I had a dreaded nail in my tire. And tgere were two others who had the same issue. I wish the roads would not be littered with these because the same thing happened to me last year and there is not an easy way to avoid this. I called and had Goodyear order my tire because no one seems to have it in stock. I spoke with Carlos on the phone and he was helpful. When I arrived, I interacted with Kevin S. He is the Service Manager. He is very professional and down to earth. I had a new tire installed on my vehicle in about 20 minutes. As always, it is beat to arrive early to avoid the rush. read more

This review is solely based on getting new tires mounted, balanced, and installed. Sourced my own tires elsewhere. They were prompt, professional, broke down the price and we agreed. Was in and out in about an hour. Solid tire shop. read more

I was able to revisit the location after noticing a puddle of oil under my car. A washer was the culprit and it was replaced. While there, my liner was also screwed back on more securely. I am satisfied with their willingness to remedy the issues. read more

Adrien was extremely helpful and got me in and out quickly. I appreciate how kind everyone was too.

Needed two new tires quickly before an unexpected trip to Tampa because my mom needed surgery. Made the purchase and appointment online, and they had me in and out in a hour. Couldn't make it to Tampa in the recent rains we've had with those tires. So grateful for the expedient and super friendly service! read more

Quality of service was horrible I made 3 trips to this location. Please be careful when coming here some people just don't know what they're doing. My tire blew on Saturday. On Sunday I took it to my local Goodyear on pines and 172 but they didn't have it so I was sent to the location on university. After confirming twice the correct tire, when I got home I realized the wrong size was put on the car. I would think Goodyear out of places would confirm that the other tires were all the same. I had to return on Monday morning to have the correct tire placed. The woman offered me a "discount" however I still paid for their mistake. The best part is I had to return a third time because after they finally put on the right tire my light turned on again. I was told that the way my car was made if I drive off too fast over an uneven area it will throw off the sensor. I'm not sure how true that is. Prior to the tire being changed I had glue all over the rim that was not there the first time they changed it to the wrong tire. (See picture) Overall service was horrible. I do appreciate Bella assisting me right away. Hope to speak to corporate regarding this issue. read more

I had a horrible tire concern and needed a tire ASAP. I was able not only to get my tire replaced , but the service was quick, I was given great advice. Savings were suggested and I didn't have a two hour wait , like some other places. I'm appreciative of the help I received from Kevin at Goodyear! The value for the price was great as well per the normal cost of my tires. read more

I am a repeat customer at this location because of the lovely assistant manager, Denver. The most amazing and helpful individual that Goodyear employs. Goes out of his way to ultimately make his customers happy. My Jeep was in dire need of new tires and an alignment. I came in 30 mins before closing, and Denver and his team worked their magic. My car drives smooth as butter! Denver allowed me to price match the cost of the tires I saw online versus what he quoted me in store. Love that! He ensured to make me aware of every bit of detail for the hazard insurance I purchased along with my new tires. Even offered additional services that I should consider in the long run. But to be fair, I don't plan to have the car any longer, so as much as I wanted to give Denver the sale for his phenomenal service, I had to kindly decline.. lol The prices here are a bit high, but you're paying for quality here, and exceptional customer service. Bring your car here, you won't regret it :) P.S. - make sure you go to Goodyear's website and find coupons for your visit! read more

The thing that sets this location apart from others is definitely the customer service. From the moment I walked in I was greeted, properly walked through the process of an oil change and new tires, and was able to wait, grab a bite at one of the many nearby restaurants, or leave and they called me when my truck was done. The prices were fair, the service was quick, and the location was clean. The waiting area is small, but there is tv to watch and fresh coffee to enjoy. They did not have my particular tires in stock, but they were delivered within a few hours, and were on within a couple hours after dropping off the truck. Rowan, the manager, helped me and was very friendly and courteous. I will be coming here going forward. read more

I have gone to this Goodyear and not had any issues. This time I brought my car to have a tire patched. I was called by the store and told that the tire could not be patched and had to be replaced and the cost would be $270. I agreed to have it done. After I paid for the work I went outside and noticed that the tire was a different brand. When I asked the employee why want I told it was a different brand he claimed that no one has the tire because of COVID. I should had been given the opportunity to look for myself. read more

