Jerry arrived promptly and wasted no time diving into the inspection. He conducted a thorough multi-point check, including a code scan and thorough test drive. His attention to detail was evident, as he scrutinized every aspect of the vehicle. What truly sets Jerry apart from other mechanics I've encountered is his honesty and transparency. He explained potential issues in clear terms and provided valuable insights into the vehicle's history and future maintenance needs. Unlike some other mechanics who might try to upsell unnecessary services, Jerry focused on the essential repairs and provided a fair assessment of the vehicle's overall condition. After the inspection, I received a detailed report outlining the findings and recommendations. This report was incredibly helpful in making an informed decision about the purchase. I've had experiences with other mechanics in the past, but none have matched the level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service provided by Jerry at Top5Mobile Mechanical. If you're in need of a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, I highly recommend giving Jerry a call. You won't be disappointed! A Happy, money secured in a solid remote investment. In a 2017 VW Jetta owner!

When I called Flame Auto, I explained I had an oil leak and AC issues and shared what another shop told me I needed. Instead of just giving me a quote, Carlos and his mechanic walked me through exactly how they would diagnose the problem--and it made sense. After going to two other mechanics and feeling unsure, I came here and immediately felt more confident. They found only one leak (not three like I was told elsewhere) and fixed it with a solenoid gasket replacement. No upselling--just honest, clear service.
