Luckily for me, the folks at Inn N Out are super transparent and open about what your cars need, how long it'll take, and how much it'll cost. My oil change was a reasonable price and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Plus, they kindly added air to my tires, too. Overall, this is my new go-to place for oil changes. I recommend it!

first off, this is a very long overdue review. My daughter wanted to surprise me in Father's Day, with my car being fixed. she heard how highly I had spoken of him, and found his information without me knowing. This dude went far and beyond what I have ever experience with a mechanic or with people in Miami. without me knowing, my daughter snuck my keys to him and he worked on my car on FATHERS DAY, in the Miami Heat, for 3hrs. He changed several things on my vehicle, flushed the system, ran diagnostics and found the issue. However the issue wasn't something that couldn't be fixed in a day. He was disappointed he couldn't help my daughter with her surprise more. He tried not to charge her for his services, but she insisted on tipping him what she could. Jonathan, Im not sure if you remember me and I apologize this review was due a long time ago. Thank you so much for helping my daughter. Thank you for being an exceptional mechanic and person in Miami. Why this guy doesn't haven't 5 stars is beyond me. Anyone that has complained about his prices, you gotta be joking! what he did for my daughter and for me, hands down a winner all day long. I needed help, and I let him know I was on a tight budget. Honestly, he deserved more. But helping my daughter and I was more important to him. i wish I had better words to reflect the review you deserve. I hope I never have another cat that needs worked on, but if I do, I know I'm calling you! if any of yall are looking for an outstanding mechanic and that's also mobile, you would be crazy not to have him come look at your vehicle. The more I write the more I keep thinking ways he tried to help me and to save money. Issues I explained to other mechanics, had no clue, and Jonathan was dead on simply from what I explained. idk what else to say. But from the bottom of my daughters and I hearts, Thank You! Its beyond amazing what you tried to do for her. And I sincerely hope this review gives you the credit and increases your work credibility. Wish you all the best bud. Truly Greatful Lawrence

I took my vehicle to the dealership and they gave me a whole list of issues with it. I don't necessarily trust a dealership, so I brought it to Joe. I never actually met with Joe. I met with the young man behind the counter. I can't remember his name but he was very nice. I listed out everything they had told me at the dealership and had them perform the work. The work was done correctly, which is why they get two stars and not one. The issues are a) they charged more than the dealership, which doesn't seem right to me, and b) Joe, the owner, walked past me three times in the two hours that I sat in his waiting area and never even acknowledged my existence. How hard is it to say hello to a customer in your waiting area? I don't know what has happened over the course of the last five years, but this place is not what it used to be. I was thrilled when I first found him but now, I'll probably just use the dealership. They can get me in and out faster, they charge less and they at least say hello to me. It's just not worth spending my money at a place that makes me feel like they don't appreciate my business.
