While visiting a relative in the area, we noticed the car was overdue for an oil change. Using the Yelp app we found a place open on a Sunday and there was no line to bring the car in. We were also able to score a coupon for $35 off a synthetic oil change. Major win. The employees inside were very respectful and friendly- courtesy I've not encountered a lot lately. I want to start by saying everyone was nice, however after leaving I feel very much like I was taken advantage of. The gentleman asked me what kind of oil I wanted I said "basic" he upsold me on changing my engine filter. Fine. After everything was already done the lady came to charge me I had a 50% off coupon for conventional oil change she told me she couldn't use it because I was given synthetic. Just upset I never asked for synthetic oil I was really not expecting to pay that much money. Payment and services definitely should be discussed before the service was done, I definitely left there feeling cheated. Probably won't be back. read more

Needed a quick oil change and this location was convenient because of the location so I decided to stop here. The manager (I'm assuming who works the desk) is really nice and customer centric. He greeted me when I pulled up and got me in and out really quickly. Pros: They were really fast on their service. They were pretty transparent about what's going on with my car and they were not pushy about upsells. Cons: The price was a little on the high side. They also put air in all of my tires except one which is a slight inconvenience for me as I'll have to later fill it up myself. All in all, if I need a quick oil change pretty early in the day where I know I'm waiting hours for service and I happen to be in the area, I wouldn't mind coming here again. read more

I had my tires rotated and the next day I noticed one of my tires was losing air. I filled it up and the next day, the tire air was again down. I brought the car back and they first denied that a tire rotation should have any effect on the air. I insisted that they take the tire off and see what happens when we discovered they neglected to return my wheel lock. It was a good thing I came back because I assumed they would put the wheel lock back. BTW, I originally went in just for an oil change for $60 and they upsold me services for $300. read more

New management (maybe a new owner) and it's so professional now! Run by smart, nice, educated, sober people from the guy who checks you in, the mechanics, and the desk people. I dreaded having to go here again after a bad experience a year or more ago. But its like night and day. So happy I have my go to oil change place that's reliable! Wow, I pulled into this place to get an oil change and their CSA lady was standing in the lane so I tapped my horn to get her attention so that I wouldn't actually hit her or her accidentally walking into my vehicle. She didn't move so I blew the horn this time, since perhaps she didn't hear my tap. She turned around with the worst look on her face and gave me pretty much the finger and then she walked inside now to give me customer service. I will get her name. Currently, I've asked for her name twice, and she will not give me her name. She constantly asked me why. I have been to this location multiple times to get an oil change and I will never come back after asking her. Her name she refused. I took a picture of her and then she tried to cover her face with the trip in her hand and told me to fuck off. Had I not been in a rush to get to my appointment I would've waited to speak with their manager however, I will be making a phone call back over there this week Letting people know what happens when the boss or supervisor is away makes a world difference. Nobody wants your business to look bad. I received a message from the regional manager and ask him to call him. I spoke with this gentleman who is extremely pleasant and very professional he was that his employee would act this way. He assured me that he would actually handle this situation and whatever Facet is needed in order to discipline dis to get better service at his establishments. This is absolutely amazing then took it a stepfather and offered to pay for my oil changes with the gift card to assure that he will not lose me as a customer. I went in this afternoon for a regular oil change. It took like 10 minutes and they were done. And charge me $63.00 dollars. I don't even think they change the oil filter. Very disappointed cause I have done my oil change at jiffy in Miami lakes, Davie, Hialeah but this one the worst. Every time I go to this location its a bad experience. Three weeks ago, I was one of three cars and they said the wait will be more 45 minutes to get an oil change. Today July 29, 2021; 735 West Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, Florida; I was the only car and the guy comes out with the price sheet and I show him my discount coupon from Groupon and then he says he has to see if he has my filter. He scans the car and comes back and says NO he does not have my filter. He gives me the oldest story around " The truck has not come in for deliveries". I will never go to any jiffy lube again.
