Had a really great experience yesterday getting new tires here. I picked out what I wanted online, was able to get an appointment quickly, and once I arrived, it was so easy! I waited about an hour, and took some work calls. I appreciated the desk set up and plenty of comfy chairs with free wifi. The waiting area was super clean and bright with large windows which I appreciated. Plus, the tires were exactly what I wanted and are great. Just had a pleasant experience dealing with an unpleasant, but necessary auto R&M: TIRES. To strategize as well as economize, I recommend the Discount Tire / Tirerack.com duo. First, evaluate your wants/needs (i.e. comfort, tread longevity, wetness, snow, etc.) on-line for your vehicle then obtain pricing. Then, call other Tire retailers for comparative pricing too. Ultimately, call your nearest Discount Tire store for its "meet or beat" pricing and then arrange for their installation/balancing. Today was my third go-round with three different vehicles and each time has been a wonderful experience. Carlos Rodriquez, Mgr at this location earned these five-stars! I was cheerfully greeted and promptly serviced throughout. While waiting the wait area was immaculate and spacious. They also offer free water bottles, if desired. Greatfully, as of today (2025), expect to only pay $126 + tax for your mounting and balancing which also includes two (2) years of Tire protection at no charge. - mission accomplished. read more

I came into Discount Tire while traveling because, well, because my tire was flat. I acquired a membership with them at another location and this was my first time trying out if it truly worked. It does! They were able to look up my account in the system, and because my tires were recently purchased, they had no problem replacing the damaged tire. With that, I'd like to say that purchasing their warranty is a great idea because they actually follow through with it and you can go to the other discount tire locations for repairs. That is very convenient since they have multiple locations and I do love to travel/drive quite a bit. read more

THIS LOCATION ONLY! - Discount Tire has been my favorite for tire service for years. This location in Davie, FL is the most disorganized and incompetent store I have ever seen. Although I had an appointment, I waited 2 hours before anyone even talked to me. I then found out that the tires that had been special ordered 2 weeks ago were the WRONG SIZE when they arrived. I have always liked Discount Tire and this location did not disappoint. I needed to replace all four tires on my 50 year old classic car and they did a great job. They got the special tires in within a couple hours, are laid back and friendly in the shop and aside from a tiny glitch in my reservation they kept me up-to-date on my job and had no problem taking my car on a busy Friday afternoon. The location is great too (Stirling and University in Davie) -- easy walking distance to Target, Starbucks, 7-11, Steak n Shake, etc if you need something to do while you're waiting. I have been to other DT locations in other states and I've always had great results and this is no exception. read more

So this is my second trip to this Discount Tire location. I gotta give a little back story about my day for it to really sink in. I had an eye doctor appt this morning in Naples, Florida. When I came out of the appointment I had a flat tire. I took the tire off and put on the full size spare and felt certain it could get me back to Davie and Discount Tire. When I made my original purchase I bought the tire warranties and the purchase came with life time free flat repairs and free tire rotations. So I missed the second appointment I had in Naples because of the flat so even though I was a little agitated I headed for Davie. I got almost to the toll booth past Collier Blvd off 75 and all of a sudden the spare started loosing pressure. By the time I was at collier it was already to 20lbs. I had to limp down Collier until I found 2 gas stations. At both places the air pumps were broken. Now I'm getting a little crispy lol. I pulled into a 7/11 to call my insurance company to find out about towing. Good old Progressive will only tow you 17 miles. They wanted 750 dollars to get me to Davie. That wasn't gonna happen. As fate would have it the 7/11 sells the cans of tire flat repair. That took about 45 minutes to complete so I took off again to find an air pump that worked that I finally found half way to Marco Island. Filled it with air and headed for Davie wondering wtf might happen next.......... Now the good part. I pulled into Discount Tire in Davie about 4:55pm. Even though I had a great experience here before after the day I just had I was expecting that they were closing or couldn't help me today etc etc. So before I could even get to the office a nice young man came out to greet me. (Day getting better). His name is Roderick and he's an outstanding employee. I ask Roderick if he could help me with a flat. He smiled without hesitation and said no problem. I gave him my keys and he gathered his info and took the flat tire into the shop. I hadn't used the restroom in 300 miles , 2 flats, and I had to go so I did. I might have been gone 5 minutes. When I got back I remembered immediately why I came back here. Broderick informed me that the tire was already being repaired and about to be done shortly. I asked about replacing the spare and as I waited we made a deal and they went to work on that. My truck was in and out done in less than a half hour from when I drove up. THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! It's well managed , the employees are all friendly, professional , and very polite. My day ending great!!! I'll say this with absolutely no hesitation. I will never ever do business with another tire shop ever. If you are close or even relatively close there is no reason for you to look any further for a tire connection. If you're not close it's worth the drive. It's almost impossible to find good service like this in this day and age. Thank you to Roderick again!! Thank you to all the shop guys too!! Very disappointing! I arrived with a flat tire, they took 40 min to examine the tires, the device that they have to measure the tread depth was not working. I have paid warranty on the tires and they found a way to ignore the warranty and to ask me to pay full pay to replace the flat tire. They were also trying to convince me to replace more tires, although they were in good shape. Definitely the worst location I ever visited. I ask the help of the manager, VITI, and he was useless. read more

I had 4 tires replaced at this location and everyone was extremely friendly and professional when I spoke with them. The installation started shortly after I arrived for my appointment and finished in about 45 mins which was in line with the estimated wait time when I got there and I was very happy up until this point. I then took possession of the car and left. My next stop was a gas station to fill up which is when I noticed that one of the hub caps was missing from a wheel. I called and they said they had it so I returned and it was fitted on the wheel. As I was leaving the TPM finally calibrated and I was able to see the tire pressures which was supposed to be 36. One tire was 36 and the others were 38, 34 and 41. So I had to return to have that corrected which they did without a problem. Overall attention to detail seems to be lacking at this location and it leaves me wondering what else did they miss on my installation. read more

