    I've been here before and they are always quick and efficient. The waiting area has cold water and plenty of seating. I don't know the value of work because I bring a company car with fleet maintenance but can't imagine it being pricey. Access is in the rear of the shop.

    Needed a quick oil change and this location was convenient because of the location so I decided to stop here. The manager (I'm assuming who works the desk) is really nice and customer centric. He greeted me when I pulled up and got me in and out really quickly. Pros: They were really fast on their service. They were pretty transparent about what's going on with my car and they were not pushy about upsells. Cons: The price was a little on the high side. They also put air in all of my tires except one which is a slight inconvenience for me as I'll have to later fill it up myself. All in all, if I need a quick oil change pretty early in the day where I know I'm waiting hours for service and I happen to be in the area, I wouldn't mind coming here again.

    Wow, I pulled into this place to get an oil change and their CSA lady was standing in the lane so I tapped my horn to get her attention so that I wouldn't actually hit her or her accidentally walking into my vehicle. She didn't move so I blew the horn this time, since perhaps she didn't hear my tap. She turned around with the worst look on her face and gave me pretty much the finger and then she walked inside now to give me customer service. I will get her name. Currently, I've asked for her name twice, and she will not give me her name. She constantly asked me why. I have been to this location multiple times to get an oil change and I will never come back after asking her. Her name she refused. I took a picture of her and then she tried to cover her face with the trip in her hand and told me to fuck off. Had I not been in a rush to get to my appointment I would've waited to speak with their manager however, I will be making a phone call back over there this week Letting people know what happens when the boss or supervisor is away makes a world difference. Nobody wants your business to look bad. I received a message from the regional manager and ask him to call him. I spoke with this gentleman who is extremely pleasant and very professional he was that his employee would act this way. He assured me that he would actually handle this situation and whatever Facet is needed in order to discipline dis to get better service at his establishments. This is absolutely amazing then took it a stepfather and offered to pay for my oil changes with the gift card to assure that he will not lose me as a customer. I will go back to this location and I appreciate the customer service that I received from the regional manager.

    Quick, professional and friendly is how I would describe the crew of this Jiffy Lube. I think the general manager's name is Robin and he runs the garage like an drill sergeant. He is coordinates the sequence of cars and his crew to ensure they are moving the customers out promptly. When you're waiting in line that is nice to see. The gentleman who actually change my oil was friendly. He got the task done with no problems. I had a good experience. I hope you do too!

We brought in a Nissan Pathfinder (a GSA fleet vehicle) because the tires were slowly losing air. The driver had already found the leaks, and the tires were basically new. A simple patch was all that was needed. He clearly told the staff, with the help of a translation, that he wanted the tires patched, not replaced. Even after being told the tires did not need to be replaced, they went ahead and submitted the work as a full tire replacement through the GSA system. To me, that feels dishonest and like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that it was a government vehicle. And if they're willing to do that to a government vehicle, I don't see why they wouldn't do the same thing to anyone else. If you come here, I'd strongly recommend double-checking any "needed" repairs and making sure the work they suggest actually makes sense before you agree to it.

    No respect for customer time and I called via phone asking…read morethe price and availability and rep said they have space availability After registering with the front desk I saw they brought in 2 vehicles from the outside and started working on them as priority while drove my car outside of the actual shop to that same lot. When I inquired about my car not being serviced , was told to wait until the mechanics free up without explanation why they started working on the other cars first. They don't seem to value their customers
