I've been going here for over 10 years, since they were at their original location. Danny and his team do great work. Danny's straightforward and honest. He even provides the customer with detailed invoices with pictures of items that need to be repaired or replaced. As far as price, you can probably find cheaper elsewhere.....but you get what you pay for. It's hard to find an honest mechanic who is fairly priced as well but look no further! Danny and crew will always tell you exactly what the problem is, what can wait to be fixed, and what is not a problem and why. If you want to see what they see he will show you . Basically whatever it takes so you understand what needs to be done and why. They have never done anything that us not necessary to fix my car issues, or tried to get me to do expensive maintenance jobs that can wait like many other mechanics have. Be careful of the great reviews you sew, as I was brought into the place because of the reviews. My car has been taken here a few times for oil changes and each time I was told that everything was okay with my car (even though my check engine light was on each time). When I picked up my car, the engine light was off and I was thrilled. Well, the most recent time I went (late March), was due it to shaking at times when I stopped and the check engine light on again. They told me that it might be a "gasket" problem but that we did an "engine clean" or something ambiguous for $199 with the oil change and lights were off again. Three weeks late while I was driving with my 2 little kids on the middle of a busy road, my car stopped (awful experience). The car was towed to a nearby mechanic and was told my car had major problems, including NO OIL (he said he's never seen this problem when the car has zero leaks, this was confirmed by a second mechanic that same week). I was told that the lights had been cleared by somebody without anything being fixed and that oil may not have even been put in my car the last time it was changed. Damages were over 2500$ and I was 1000 miles over my extended warranty (which would have covered all damages). When contacting them, I was told that this was not true by the people at a choice repair and that there's nothing they can do. Obviously I cannot prove that anything happened as I blindly put trust in a mechanic because I know nothing about cars and they had a good review. Just be careful when getting any major work done, ask to see the work after and check your oil levels when you leave. read more

No longer recommended....they changed my alternator, and mis-wired it....my van ran like S*it....for weeks, went back twice...never figuredi it out. Finally took it elsewhere, they replaced the poor quality alternator Danny used. Fixed the wiring and most of the stuff that had blown. read more

My BMW was driving eratically, with the engine vibrating whenever I accelerated. Had to pull off the interstate several times because of the vibrations. Dealer wasn't certain what it was and wanted to replace the catalytic converted, and then the engine. Warranty is expired. Heard about A Choice Auto Repair from Yelp, and went to him. It required 2 trips to fully review the diagnostics. Found out a simple cylinder electrical coil need replacing. Danny charged me less than $200 for all his efforts, while the dealer would have costed me many thousands. I'll only go to A Choice for my repairs. read more
