At the time of this review I've taken 5 cars here to get tinted & have nothing but positive things to say. They were at a different location when I started coming years ago but the new spot is more spacious & less than a minute from the old one. From the moment you walk in you're treated respectfully & they do a solid job at getting your car in quickly. When I called it was recommended to make an appointment but that's always a smart thing to do when you plan on getting any type of work done. I had an early morning appointment midweek & although it was empty, I'm glad I had it. I was greeted by an employee right when I got there & after a quick discussion about what I needed done he took my car to the back. I stayed around while they did my tints & was back out in less than 2 hours. I was asked what I specifically wanted & have never felt pressured into buying something more expensive. I appreciate how this shop respects your wants while also providing top quality service. You're never made out to feel like you're in the wrong when you don't go with a recommendation. They take it for what it is & give you exactly what you ask for. As far as I'm concerned, it's been the same owner for the past 12+ years I've been coming. He's straight to the point but respectful. After getting several offers from Yelp recommended businesses I checked the 3M site. Hi Line is the only 3M Pro installer shop in Broward. I called and there estimate for a front end ppf wrap was so much lower than every other estimate that I didn't mind paying $100 more than estimates I had for window tint. Yes I could have had my windows done elsewhere and saved the $100 but I am glad that I had it all done here. They even fixed a small paint nick that had happened in the 2 weeks between purchase and wrap without additional charge. My car looks better than new and total out the door was only $100 over the estimates I had received for wrap alone. read more

Nice people to deal with - friendly and knowledgeable, do not try to upsell. They use the best material and do a great job. I know they had a problem with my Tesla Model X due to the window mechanism but they worked around that and gave me a perfect job. This is the second Tesla I have brough to them and the tinting is impeccable. My car is less hot and less glare. Happy driver over here! read more

There was an issue with the sound (no fault of theirs) so they scheduled me to come right back for them to find a solution...and they did...and it didn't cost me extra. A shady business would've found something/anything to charge me extra for. While they were applying my tints the tech noticed an error on one of the windows and he re-applied it on the spot. I have come to Wayne and the team at Hi-Line since 2013. I've had 5 vehicles tinted at this place. My '13 ATS, '15 Terrain, (husband's '16 Challenger), '18 XT5, and now my newest lease, a '21 XT6. I will admit that I was referred from my dealership, which by the way brings by tons of vehicles, but that is because the service, reliability and customer service is above all the rest. Wayne is always honest. I wanted the 90% crystalline for my front windshield. It turned out that they did not have enough film and would have to come back. To me, as a consumer, my biggest criticism for all businesses is the lack of clear, and honest communication. This is never an issue at Hi-Line. Wayne and his team tell you the truth, like it is. They have never, EVER, tried to upsell me or sway me in any other direction other than what I was trying to accomplish. Back in August I had them install apple car play and a back up camera in my car. Sounds simple, right? I pay them top dollar to purchase and install (over $1K). They did a horrible job. Red flags, when it was time to pick up my BMW X5 Wayne immediately states its the first time he installs apple car play on my model car. Few days later is when I notice the horrible job they did cuz everything is a total mess when it comes to listening to music and features. The day I picked up my car he also states there's an update he needs to install (why didn't he warn me before?). Anyway, I call and call and call him and every time he gives me the runaround. It's been a month or so since we last spoke (waiting on some upgrade) and doesn't have the decency to return my calls. They did a TERRIBLE job and there's nothing I can do about it but my next step is BBB (Better Business Bureau). Hope you're reading this, Wayne. read more