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. The staff members were also professional, reliable, and courteous. I needed to get my starter replaced, the quoted price was reasonable, and I was able to pickup my car the same day. They are also very responsive which I appreciated. Thank you!! read more

I called for a quote before I decided to decline replacing my tires with my dealership as my car was being serviced--the Goodyear staff offered me a substantially lower price compared to my dealership service center. However when I got there, the employee at the desk told me someone must have quoted me wrong and charged the same amount as my dealership without free warranty on the tires I had to purchase because I'm moving in a few days and have no time to check elsewhere or go back to the dealership. So I could've saved time and money value if I just got new tires with my dealership. read more

I am so happy I stopped here yesterday. I had a terrible experience with a flat tire. I was desperate. An employee named Alex Tillett helped me. I am so grateful to him. He made sure my tire was patched up so I could drive home safely. I really want to send a million thanks to the guys working there! read more

On father's day morning, a vehicle t-boned me and ran. I swerved considerably across multiple lanes because of the impact and the tread on my rear tires were worn. I was looking forward to breakfast with my father. Unfortunately, the get together had to be delayed. Goodyear made my morning considerably better by taking care of my two rear tires for me, which safely got me to Tampa the same day. Thank you for excellent service. read more

I used this place for all my three cars before and loved it. Today, what a different story, the gentleman in the counter was rude! Told me that I never had an appointment, which I had an email for. Then, explained that my car now required an $85 oil change! I asked if he was confused, because the manual shows regular oil and they have done it in that location before! I even had the sticker on the windshield. He laughed at me and told me that I was not even in the system. After two years using them, I am never coming back! I know he got bother that I walked in during his personal call but I waited and was not rude at all. As I left telling him that I better go to the dealer then. He just kept laughing at me. I felt truly insulted and never coming back. read more

Just moved down to Florida and it just so happened on my way down I drove over a nail! My tires were still good but the slow leak was driving me nuts. Saw this place had great reviews on Google and ok reviews on Yelp so took a chance. This past Sunday was a very busy day for the shop! I was greeted by the best front desk guy, Alex. Mentioned I would like a patch for my tire and to my surprise, there was no sales pitch for new tires! Alex and I went out to see where the nail was, said they could do it and for the low cost of $0. Yeah free! I did walk out of there spending some money on getting an alignment which I was in need for. Overall awesome experience. Alex and the team go my car in and out in about an hour. No issues so far with the patch and my car is running like a champ. I will be coming back here for other service work and to buy my next set of tires. Thanks yall! read more

I just paid to get my tires patched up at firestone only to have my them go flat again as I was leaving the gym across the street from this Goodyear. I was dreading having to cough up another 60$ and get caught in this weird scam of fixing Y car just enough to have me coming back again soon. To my surprise Goodyear doeamt charge to patch tires. I was late for work and stressed when all this happened. Knowing that I wasn't going to also have to deal with paying for patch work made me less stressed. Had a great experience at this Goodyear after a horrible one at Midas. They were very helpful and accommodating. Service can be a bit slow but the shopping plaza near by has a lot of options. Will be back for the service alone. Thanks! read more

My steering wheel began to suddenly vibrate and the front end of my car began to shimmy.  I became alarmed but within just a couple of miles I happened upon Goodyear Auto Center.  Someone came out to look at my car almost immediately and after a visual inspection informed me they would have to put my car on the lift in order to properly inspect the situation.   They pulled my car into the shop and put it on the lift right away.  I was really pleased how quickly they were taking care of me.  After inspecting my tires from the underside they determined that one of the front tires was beginning to separate and that was causing my problem.  They had a new tire mounted and installed in less than an hour after I first pulled into their store.  I was very pleased and felt the price was very reasonable.   If I had not found this store when I did, I could have had a real issue with a dangerous separating tire and I really appreciated how these folks got me in and out so quickly. read more

