2024 Yukon Denali XL

I'm very pleased with my buying experience at Vera Buick GMC. Easiest purchase of my life with Chad!!! This is the first time in a long time that I encounter a dealership with such transparency and friendliness. Will be back for more cars in the future! Thank you for making the dream of owning a Yukon Denali XL come true. Forever grateful.

I was wanting the new blue model. I found a blue LT model on the lot with a low MSRP price. I went inside the dealership and was warmly greeted by Damiar Pennant and I told him that I wanted to know the best price he could give me on the Marina blue 2026 Chevy Trax outside. Damiar was kind and checked on the best price he could do. He got an awesome price with tax, new tag and title out the door. I said okay let's test ride it. The next thing I know I am wanting that car. Damiar was so wonderful and told me about all of the awesome features on the car and the car rode like a cloud. I signed the deal and gave him some money to hold the car and told him I would buy it the next day because I wanted think about it overnight. The next day I was picked up by Damiar and went back and completed the deal. The finance department got me in and out not taking too long and were kind and courteous as well. The Finance Service Manager's name was Jose Diaz and he got an A+++++ rating for completing the paperwork with me within 21 minutes even though I kept asking him a lot of questions. He was awesome just like my sales person Damiar. I met with the cashier whose name was Pamela and she was kind and courteous and she accepted my payment for the car. This dealership is top notch and made my car purchase experience the best I have ever had. Damiar introduced me to Michelle Barthelus the Assistant Service Manager. The Sales Manager also came over and introduced himself to me. Damiar put my new tag on my car and I was on my way as a proud new owner of a 2026 Chevy Trax. Damiar is an awesome sales professional and is always available if I have any questions. I highly recommend this dealership and Damiar.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at AutoNation in Pembroke Pines, especially with the…read moreway the situation was handled by Ricardo, the Service Manager. I recently purchased a brand-new Suburban High Country, and the vehicle came with an issue with the driver's door. Air leaks through the door while driving, and when it rains, water gets inside the vehicle. Two days before my appointment, I called the AutoNation call center and clearly explained the problem and that I would need a loaner vehicle because I rely on my vehicle for work. The representative told me that I needed to schedule the appointment at least two days in advance in order for a loaner to be provided. Based on that information, I scheduled my appointment and arrived expecting AutoNation to honor what I had been told. When I arrived, Ricardo told me that he could not provide a loaner until GM approved it and the vehicle was inspected. After the service department inspected the vehicle, I was then told that the body shop also needed to inspect it and that they could not tell me how long the process would take. I made it very clear that I had no problem leaving my vehicle there for the necessary inspection and repairs. My issue was that I needed transportation while they kept my vehicle. Instead of providing a solution, I was left going back and forth after specifically following the instructions provided by their own call center. This is a brand-new Suburban High Country with an issue that was present when I received it. I expected much better communication, customer service, and support from AutoNation, particularly from a Service Manager. My experience with Ricardo was frustrating and disappointing, and the information I received at the dealership did not match what I was told by the AutoNation call center. Customers should be able to rely on the information they are given when scheduling an appointment. I hope AutoNation management reviews how this situation was handled and takes steps to prevent other customers from having the same experience.

WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS: SCAM AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES I…read moream writing this review to warn the public about a highly illegal and deceptive experience I encountered at Toyota of North Miami on June 11, 2026. During my vehicle purchase, the sales representative, Nelson Pineda Rodriguez, in direct collusion with a third-party entity called Legend Services, ran an insurance scam under my name. I was illegally charged an unauthorized fee of $350.00 USD under the false pretense of a "down payment" for an auto insurance quote. Here are the facts: Document Forgery: They generated an insurance quote and stamped a signature in my name without my authorization, knowledge, or legal consent. This is blatant identity theft and forgery. Stolen Funds: My actual auto insurance provider later confirmed that they never received a single penny of this $350.00 payment. The money collected at Toyota of North Miami was completely pocketed and unaccounted for, forcing me to pay my full premium separately to my real insurer. Unlicensed Activity: To make matters worse, I discovered that the individual operating on behalf of Legend Services at the dealership does not even hold a valid, active insurance agent license in the State of Florida. Operating an insurance brokerage without a license, forging customer signatures, and taking money under false pretenses are serious criminal offenses. A formal Demand Letter has already been sent to management, and complaints are being filed directly with the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS), the Office of the Florida Attorney General, and local law enforcement. Do not trust this dealership. Check every single line of your contract and financial breakdowns before signing anything. Nelson Pineda Rodriguez and the management involved need to be held accountable for these predatory and fraudulent actions.

