She tested my current battery first to make sure it was really gone. Then walked me through my options. And then she installed it real quick. May I also just add how refreshing it was to have a WOMAN assisting me! She did everything herself with grace. No hate men but every time I go to auto type places like this it's very male dominate. It can sometimes be overwhelming the way they act or talk me like I'm a child. Overall, great experience and will be coming back in the future.

This time around, the larger of the two bulbs went out and had my friend not noticed it, who knows how long I'd have gone without noticing. Anyway, I knew the drill. Went in, gave them the make, model, and year of my car, and the man at the counter got the corresponding light bulb from the shelves. The light bulb came in a set of two. I got them, paid for them, and off I went to have my friend replace these for me, because seriously speaking, it'd have taken me forever to have figured that out.

I remember seeing signs that they would install the car battery free of charge if you bought the battery there so, after cross-checking prices, this spot was the best bargain for both battery price and installation included.
