I found Tints Pros yesterday and was able to make an appt for this morning. Luis is the best. Professional, friendly, and accommodating. When I made the appt it was only for my car but we added my man's car at the last minute and he was able to do them both today. I think his prices are reasonable for our two cars and the fact that he comes to you. He gives a lifetime warranty on his work but honestly I don't think I will need it.

The amount of the fee is not the issue. It would not have changed my decision to have the work done. The issue is transparency. Tell me the complete price upfront, including any fees, so I can decide knowing exactly what I'm paying. It's unfortunate because they did a good job, but this lack of transparency cost them a long term customer. I hope they take this as constructive feedback because honesty about pricing is every bit as important as the quality of the work.