I'm on my third Lincoln lease. I have a 2022 Lincoln Corsair, I've had a 2019 MKC before that and a…read more2016 MKX before this. Prior to this, I leased a Ford Explorer from the same dealership. My point is, I've been giving this dealership A LOT of business the last 10+ years. I've had issues with scheduling appointments with the mobile service department in the past here. Fast-forward to present date. I usually map out my errands ahead of time to stay organized. I called two weeks ago (on 3/14/25) to set an appointment for today to get my car serviced and pick up a loaner. The lady that picked up the phone offered to have the dealership come to my house and drop off the loaner and pick up my car, have it serviced and then have it dropped off afterward, and the loaner picked up. I jumped at the opportunity since I have never used this service before and it seemed pretty convenient. I thought it was strange that I never received a confirmation in my email or via a text message when I booked the appointment. This morning, I waited until the appointment time until I touched base with the dealership to figure out what was going on. I had to call multiple times this morning before I could get anyone on the line, when I finally did, I spoke to Angelica (who I'm pretty sure was the same girl that I spoke to in order to make my appointment two weeks ago). She told me that she apologizes, but there was no appointment for me in the system. She asked me if I could confirm what date that I called because they need to backtrack and see where the issue happened. Thankfully, I still had the call in my phone log that showed the date that I called to get the service appointment set. She advised that they would still be able to help me today with the same service, however, it would be later in the day. Again, I map things out ahead of time because I have a busy schedule. I then asked her if it would be possible for me to just come in and pick up the loaner and drop off my vehicle to which she said that I could. Thankfully I am not too far away from the dealership so it was not a big deal to just go in. I arrived a few minutes later, they did accommodate me quickly, I am sure because they knew I was very upset about what had just happened. Both Angelica and Neil, the service advisor did their best to get me in and out today. My car was ready in less than 2 hours. So they did try to make up for the mistake, and I appreciate this. Hopefully Lincoln leadership will see this review and make some changes on their end to improve the customer experience. I love Lincoln as a brand, but I also expect that service is great, especially for the money that I put into having a lease.

Do not buy used cars from them. Unless you expect to need to replace everything because the used…read morecars is they sell trash cars. And the warranty is even worse. They have you test drive the car around the neighborhood so you can't even tell the acceleration until you use it on the highway and it's bad. And then when you try to the warranty that they sell, nobody wants to take it because none of the problems are covered. Six months I've had my car and I need a new battery after spending months trying to get it checked out. The manager Ozzy says I had 30 days to figure out that all the little problems were because of the battery (which isn't covered by the almost $4000 warranty I was sold). I tried getting the car looked at. I got a diagnostic on the car. It has old codes in it. They take advantage of single mothers by selling them bad cars then after 30 days, the brakes go bad and the battery goes bad. I've never gotten a used car that had so many issues and the dealership doesn't want to take responsibility. My previous used car was from H Greg and the sliding doors stopped working and they fixed that no problem and it was longer than 30 days. Ford Used cars should learn from them.

From the beginning, even scheduling the window tint that was supposed to be honored with my purchase was a hassle. When I originally bought the car, it was never washed, so when I returned for the tint appointment, they washed it then. I asked more than five times for tire shine to be applied, and when I got the car back, it still wasn't done. More recently, I noticed the carpeted trunk floor piece is missing. I called earlier today and was told a manager would call me back. No one did. I called again and was told a manager would personally be asked to contact me. Again, no call. This evening, I spoke with a rep and specifically told him I did not want to be transferred to voicemail. He assured me he would get a manager on the phone, but instead sent me to voicemail. I then called back more than five times, selecting Sales each time. The same rep repeatedly answered the phone and immediately placed me on hold, sending me straight back to voicemail. During one of the calls, he even said "hello" as he answered before putting me on hold and sending the call to voicemail again. At that point, it was very clear I was being intentionally avoided rather than assisted. This is also not the first time I've had to repeatedly call just to get a manager to respond. Customers should not have to keep chasing a dealership after purchasing a vehicle just to get basic concerns addressed. The communication, follow-through, and overall customer service have been extremely disappointing.

The sales team is absolutely amazing. The service team however is absolutely horrible. From the valet at the front to the service advisers. Service advisors are typically pretty condescending, and it always feels like they are trying to get some type of money out of you, and try to find a reason as to why you're wrong or not understanding what they are saying. The valet at the front is ALWAYS RUDE. I have never came to this part of the dealer and had a pleasant experience. This sucks because BMW for me is a better car, better drive, better everything. But having to deal with this service department specifically SUCKS. DO BETTER., customer service is important.
