I had an early morning appointment midweek & although it was empty, I'm glad I had it. I was greeted by an employee right when I got there & after a quick discussion about what I needed done he took my car to the back. Prior to trusting the business, Pro Auto Sound of Miami, with my new vehicle, I spent several days researching custom car audio businesses and the business, Pro Auto Sound of Miami, appeared to have the most reviews with the highest ratings. Please note that I was convinced that I needed a reputable business to enhance the existing sound system on my vehicle. I was prepared to pay more money for this enhancement because my vehicle already had a default premium sound system. The result of paying his business, "Pro Auto Sound of Miami", to enhance my vehicle's existing sound system was the following: · Luis pocketed $2,728.34 of my hard-earned money by degrading my existing sound system that he was supposed to enhance · The enhancement solution that Luis sold me lacks the mid bass of my original factory system · The factory 6 1/2 speakers underneath the two front seats are no longer functioning · There exists significant signal noise in the vehicle when the volume is set between zero to 25% of total volume. Again, I was convinced that this shop was reputable if their business had to put me on a waiting list just to examine my vehicle. Luis then showed me his garage and demoed a sound system of one of the cars that his shop had recently installed a sound system for. The sound system sounded amazing. I scheduled a drop-off of my vehicle for a week later. ** First Contact (12/2) ** I visited Luis' shop on 12/2/2021. I discussed with him the details of the sound quality enhancement that I needed. He convinced me that the service would be complicated due to my vehicle's preexisting infotainment system and surround sound layout. He also stated that his shop focuses on craftsmanship and that they would require more time to enhance the sound quality for my vehicle. I was instructed to drop-off my vehicle the following Tuesday for them to enhance the sound quality of it. Emailed Requirements (12/3) On 12/3/2021, I emailed Luis the requirements for the enhancement of my vehicle's sound system. ** Drop-off (12/7) ** On 12/7/21, I revised my installation requirements before dropping off my vehicle. I then dropped off my vehicle on 12/7/2021 for the sound quality enhancement. Luis called me later that day and advised me that my vehicle was unique and that all aftermarket door speaker options would require custom mounting. He then quoted me nearly $2,700 (including tax) over the phone for the effort he would require for enhancing the sound quality on my new vehicle. ** Business Quote ** During the call that I had with Luis, I requested that he email me a detailed quote so that I can examine the expenses of the work he described. He sighed and said that he could provide a detailed description of the work, but that his workers were waiting to begin work on my vehicle and that he would be losing money if I did not provide him an answer immediately. I told him that I needed to see a detailed quote in writing before I could give him my business. He later text messaged me a grainy photo of a laptop with what appeared to be a business quote on the screen that was pixelated and difficult to decipher. I told him that I received his quote but was unable to read the details due to the pixelated image. He again, voiced his concern about needing an answer from me, regardless of the grainy image that he sent, because he would be losing a large amount of money per hour due to his workers waiting to work on my vehicle. ** Pickup (12/10) ** I brought my family to Luis' shop in the evening to pick up my vehicle on 12/10/21. The invoice was originally $2,696.24 when Luis requested me to pay him a $2000 deposit before the sound quality enhancement was completed. I brought my brand-new 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness to Tito's Sound on August 15, 2026, for…read morewindow tinting. The vehicle was barely a week old. When the tint was completed, the front window tint was poorly cut and full of bubbles, and the windshield glare strip was extremely large and poorly installed. I immediately brought this to the owner, Tito Maranhao, who asked me to return the following day to have it corrected. After getting home, I discovered that the rubber weather stripping on both the driver and passenger front doors had been cut with what appeared to be a razor blade. I brought this damage to Tito's attention when I returned. He told me to have Subaru inspect it, get an estimate, and said he would take care of the repairs. Subaru inspected the vehicle and provided a repair estimate of $1,606. I sent the estimate to Tito, but instead of honoring what he had told me, he became angry, accused me of trying to take money from him, and offered only $300 toward the repairs. Unfortunately, Subaru also discovered that water had gotten behind the EyeSight safety cameras during the windshield glare-strip installation. The cameras need to be disassembled and cleaned because the water stains can interfere with their ability to see properly and potentially cause the safety system to shut off. I brought Tito's Sound a nearly new vehicle and trusted them to perform a simple tint installation. I left with damaged weather stripping and an issue involving a critical safety system. I have photographs, the tint receipt, and the Subaru repair documentation supporting everything described above. The total documented cost I am seeking to recover is $1,891.88 for the repair of the weather stripping and the cleaning of the cameras, which requires the door panels to be removed an the glass to be taken out as well as the cameras to be removed and cleaned properly. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the way the situation was handled afterward. I expected much better care and accountability when trusting a business with a brand-new vehicle. DO NOT use this business, they will not hold themselves accountable for any damage done to your vehicle. I am now pursuing legal action, and have not only the damage to deal with but the headache of having to go through something that could have been resolved by Tito just doing the right thing. NEVER AGAIN.

They were very careful in removing the old tint and cleaning the windows spotless before installing the new tint. We had a large arch window high up above the front door which is a challenge to get up on a ladder; however Henry was up to the task and did an amazing job along with the rest of the windows including 2 windows that were re-frosted. Leslie also assisted with another staff team member. We noticed the difference right away with the rooms feeling cooler and the blocking out much of the extreme solar heat we have been experiencing here in South Florida. We took advantage of the $199 special which would cover the tinting of the doors and the 1/2 back window not already tinted by Tesla. I opted for the hyper-ceramic at an additional cost of ($100). Still, $299 total was a much better price point than the $450 I was getting at other places. On the way home, I noticed some bubbling. I returned the next morning to have the bubbles removed/repaired. The staff was good about explaining the difference between water bubbles and air bubbles and taking care of the issue quickly. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of 5 is because of the bubbling and need to return and because, they didn't clean up after themselves well, the windows are dirty and smudged.. it's a minor gripe (admittedly) but it's also an easy fix and something that the shop could be better at.
