    Do not go to this location. The first time we were there they said our car would be ready in a couple hours. We came back at the end of the day and they had not even touched my car. They quickly did our alignment. Now less than 3 months later my tires are all chewed up on the inside. That would not happen if they would have aligned the car properly. I took it back to them and they are not willing to do anything to make up for ruining my new tires. They tried to say that it's a common problem with BMW. They are crooks! Don't go there! Update: I've reached out to corporate and emailed as suggested by the response from reputation management below. Hopefully, they will do the right thing and replace my tires for their negligence. Update #2 After wasting my time. This place is still blaming my car. That it's a common problem with BMW and Mercedes that they eat the tires on the inside. Do your homework. This place has several reviews with people claiming the work was never actually done. They never aligned my car! My paperwork is even wrong. But they said that's because the machine just prints it that way, but that the work is done off the vin. Such a load of BS. Why give me a receipt if the info printed on it is wrong. Also, don't believe the smoke and mirrors from reputation management online saying that they can take care of you and to contact them. All they are going to do is waste your time they don't even offer to give you back money for the service they never did. It's all smoke and mirrors so that online people think that they're taking care of their negligence when they really are not. THEY ARE CROOKS! DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THEM!

    Waited over 8 hours for an oil change. How ? Just tell me you don't have time or don't feel like doing it. Was lied to several times about wait time. Was told at 12 pm that there's only an hour left. Was told at 2 pm there was only about 30-45 minutes left. What???? After getting my car the tire pressure light came on as well, what a surprise. I check my tires and apparently they filled my tires all up to 35 psi. Again... why??? Had to bring them all down to 32 psi like it says my car needs. They were probably trying to make me come back in to take more of my money and lie to me some more for fun.

    Update. Took my car back and asked them to remove the lug nut. Asked if they used torque sticks on impact guns. Danny took car and removed the lug nuts. Watched him use the torque sticks to put them back on and he used a torque wrench at at 80lbs. Got home and was able to easily remove the lug nuts. Danny did a great job. I am convinced the previous tech didn't use the torque sticks.

    Look at the almost 7 hours it took for an oil change.

    I drive company car and for the past 12 years I have been taking my car to this location Store#308524. In the past 5 years they have change management and staff more than 4 times and every time the service gets worst. All my colleges stop taking there company car there because of it, but because it's so close to my house I kept going. Today I took it for a quick oil change, they told me that it will take 2-3 hours and I agree to it, big mistake it took almost 7 hours. Attach is the picture of it.

    This is my father's car which arrived here driving fine, and here it's leaving on a tow truck. At our expense, no less.

The first time, I made a 9 AM appointment online and showed up on time... only to wait TWO HOURS before anyone even got to my car. Then I was told my car had "no oil" and they refused to service it. I was given almost no explanation, and I literally had to drive my car off the rack myself, worried it was unsafe to even be on the road. If my car truly had no oil, why was it sitting there for two hours untouched? Out of convenience (and honestly desperation), I gave them another chance a few months later. Same situation. I waited about 40 minutes before they even looked at my car, only to be told again that it had "no oil" and they wouldn't service it. At that point, I left and took it to my longtime mechanic (about an hour away) who quickly diagnosed the real issue: a cracked gasket causing a leak. They fixed it without any confusion or runaround. So now I'm left wondering... why make appointments at all if they don't start on time? And why was the issue never properly identified or explained? Between the long waits, lack of clear communication, and repeated misdiagnosis, I can't recommend this location. It was a complete waste of time and added unnecessary stress. I'll be sticking with Armstrong Auto Care moving forward, they've consistently been reliable, thorough, anddddddd they just opened a sister shop 3 minutes from this pep boys!!
