Hgreg Nissan offer

Weston Nissan used classic bait-and-switch tactics. Brian Spells confirmed a $23,563 out-the-door price, but when I arrived, Sales Manager Javier Briceño ignored that offer and came back with a price around $27,500. This was misleading and unprofessional. Luckily, there are honest dealers like HGreg Nissan, who offered me the same Nissan Kicks SV (same sticker price of $25,070) and sold it to me out-the-door for $23,900. Stay away from Weston Nissan and choose dealers that value transparency.

Terrible service, weston nissan Don't come here! The manager Tony Figueroa is so terrible he doesn't even leave his office to help clients! Service reps are clueless and rude, an automated system is more helpful.

Awesome buying experience at Weston Nissan, Mark Mirand was my star salesperson, super smooth transaction considered the best in many years of leasing at other Nissan locations, also a very motivated mgmt and salesperson made this deal a reality. Not only did they honor the monthly payment we agreed over the phone but they worked very diligently to achieve that figure. Mark is the person to go if you want sympathy, transparency and full understanding during this type of arduous negotiation, his well rounded and super likable personality made our stay at Weston Nissan an enjoyable experience, rare nowadays. I'm super happy with my new Pathfinder and very delightful with my whole experience at this location, 150% recommended and ask for Mark as your trusted sales consultant, you won't get disappointed!

He did not pressure her at all. And that's what we appreciate in a car salesman, not trying to make the sale just to make the sale. Six hours later, the deal was sealed, and she left with the car that she fell in love with. It was much cheaper than the Lexus by hundreds. Everyone was super sweet and very helpful.. We also worked with Mia, I believe she handles the paperwork of things. She was very helpful as well. And Sean from finance was very quick and thorough. After you get your oil changed three times (I think), the next one is free and I finally got my free oil change! I knocked off a star since my last review only because it's been so hard to get an appointment here. When I need my oil change or car serviced, I'll usually have to plan in advance because their appointments are usually a few weeks already booked. They also have been taking way longer than normal. My last oil change was supposed to be an hour and a half maximum but ended up being close to four hours because he forgot to notify me it was ready. Other than that, my car rep is always nice. I usually see Corey Guy and he's my fav person to go to there. Always super helpful! If you plan to wait, they have tables, chairs, couches, tv, complimentary water, and popcorn. Plus, free wifi. They also have a car service that can take you to nearby areas and pick you up after you're done. I used this to go to an appointment I had while my car was being serviced a few appointments ago. Overall, still a good spot for car service and oil changes.

She's very attentive and always checked in with me to keep me updated. Today I had to drop off my truck last minute, and Paula was able to get me into a loaner vehicle, which was a huge help since I had my son with me. She is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers. She is a great employee, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is reliable, patient, and truly customer-focused. Customer service like hers should be the standard. Ironically in midst of this, a former finance director texted me about a totally unrelated thing-his attempting to solicit his new biz since hes no longer with Auto Nation...what a joke... Countless years & deals in the past and yet I will NEVER buy another vehicle here. I let certain things slide on my deal from 7/25 which should've been done but I dealt with it...but a mess from jump and still going...trying to get warranty canceled. Star -- Terrible Experience at This Alfa Romeo Dealership…read more I took my Alfa Romeo Stelvio here for service, and it was one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. The service department did not communicate properly with the insurance inspector and failed to represent me professionally. They told me the ABS system needed replacement and tried to charge me $7,000 for it. When I refused to pay and said I wanted to return the car to Alfa Romeo, they offered to buy my $30,000 car for only $5,000 -- completely unacceptable. My service advisor was extremely rude, and when I dropped off my car, the hood release handle was not broken. But when I picked it up, it was broken -- and they claimed it was already like that. After getting the car back, I started hearing noises from the front wheels. When I called them again, they wanted to charge me $500 for a diagnostic fee, even though any service should be covered under warranty. The advisor, the manager, and the entire service team were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Don't bring your Alfa Romeo here.

I will give a pretty short and concise review of this place. They already wasted about an hour and a half of my time and I am not going to give much more of it to this unprofessional place. They are deceptive, they like to bait and switch and they go radio silent when there is an issue. I am glad they showed their true colors, so if I choose to get an Alfa Romeo in the future, I will not come here. I will say the guy I test drove with, Alex, was very nice and gave me clear answers to my questions. I think the real issue here is management. I was supposed to be given potential monthly payment rates and the manager never came back. I waited and waited. How odd that the manager would not give me any payment options. There were no customers there. He was not busy. Beyond that, they engage in the 'ole bait and switch tactics of many of the "sleazy" car dealerships out there. I thought more of Rick Case Automotive group but it looks like this place plays the same game.

I lease a 2024 Alfa Romeo stelvio and did a oil change at a location other than the dealership…read more Maintenance on the vehicle is not required to be done at an Alfa Romeo dealership under the terms of the lease agreement. I do usually get my more intensive service work done at the dealership but for just doing an oil change , the dealership typically charges around $300 more than what you pay at an oil change location like Jiffy Lube or similar. After getting the oil change done buy a non dealership oil change place, we were able to figure out how to reset the oil light, but now there is a scheduled maintenance expired message that comes on the screen when I start the engine. After Googling for a while, I found that on newer Alfa Romeo models , this can only be reset with the diagnostic equipment at a dealership . Something that I did not know before because previous stelvio models were able to reset these warning indicators with a combination of foot pedal pushes with the ignition. I went to Rick Case Honda service department (the dealership I got the vehicle from) to get them to reset this indicator (which is a simple process for them), and they refused to do it without my paying for another oil change even though I just got it done days before. I am so disappointed with them because this is not a requirement for this vehicle in the manual or in the lease agreement. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH RICK CASE SERVISE DEPARTMENT.

This is the second time I've dealt with this dealership and it's always the same nonsense. The…read morefirst time, they tried to force me to buy a vehicle without even letting me see it, and on top of that, they were rude. I walked out. This time, I called to see if we could make a deal on a truck. As usual, they added over $7,000 in hidden fees and demanded 20%-30% down, saying "that's what everyone does." That's not a deal -- that's pressure. I told them I wasn't interested. I found another truck I liked: a 2024 with 20,000 miles listed at $55,000. I clearly told them I would buy it the same day if they sold it for $50,000, with $20,000 down and financing the remaining $30,000, no hidden fees. That's a serious, clean offer. Their response? "We'll call you back." They never did. Honestly, I'm glad. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This dealership clearly doesn't know how to do business -- they only know how to ask for money. They don't understand that you have to sell cars to make money, and not everyone is desperate to buy a new vehicle. There are plenty of other dealerships that actually know how to work with customers.
