Absolutely will not use this company. And will never recommend again. I had a full car wrap with advertising. I came in to have my windows tinted. I spoked to the guy and we worked out a price of $80 which I was made to believe it was 5 windows and a free strip. The advertising was removed today and there is no tint on my back window. I call the place and I'm told their $120 tints for all 5 but will be given a good price of $90 from the guy named Martin. When I go in the guy that sold me the tints says oh yeah I remember you. We only said 4 windows and the strip like it's says on the paper. I said it was bullshit and he says not to make him mad and have asked to speak to the owner. I am waiting on a return phone call from him. But this is the first review, and will update accordingly. read more

If I could give them a ZERO I would. Had tints installed 2 days ago. At first, looked like a decent job. Upon further inspection, i see that all 5 windows have specks of dirt between the film and the window, and one of the smaller windows is peeling up on one corner. Cost of tints: $80.00 Result: A waste of time and money. I also had them install HID's on my brand new car that same day. Headlights and fog lights. The guy who installed them was apparently showing off with one of his co-workers to show him how fast he could install them. 10 minutes later, I leave the place with my new lights. It was still daytime. Later that night, I'm driving down I-95 and all of a sudden, headlights go out. So I pull over to the side of the road, lift the hood, and see that the ballasts of the head lights hadn't been secured and were loose, shifting around and dangling between the crevices of the engine. Call on Sunday, they are closed. I can't drive around with headlights not working, so i found 1 guy who was able to install a working set. A true professional he took his time. So I call on Monday to explain what happened, and all I get is rudeness over the phone, the guy is telling me he is an expert and that they weren't going to refund anything, even though the headlights they installed were faulty. So i tell him about how i noticed he was showing off to one of his co-workers and he speaks to me in a threatening, latin way... "Why don't you come here and we'll take care of this." Cost of HID's: $200.00 Result: A waste of time and money. These guys are a bunch of THUGS! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I'm taking my car to get tints redone to a reputable merchant. I should have known better, considering this place is in a bad part of Hollywood. Oh well, Live and learn. C.S. read more

I wish I could give ZERO stars, seriously! The staff botched up my entire back window when I came to get my tints done. Overall the job the staff here did was pretty crappy and very uneven. Pretty shocked it came out this horrible since I came to these guys years ago, and sent business their way with a few customers. The manager is really shady. AVOID! I had my tints done here before and had no problem. Last time I came there was a long wait but today I got there at a good time and was taken care of nicely. This will be the 3rd car I get the tints done here. I hope to not have any issues as expressed by others here. I am not really happy with my tints. I just got them done so I am going to wait a few days but I see dirt in between my window and scratch indents. I spent 127.20. He orginally told me 120 but failed to explain if I paid cash it would be cheaper up front. I am going to ride it out for the period they told me, I am not satisfied. I had my car tinted and payed extra for lifetime warranty I noticed one of the windows in my the tint was peeling off so I went there showed receipt and proof of warranty but I was told I still couldn't use it and wanted to charge me and declined to respect the warranty... Worst place to get your windows tinted!!! The day I got my windows tinted I didn't even make it out of their parking lot before I noticed one of my windows were not done properly. After only a year two of windows that are tinted are peeling. I went this weekend to see if they can re-tint them and the guy told me I would have to pay because thats not covered although I HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY. I would rather take my car somewhere else and pay more than pay them to do another terrible job. Do your self a favor and take your car anywhere else! read more

Don't waste your time!!!! Customer service is horrible!!! The supposed warranty that you pay for, is just a gimmick to get more money from you! There is no such thing as a warranty with these guys.. I had my car tinted by Chicos, and it started peeling. I brought it back, and the supposed lifetime warranty that I purchased, was no longer valid. This was after about 8 months. I brought my second car back, after the glued melted severely, to the point you couldn't see out of the back window. I already knew the deal, with the warranty. I just wanted it removed and tinted again. Being the only one at the shop, I figured this would be a quick process. After sitting in the waiting area for about 45 minutes, I decided to check to see how far along they were. To my surprise, they had only removed the horrible tint, and had started tinting someone else's car. And individual that had arrived minutes prior to me going out to check on my vehicle. I figured, maybe he had an appointment. But when another car pulled up, and they started the process with this individual, I became furious. The response was it'll only take a few minutes to tint your window. But no one was moving to do so. I left Chicos having not gotten my window tinted. I promise to never return!!! I'll will make sure everyone knows of the shabby practices of Chico window tinting!!!!! read more
