I finally have a chance to give a five star rating! That's hard considering nowadays businesses just want money and thats fine but at least provide exceptional service so you keep getting repeat customers! Well this shop is that! A family owned business that provides good quality work that doesn't scratch wheels and does everything by the book. I have seen them torque wheels with a torque wrench, use wheels weights that match wheel color, metal stems. And all with no cockiness nor attitude. I have not seen that in Miami so i drive 40min to go to AutoGlitz. Orlando and his team are great and make his shop shine above the rest! Plus he even works weekends!! OMG it has been rough few months. First and foremost if you have low-profile tires you will not be disappointed with these guys. Between April and August I have been back and forth with getting opinions on my tires. Bought my new tires from the Costco Tire Center in April as they were on sale. Immediately I can tell it felt odd, handling was a bit off. Got an alignment after that, still felt weird. When I drove at high speed, the steering wheel would shake. Worse on the highway. When I made turns at the corners felt like I was sliding. So for a second opinion I went to a mechanic I know for his input. He spotted "flat" spots on two out of the four tires. He rotated and high-speed balanced the tires. The issue was rectified for only a couple of days. Took the car back to the mechanic and told him what happened. So after all that I took it back to Costco to have them check it out. They saw no defect on the tires and rotated and balanced them. Same issue with the steering shaking at high speed as well as the shaking when I braked. So fed up I began looking for a shop that deals with low-profile tires. Then I remembered through City Data I got a recommendation to check out these guys here at Auto Glitz. I went on a Saturday morning around late July and talked with Carlos and Orlando, explaining them the issue in detail. Orlando test drove it and placed the car on their Road Force balancing machine. He balanced and test drove it. He could not feel anything. But unfortunately it's not noticeable until you go over 45 mph. Where they are located it was hard to test drive at high speed as there was a lot of road construction. For Orlando to really test drive the car and rule everything (checking the engine mount, rods, etc) I had to go on weekday. So weeks past and I was able to come in on a weekday in August to have the tires checked again. Orlando test drove the car a little bit more and placed it back on the machine and re-balanced it. I can't remember exactly how many ounces he took off or put on (it's on the receipt) but the car is driving like a dream. I'm cruising with one hand on the highway and omg nothing but smoothness. Finally I could get a feel of my new Michelin tires, lol!! What a mission! I waited a couple of months before calling Autoglitz and told them thank you. I applaud there effort in helping me out. And I know who I will be coming to for a tire rotation! read more

I met and spoke with the owner Orlando who is very knowledgeable and a genuine car nut. Although not the cheapest, I find his service well worth the price. When my car was delivered by the tow truck I noticed a spot of bird crap on the side. When I went to pick up my car, I notice that it was cleaned. I found Autoglitz through the internet and came in for alignment and balance. The shop looks super professional and the customer service is top notch. However the product isn't. A front end vibration ended up in a goose chase where the problem was never found. On another car I left for alignment the moment I drove off the steering pump went bust. 6 months later the part they sourced is leaking and the steering is hard again.
