some issues, and the car did not come with a spare tire. That was it. However, after purchasing and driving with the car THE SAME DAY, it turned out the power transmission was completely damaged and the steering power was weak. A car that already turned out to be way overpriced, became immobile in a matter of 12 hours. It would be really hard to sue because I had signed the 'Warranty Disclaimer' that basically rids them of any responsibility for any damages found in the car-- even before purchasing, so I've been scammed of more than 2000 dollars that I desperately needed. I purchased a 2011 Audi A5 from this dealership. I worked with a gentleman named Sam. The car buying process was very simple and straightforward. The dealership even set up transportation for the vehicle to me without any additional charge which I appreciated. When the vehicle was delivered, the car did not start and it needed to be jumped to be taken off the truck. I attempted to start the car the next day but the battery was dead. I ended up calling triple A twice that day to jump start the battery and taking it to the mechanic. The mechanic replaced the battery. I contacted auto trust and spoke with the manager who apologized for using a refurbished battery and paid for the cost of the replacement battery. The mechanic did an oil change and informed me that the windshield wipers did not work and it was because the windshield wiper reservoir (tank) was removed. If this was the worst of the issues I would face, I covered this $780 charge. I asked auto trust about this because they said their mechanic inspects all their vehicles prior to sale and it "apparently was working before." No chance. When I purchased the car I was told there was a front end damage accident reported, however, as the temperature changed there was an apparent crack that was fixed via Bondo filler along the drivers side quarter panel. I took it to two different body shops who confirms that there was extensive damage and it was poorly repaired. The dealership said they had no idea of this and the crack wasn't there - however the vehicle was thoroughly inspected by their mechanic. And then here's the kicker... I finally get the title after waiting over a month and take the car to get an emissions test and it FAILS!!! Not sure what I did to deserve all this... paid cash for the car.. tried to keep it very simple. All I can say is buyer beware. All they do is deny issues but the evidence is there read more

Thinking that there moto " we treat you like family" I went back to upgrade. After finding the car I wanted I also wanted to trade my current car. They wanted to give me less than half the market value which is supposed to be my down payment. Some family treatment and when you call them on it suddenly there seem to be other issues. So I decided to call Gary the sales manager who tells me that's he believes my car to be worth but will give me what I want but now theres no financing available for a guy that just made 27 on time payments in a row!! Then Gary apparently changed his mind during the convo and hung up on me!! No that's how to treat a returning customer Gary!!