I had a slow leak. My service manager was Denver and my Tech was Bryan. Everyone here is super friendly and offers the best tire service around. Not just a smile and a tend to the work but they go above and beyond and communicate with you throughout the process. They tended to my issues quickly. Got back to me to let me know where I was in the wait. Kept me up to date during repairs. Did not charge me a dime. They also checked all the other tires to make sure there were no leaks, nails etc. As a woman, when it comes to car repairs, being taken advantage of is one of the biggest fears. They didn't look for anything else to sell me or charge me. They were honest, and trusting. If a I need a quick tire check for my car, I'm headed back here. read more

My Husband discovered this place last year when he urgently needed tires and we just returned yesterday to do routine maintenance on both of our vehicles. Rowan took care of us and was beyond professional. I honestly hadn't gotten an oil change in forever & was long overdue. I really thought that they would try to push additional maintenance to rack up the price but they were honest, fair and we actually spent a third of what we thought we would spend on our maintenance. We were in and out in less than two hours. We highly recommend this Goodyear for exceptional customer service and honest reliable mechanics. read more

Super helpful and fast service! I had 2 flats the on Christmas Eve and they helped me out!

Went in for a screw in my tire . They did it for free ! Very clean and professional ! Also accurate with wait time ! Thanks guys !

This is the only place I ever go to get tires. No matter when I show up I am greeted with a smile and treated like I'm the most important customer they have. Truthfully, it's amazing that they have constantly over the years continued to be so customer service oriented! read more

Pleasant service. I went in for an oil change and an alignment. I was told they couldn't do an alignment because the tie rods were in such bad shape. They suggested I replace the tie rods and struts. I was told it would cost about $2000.00. I took it to two other places who said it did not need tie rods. read more

So I was finally in need of tires for a toy project I mean literally my spare tire and I parted ways the day before. I will openly say I live and work close to this location and have had a bad experience in the past. But I can assure you that they have probably cycled between 2-3 sets of employees at all levels since my last oil change encounter that left my car dented and denied. So now 6 years later I finally walked back into the door. The Manager was the one to get my initial call he matched my quoted price and I had my tires at the shop in less then 45 minutes. Granted my tires are an odd size these days 35x12.50R15. I spent two days having a deep look within myself trying to justify every logical reason I could to purchase 20x14 wheels and 35x12.50R20 tires I just couldn't do it. But on a 27 year old toy that will probably sit alot its not worth coming home to find it on blocks. It took two guys to unmount and mount the tires. Why do you ask well have you ever tried putting a 12" tire on a 13" wide not tall yes I said wide rim. Its called tire stretching I only think Hawaiians have that game covered. Since the guys worked through lunch I figured the least I could do was bring them lunch since they got me back on the road. Living in SOFLO for this long I think me and tires dont play well together. read more

This is my go to place for tires and oil changes. The prices are reasonable and you don't get all the bullcrap they try to give you at Jiffy Lube. They offer most of your regular services for your car like oil changes, alignments, brakes, mufflers, tires, etc. I usually drop off the car then walk over to the Lowes which is right behind. read more

Went for a oil change/ was told tires were dry rotted so I purchased 4 new tires on my Goodyear credit card.Had oil change , 4 tires front alignment. Management told me when you purchase 4 tires on Goodyear credit card you will get 160.00'rebate. Sent everything in twice by mail and uploaded all paperwork to computer and sent . They claim no proof I bought tires from Goodyear even though they have all my paperwork from Goodyear. And it says on invoice authorized payment for 706.00 to Goodyear credit card. Still not good enough But the service I received from this Goodyear center was excellent Very happy with my new tires will, return. Just be very careful of all rebate offers. Can be tricky I am sure it will be fixed. Management very helpful and customer friendly as I am a crouch read more

This is the second time that I've come here and was given a higher price than I was initially told. I hate dealing with businesses that constantly do this. It was a debate over five dollars that made this place lose my business for good. read more

What a difference good customer service can make! After a lousy experience with the Goodyear Auto Center in Miramar, I decided to give this one in Pembroke Pines a shot, since I like the company. It was like night and day. They help me find the right tires for the right price, didn't try to upsell me to buy things I don't need or services I don't require. And they advised me over the phone the best time to come for the shortest wait. A special thanks to Denver, who helped me out today. They'll get my business going forward. read more
