After buying my Maserati Ghibli S Q4 I wanted the car windows tinted and the car ceramic coated. I called Tint World (which I was unfamiliar with at the time but had some of the highest ratings). I spoke to Manny who was very helpful explaining the different tints over the phone. I scheduled an appointment and went in. After seeing the Xpel Ultimate Pro window tinting, and a demo by Manny showing just how it reduces heat absorption inside the car, I decided to have my rear and side windows done in 20%. After seeing just how well the tint reduced heat inside my car, I had the 70% installed on my front windshield. It is absolutely, hands-down, the ULTIMATE BEST! I was also very surprised at how quickly the installer had the windows completed. He was very precise (computer cut) and did an amazing job! Manny sold me on the NanoPro Ceramic coating. After talking to David, the owner of NanoPro, Quality of the product and application is always a concern of mine. I decided to try it. Joe, a certified NanoPro installer at Tint World, did a phenomenal job on my car, not to mention he's a phenomenal person too. He put several coats on the car and it certainly repels water off the car, and the windshield! Joe even sent me photos (see attached) and a video after completing my car. I couldn't wait to get my car. When I saw it in person, I was blown away. It looks amazing, and still does 1,1/2 months later. Thanks again Joe! Let me start with, i went in for my appointment at 9:30 am. Ended up leaving after FOUR PM. Over 6 hours for ONE rear tint? I know it was a warranty job, but i paid $250 for my tints back in the day for the warranty alone. There were no other cars when i arrived, maybe 2 throughout the day. I was in the area all day and i finally walk back in around 3:30 and ask how much longer? He says 40 more minutes. And then tells me he has to remove such piece. And I'm like, ok? He walks out to the garage and tells the tech, ok remove the piece. So he just had my car sitting along in the garage with the tech on his computer doing nothing, and why? I had a Tiguan and a suburban tinted that was quoted to be 1.5 hours and it was probably done in like an hour (mind you I was a walk in with no appt). After purchasing a new X5, I needed some front windows tinted and wanted a clear bra installed to prevent the rock chips on the front. I was quoted a very reasonable price for the work by Manny, the store manager, within $100 of other less reputable sources, so I decided to go with a company that actually has the resources to warranty their work. I brought the truck in on a Friday, they did the tints same day, and the next day the bra installer came in and did a fantastic job of installing the bra, as close to flawless as I have ever seen. Extremely satisfied with Tint World so far! Just bought a Tesla M3 and first thing I had to do in the Miami sunshine was get it tinted. I called Tint World as I was picking up my car and he got me his lowest quote and an appointment for the same day. When I arrived, he showed me the computer cutting system they have to cut the material. I wanted ceramic tints, which they had from SunTek. They also provide a "lifetime warranty" which I haven't tried and hope I won't have to, lol. What I appreciated most was the care they took when installing the tints in my vehicle. I've heard reports where other providers have caused electronic issues because of water leakage from installing tints. Not Tint World, they had towels to catch all the water before it leaked into the vehicle. Also, there was a defect when they installed the tint on the rear windshield of the vehicle, which is perhaps the hardest tint to install. Rather than patching it up, they just cut me a new one and installed that instead, which I also appreciated. All in all, very happy and highly recommend this place to my friends. They seem to know what they're doing. Special shoutout for Manny and all the other professionals that staff the place. read more

I called on Memorial Day to see if it would be possible to make a last minute appointment. Danny answered the phone and said sure. When I arrived, he explained the differences in their product lines without making me feel like he was up-selling or pressuring me in any direction. He took me out back to see a recently tinted car to illustrate his points. This was super helpful when choosing a percentage that wouldn't be too opaque for me. All in all, he was a great salesman and his service was wonderful. The work performed was impressive and the facilities were clean. I would recommend this location and will be returning. I called earlier this week to ask about tinting my new car and they said I wouldn't need an appointment and it would only take about 40 minutes. I arrived this morning at 8am (which is when they open) and no one was there. A woman showed up and unlocked the door at 8:15am, so I walked in and said I wanted my windows tinted. She said okay are you waiting? And I said yes. She said okay well the guys don't show up until 8:45-9am. When I asked her why they advertised their hours as opening at 8am, she looked at me like a deer in headlights. I called ahead to see if they would be able to take me same day, as I wanted to surprise a friend with tinting their windows. Dave was able to get me in. Their an easy location to find, simple pricing and very fair. The guys worked fast, I was done in an hour, no bubbles or anything. The car looks great, and Dave even replaced one of the front bulbs that went out in the headlights that he noticed wasn't turning on right, for no charge. I had an excellent experience at tint world. Received my quote through email this morning. Made a call for a couple of questions and the person explained the difference over the phone. Also, person who sent me quote no longer worked at the shop but the person still honored the quote. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Installers were very professional. It was an education for me as last time I got tints, don't think the technology for blocking heat existed. Pricing was very good especially for the quality and time. If you're considering a stereo installation with this company, save yourself some time and money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The equipment I purchased (for over 4K when all was said and done) failed after 6 months. The system was so poorly wired to the point where it started causing damage to some of the other systems in the car and there was always distortion in the sound. I reached out to the owner directly to see what could be done and never got a response. So to avoid further damage to my car, continued frustration (disappointment) and more time (and money wasted) - I took my car to Cartronics (on Biscayne) to have them fix the mess Tint World had created in my car. read more

Bad customer service and aggressive employees (mike) who will not fix the the job when it's done wrong. I'm extremely offended by the management at this store and how they conduct business. I have a raised Jeep Wrangler with led lights. They installed the led lights and one light didn't work. When I took it back they put in a different light for an additional $150 dollars and told me they looked the same one is just newer and it needs to even out. After arguing this they finally changed the other one for an additional $50 dollars. Mind you I'm paying out of pocket and with the warranty they guaranteed. That's not okay but, I paid it and gave a tip ($40.00) because I'm a good guy. After two weeks the light went out again. When I took it back mike didn't even greet me back to the shop and said he would get to my car when he wanted. He put a zip tie around the connector after a 30 min wait. He said I would have to change the plug out and that that isn't under warranty. I told him I got the LED kit with him from the beginning and that I have the receipt to prove it. He didn't want to look at the receipt. How disappointing. If you are looking for any work done to a truck or suv I would reccomend taking it to SPEED AND TRUCK WORLD! They're fair and understand proper customer service and the true value of a warranty. It's a bit far but worth the drive. Don't get ripped off and disappointed by these clowns. read more

I went here as an emergency. I had court the next day and I had to take out my tints. They were closing in 2 hours but they had the good gracious to take my car. Manny was the man that set me up and did a great job. He told me to take seat in the waiting area and just chill, coffee, free wifi, PlayStation4. Yeah, I was shocked too. I thought it was a joke, but they really do have a PS4 to play with a extremely decent collection of games. What ticked me off is that they took off the tints so quickly that barely had a chance to break into the game was playing (I joke,of course) Seriously though, the only complain I have is that after they finished their work pieces of gummy adhesive were scattered (not much, just a pea size or three of adhesive)on my dash. This didn't bother me much. I had not clean or vacuumed my car in months so it was not in the most pristine condition. I mention it because this is the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars. Again, didn't bother me. They were fast and friendly and I plan on coming back to do business with for second and even a third time. Manny is the man!!!
