The store is very well organized, they have knowledgeable staff that are always ready to help and they have a great selection of products. Now that we have all the special precautions that need to be taken to be safe from catching the virus, they have also made all the necessary modifications to make sure customers and their staff are safe. Markings on the floor are very clear to ensure proper distancing, the cash registers have plexiglass for extra protection and the credit card readers are placed at a good distance from the counter so you can safely use them. Overall, this is a great shop with all the essentials for your car, and I have never been disappointed.

Had to get a new car battery ughhh…read more Luckily the staff member that assisted me was so sweet and made the whole experience quick and seamless. She tested my current battery first to make sure it was really gone. Then walked me through my options. And then she installed it real quick. May I also just add how refreshing it was to have a WOMAN assisting me! She did everything herself with grace. No hate men but every time I go to auto type places like this it's very male dominate. It can sometimes be overwhelming the way they act or talk me like I'm a child. Overall, great experience and will be coming back in the future.

I think I'm cursed when it comes to my lights. Twice now I've had to get replacement bulbs…read more Apparently for my car, the brake lights consist of two different types of bulbs. This time around, the larger of the two bulbs went out and had my friend not noticed it, who knows how long I'd have gone without noticing. Anyway, I knew the drill. Went in, gave them the make, model, and year of my car, and the man at the counter got the corresponding light bulb from the shelves. The light bulb came in a set of two. I got them, paid for them, and off I went to have my friend replace these for me, because seriously speaking, it'd have taken me forever to have figured that out.

The customer service was excellent, with employees greeting me promptly and directing me to the right aisle to find a small tube of E6000 glue. It's great that they had a good variety of glue products, but sadly not the right size. It's a bonus that their prices on auto accessories and LED hand held lighting were competitive. The simple layout and cleanliness of the store also stood out, which is always a nice touch when shopping. The display of funny bumper stickers and Jeep badges was a fun addition to the store, adding some personality to the usual auto parts shopping experience. The option to order online and pick up in-store is another convenient feature. It's a bummer the E6000 glue was only available in a huge size, but overall I had a pretty good visit! Will return for another peek at those stickers and badges.

The 2 ladies who run this store, Lashonna & Niurvys, are absolutely fantastic. Each of them has helped me so many times. They are ALWAYS cheerful, eager to help, super knowledgeable and proactively on point. Unfortunately, I have also been present when they have had to deal with EXTREMELY difficult... even unreasonable customers and their individual and collective response was text book professional customer service. I and other customers were definitely impressed. I STRONGLY recommend this store because their work style and care noticeably flows to their employees as the management stellar work ethic is apparent in all the employees. GREAT JOB!!