I was vacationing two weeks ago over 1,000 miles from home and got a flat tire. As the tires were already close to the end of their useful life, I decided to replace all four tires rather than just plug the damaged tire knowing the upcoming long drive home. After explaining my predicament to the manager, I was told they could come out and provide the service while I golfed at a local course. When my round was completed, I came back to a car that had been serviced and the spare had been neatly returned to its compartment. Before you even think about this place look up on Reddit about discount tires and the horror stories customers have had. I had all 4 tires replaced and no longer will my steering wheel lock up after turning off my car. This was never an issue before visiting this store and after speaking to the sales person and manager (Ryan) both are insisting it wasn't from the service. I paid almost 500$ to have the manager tell me take it to a mechanic and pay more money for an issue that arose after their service. If you think you're getting a good deal with this store; you might end up coming more out of pocket once the job is done. Good luck if you end up choosing them to service your tires. read more

Went to this discount tires when my TPMs had turned on. I went in asking if they can check my air pressure and inspect my tires due to the sensor. Got the air checked, pumped and tried resetting the TPMs, after multiple failures of the light not turning off, I asked the worker if I can inspect my tires for nails because I told him that there is a possibility of a nail being stuck in one of my tires but he kept on insisting that it's just the air pressure and that's why my TPMs was still on. I didn't want to deal with the back and forth so I just thanked him and left, to a tire repair shop closer to my home. The tire repair shop inspected my tires and said there were 2 nails lodged inside my rear driver side tire, so I had to get a plug and got my tires patched the next day. Thanks for nothing discount tires. Would not recommend this discount tires location to any friends or family. read more

Wow, what another wonderful experience I just had at the Discount Tire store in Davie!!! Everyone there is so friendly, well-mannered, respectful and helpful. It's almost as if Discount Tire is from another world....one that other companies should aspire to, but most often, fall short. They not only "talk the talk", but also "walk the walk". Just today, I brought in my Porsche 911 for a set of rear tires. This was the very first time that my vehicle was service by anyone other than my Porsche dealership, so I was very nervous that something would go wrong. Nope, my service advisor, Jimmy, was there from beginning to end. From the time I placed the order for my tires, Jimmy's customer service was phenomenal, keeping me in the loop as to when the tires would arrive and then actually taking the lead in doing the installation, making sure that my wheels did not get scratched and were balanced properly. This is my fourth time doing business with the Davie store, and I'm always blown away about how they treat me as a customer. Another shout out to Carlo, who assisted with the installation, and to Ryan, who I could see immediately that he was familiar with the Porsche Brand. Thank you all!!! Let me start by saying this was my first visit to a Discount Tire store. I was able to order my tires on their website, and even make an appointment in advance when I saw that the website says it could save up to 30% of your time by booking in advance. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on a weekday, and I arrived approximately 10 minutes early as I wanted to ask to see the tires that would be installed on my car. After parking my Corvette, I exited the vehicle, to see an employee approaching me from the shop and asked if I was (my name here) and I said yes. I've never been greeted like this before, and was a very pleasant surprise. I asked Justin, who greeted me, if I could take a look at the tires that were ordered for my car, as I wanted to see the production dates, and didn't want an older tire installed on my precious Corvette. I followed Justin into the shop where he led me to my tires - there they were, neatly stacked, just waiting for my arrival. He showed me the date on each tire (which were quite acceptable to me), and had me follow him into the comfortable waiting room where he quickly did my paperwork. I came at a time when the shop was not very busy, and was able to watch the install from the window in the waiting room. There were 3 or 4 men working to complete my installation. They were all super-careful, and I was out of there by 11:30 a.m. - It took about 15 minutes from my scheduled appointment time for the shop to begin work on my car, so the installation time only took around 45 minutes. After the installation, they even put tire-shine on the sidewalls. Forgot to add that there are certain jack points to lift a Corvette, and they had the special "pucks" necessary to safely lift the car - I was very impressed. These guys really know what they are doing, and treat you as you would like to be treated wherever you go, but often are not. I used the men's room while waiting, and found it to be extremely clean, and assume the ladies room would be similar. Overall, I was exceptionally pleased with this visit, and would not consider buying tires at another shop. There was no attempt to up-sell me on their "certificates" which cover mishaps for the life of the tire. I don't drive this car many miles, so skipped adding this option to my purchase. However, if this was for a car I drove every day, I would certainly have considered it. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase new tires. read more

I went into this establishment with a leak in my tire. The rep checked the tire and said they would try and repair it but if they could not they gave me my options in purchasing a new tire. They told me I would be out in 30 minutes. They did the repair in less than 30 minutes and when I asked them how much I owed them they said there was no charge for the repair. They are an honest operation because some of these repair places would have tried to sell me a new tire. Great service and very professional. The biggest bunch of crooks I've ever came across. I came in with a nail on the side of the tire that needed just a patch job which they agreed to do and charge me $50 ( which is a $20 job which I was willing to pay) only to get a call back to tell me they couldn't do it, and tell me I needed a new tire that was going to cost $475 and it was going to take a day. I literally LOL and said "who you are kidding" a used tire costs $80/100 on line, the gentlemen (who's name I won't mention) I told just fill up air and I'll take the car back. They proceeded to take the nail out at that point knowing full well I wasn't going to make it very far. Luckily for me I live a few blocks away and I was able to park my car until I fixed the original tire and put it back on. Not only are these guys a bunch of thieves, they will do things in spit on top of being the most rudest clowns on the beach. Refrain from going to this shop. read more
