I brought my car to A Choice Auto Care for brake work and they did a great job. The team was professional, explained everything clearly, and didn't try to upsell unnecessary repairs. My car feels much safer now. I'll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. read more

I've been going here for over 10 years, since they were at their original location. Danny and his team do great work. Danny's straightforward and honest. He even provides the customer with detailed invoices with pictures of items that need to be repaired or replaced. As far as price, you can probably find cheaper elsewhere.....but you get what you pay for. I would much rather spend a little more at A Choice than to take my chance somewhere else and end up regretting it. I have no complaints and will continue taking my car to A Choice Auto. read more

Brought my 2013 Cadillac CTS in due to an issue with the suspension. The car also needed new tires and brakes. Danny did a phenomenal job sourcing parts and getting me exactly what I wanted. He called me frequently to keep me updated on the status of the repairs. My car handles like it's brand new! I am loving driving it again! I'm so thankful I took my car to Danny and he repaired it beyond my expectations! read more

Grateful! That I found Danny.. It's been a bit of a roller coaster ride with an alternator issue I had previously, due to a bad oil leak, that damaged more then one issue... Any dishonest mechanic would have taken advantage of what looked like an Internal Explosion of Oil. From the moment I walked in, the Energy was great! Professional, thorough, and patient! Answered every question with the same smile that greeted me. They do still have Great Honest Mechanics!!! read more

I'm very skeptical about auto shops because I'm not sure if they are going to jip me & try to take all my money ,but after my first visit I already know I'll be a repeat customer! Danny was very welcoming, I felt like we were friends already and he broke down everything I needed to have done and why. Also broke down when he recommends having them done so I don't necessarily have to drop a lot of $$ all at once on repairs when something can wait a little longer read more

I realized I've gotten a nail in my tire; and there's sooo many places with the Hollywood area to go ... what's a girl to do? decided to call my friend who referred me to go to A Choice Auto Repair... I called and Danny told me to come right in. Drove up and immediately they took my car in to fix the tire. I probably waited for 10 mins tops ! Danny was so kind and I really appreciate him and his staff for taking me in when they were soo busy. I definitely recommend A Choice Auto Repair for your auto needs. read more

It has truly been a DISASTER trying to find a good mechanic. I've been ripped off and lied too, but that stopped when I stepped into A Choice Auto Service. A family friend recommended that I let Danny take care of my auto needs and that was the BEST decision I ever made. read more

Be careful of the great reviews you sew, as I was brought into the place because of the reviews. My car has been taken here a few times for oil changes and each time I was told that everything was okay with my car (even though my check engine light was on each time). When I picked up my car, the engine light was off and I was thrilled. Well, the most recent time I went (late March), was due it to shaking at times when I stopped and the check engine light on again. They told me that it might be a "gasket" problem but that we did an "engine clean" or something ambiguous for $199 with the oil change and lights were off again. Three weeks late while I was driving with my 2 little kids on the middle of a busy road, my car stopped (awful experience). The car was towed to a nearby mechanic and was told my car had major problems, including NO OIL (he said he's never seen this problem when the car has zero leaks, this was confirmed by a second mechanic that same week). I was told that the lights had been cleared by somebody without anything being fixed and that oil may not have even been put in my car the last time it was changed. Damages were over 2500$ and I was 1000 miles over my extended warranty (which would have covered all damages). When contacting them, I was told that this was not true by the people at a choice repair and that there's nothing they can do. Obviously I cannot prove that anything happened as I blindly put trust in a mechanic because I know nothing about cars and they had a good review. Just be careful when getting any major work done, ask to see the work after and check your oil levels when you leave. read more

It's hard to find an honest mechanic who is fairly priced as well but look no further! Danny and crew will always tell you exactly what the problem is, what can wait to be fixed, and what is not a problem and why. If you want to see what they see he will show you . Basically whatever it takes so you understand what needs to be done and why. They have never done anything that us not necessary to fix my car issues, or tried to get me to do expensive maintenance jobs that can wait like many other mechanics have. This is why I would NEVER bring my or my wife's car anywhere else! :-) read more

Danny is a great Owner brought my everyday car to him right before he closed told me he would have a diagnose for me by 10am. Called me at 9:30am with a break down of what was major and what could wait. Gave him the green light to fix what needed to be done and had my car ready by 5pm. Fast service!!!!!!!! Recommend to all my friends and family Very Honest guy. read more

No longer recommended....they changed my alternator, and mis-wired it....my van ran like S*it....for weeks, went back twice...never figuredi it out. Finally took it elsewhere, they replaced the poor quality alternator Danny used. Fixed the wiring and most of the stuff that had blown. read more

I was told by my auto shop of 10 years I needed a new engine, he wanted to install a junk yard engine, I called and got a price of $4500 for a rebuilt engine from Ford. My BMW was driving eratically, with the engine vibrating whenever I accelerated. Had to pull off the interstate several times because of the vibrations. Dealer wasn't certain what it was and wanted to replace the catalytic converted, and then the engine. Warranty is expired. Heard about A Choice Auto Repair from Yelp, and went to him. It required 2 trips to fully review the diagnostics. Found out a simple cylinder electrical coil need replacing. Danny charged me less than $200 for all his efforts, while the dealer would have costed me many thousands. I'll only go to A Choice for my repairs. read more
