    I am not normally the one responsible for bringing my car in for repair, my husband is - and most is the time he fixes it himself or a friend does it because he's in the industry. So why did I have to take my truck to Great Bear? Because in the day my husband when out of town, my tire had a nail in it - causing the tire pressure to drop to 7! I asked a friend where I should go and she recommended Great Bear. Great! Super close to the house. I knew where it was - as it was near my dog's vet. So I went there. From the moment I stepped in to the office I could tell things would go well. The staff was friendly. Juanita told me they were super busy and they may not get to the truck today. I asked if I could keep it there since I couldn't drive it again with the tire. She explained yes and if it was done tonight but I had to pick it up after hours they would send an email so I could pay and I'd get a code for a lockbox outside. How convenient! Dedric did intake on my truck and then offered to drive me home. He was very friendly and helpful. This morning I called to get an idea about the car being ready. Dedric was the person who answered the phone and he told me he would make sure the car was next in line. It was! He called to let me know it was ready and he could send me an online payment link so I could just grab the keys and leave. I told him I needed to find a ride. He said he could come pick me and would be at my house in 15 minutes. YAY! When I got there Juanita completed the transaction and my truck was in the same area where I dropped it off, so I didn't have to hunt for it. Easy peasy! They don't try to sell me more than needed. The tire was fixed and I didn't feel taken advantage of. My husband was happy that they didn't try to sell me a new tire because other than the stupid nail, the tire treads were perfect. I highly recommend Great Bear. They do appear to be super busy, so if you can make any appointment.

    Barry, Lenny & Jack made my car repair experience a pleasure! 3 months ago I brought my car in for its 45,000 mile check up. I was about to go to the dealer but Great Bear quoted me approximately $500 less so I took a chance (my sister and her husband come here all the time so they highly recommended I come here). They only changed the wear items that needed changing, which is what saved me the additional cost. I didn't need new air filters; they said mine looked brand new and some other items I can't recall at the moment. The BEST part is yesterday my car wouldn't turn over. I have a sensor that reads the problem when the check engine light goes on. It's called FIXD & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. It's saved me two times so far...that's a whole different story. Anyway, the code indicated it's my Crankshaft Position Sensor & it's severe & I must take it to mechanic immediately. I looked up the cost online, to be prepared. The cost said anywhere from $275-$600. Naturally, I came straight to Great Bear. I told them what my FIXD sensor displayed. They said it could be that or something more. Not liking to hear "or something more", I had no choice but to get my car repaired so I left it. The next day they called to tell me it's exactly what I said; the crankshaft position sensor & I must get an OEM part and the cost will be $238 installed. Im a happy camper! Love this place.

Christian kept us informed about the status of our tires and let us know when all 4 tires were in and confirmed that we were set for our upcoming appt. We dropped off the car on the day of our appt and were told that it would be ready in 2-3 hours. The car was ready within that time frame. My daughter picked up her car and was happy with how her new tires felt. Later that night, her low tire pressure came on. When she was able to pull over in a safe area, she got out to check her tires and saw that one of them went flat. She normally has an air pump in her car for emergencies but we had taken it out and forgot to put it back in so we drove to where she was and filled the tire back up with air so that she was able to drive it home. Since this was Saturday night and they were closed on Sunday, she had to wait until Monday to call. When she called on Monday and told them what happened, they told her to bring her car in and they would look at it. After checking with their Corporate Office, they agreed that they would replace the tire at no cost. It was very simple and so nice that we didn't have to argue with them. What great customer service! We won't hesitate to come back the next time we need new tires.

Now, they have an impossible time quoting high-performance tires, never call back even after visiting the store for a quote, and refuse to provide any discounts; it's unbelievable. Within 15 minutes of leaving Goodyear, I went to two competitors on Weston Road and had immediate quotes. They lost their entire management team, and it shows. I wish them well!

The service department did not communicate properly with the insurance inspector and failed to represent me professionally. They told me the ABS system needed replacement and tried to charge me $7,000 for it. When I refused to pay and said I wanted to return the car to Alfa Romeo, they offered to buy my $30,000 car for only $5,000 -- completely unacceptable. My service advisor was extremely rude, and when I dropped off my car, the hood release handle was not broken. But when I picked it up, it was broken -- and they claimed it was already like that. After getting the car back, I started hearing noises from the front wheels. When I called them again, they wanted to charge me $500 for a diagnostic fee, even though any service should be covered under warranty. The advisor, the manager, and the entire service team were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Don't bring your Alfa Romeo here.

I will give a pretty short and concise review of this place. They already wasted about an hour and a half of my time and I am not going to give much more of it to this unprofessional place. They are deceptive, they like to bait and switch and they go radio silent when there is an issue. I am glad they showed their true colors, so if I choose to get an Alfa Romeo in the future, I will not come here. I will say the guy I test drove with, Alex, was very nice and gave me clear answers to my questions. I think the real issue here is management. I was supposed to be given potential monthly payment rates and the manager never came back. I waited and waited. How odd that the manager would not give me any payment options. There were no customers there. He was not busy. Beyond that, they engage in the 'ole bait and switch tactics of many of the "sleazy" car dealerships out there. I thought more of Rick Case Automotive group but it looks like this place plays the same game.

I do usually get my more intensive service work done at the dealership but for just doing an oil change , the dealership typically charges around $300 more than what you pay at an oil change location like Jiffy Lube or similar. After getting the oil change done buy a non dealership oil change place, we were able to figure out how to reset the oil light, but now there is a scheduled maintenance expired message that comes on the screen when I start the engine. After Googling for a while, I found that on newer Alfa Romeo models , this can only be reset with the diagnostic equipment at a dealership . Something that I did not know before because previous stelvio models were able to reset these warning indicators with a combination of foot pedal pushes with the ignition. I went to Rick Case Honda service department (the dealership I got the vehicle from) to get them to reset this indicator (which is a simple process for them), and they refused to do it without my paying for another oil change even though I just got it done days before. I am so disappointed with them because this is not a requirement for this vehicle in the manual or in the lease agreement. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH RICK CASE SERVISE DEPARTMENT.

He took his time to explain things, even if it meant repeating himself. He wanted to make sure that she was making a conscious decision and he wanted to make sure that she had the knowledge. He did not pressure her at all. And that's what we appreciate in a car salesman, not trying to make the sale just to make the sale. Six hours later, the deal was sealed, and she left with the car that she fell in love with. It was much cheaper than the Lexus by hundreds. Everyone was super sweet and very helpful..     Review Update* This…read moreis still my go-to spot to get an oil change and their rewards card that you can put on your keychain is what kept me coming. After you get your oil changed three times (I think), the next one is free and I finally got my free oil change! I knocked off a star since my last review only because it's been so hard to get an appointment here. When I need my oil change or car serviced, I'll usually have to plan in advance because their appointments are usually a few weeks already booked. They also have been taking way longer than normal. My last oil change was supposed to be an hour and a half maximum but ended up being close to four hours because he forgot to notify me it was ready. Other than that, my car rep is always nice. I usually see Corey Guy and he's my fav person to go to there. Always super helpful! If you plan to wait, they have tables, chairs, couches, tv, complimentary water, and popcorn. Plus, free wifi. They also have a car service that can take you to nearby areas and pick you up after you're done. I used this to go to an appointment I had while my car was being serviced a few appointments ago. Overall, still a good spot for car service and oil changes.
