    Broke trunk deck. They said it was to fit in the subs when they could've easily taken it out. Was never confirmed by me

    These people don't care about their customers. Their post sale service is horrible. They try to sell you things you don't need. One of the consultants told me "we could've easily sold you XYZ but we didn't" like I should be grateful they didn't scam me. They broke a huge hole in my trunk deck saying it was necessary, however they never confirmed it through me. I found out AFTER like they were trying to hide it from me. There was a rattle like they left something loose on the side panel and they said theres nothing they can do and tried to sell me on dynamatt; however the rattle is not from the subs as I turned them off and it still rattles. These people do not care about customer service nor about keeping happy customers. Once they get paid they start giving you attitude. Hi-line is down the block and give way better prices for the same product and way better service. BE ADVISED. STAY AWAY.

    Very upset. Cartronics has been my families go to when they need some work done. I originally did my HID head lights with them 2 years ago. And I came back yesterday at 11 am to drop off my car.. passenger head light was blown. It ended up being a blown bulb. Come to find out they couldn't find out what was wrong with the head light. It still DOESNT WORK btw . I came yesterday to pick up my car around 5:30p, my car was still in pieces but they already had told me that the light was not going to work and all that was left to do was to put it back together. I didn't leave not until 6:30pm due to the fact that Ivy the lady that works there kept telling me 15 more minutes , that lady is a joke. Before I left I asked her how much was it going to be she told me I was only going to be charged $30.00 I said okay . I came back today at 5p , finding out I have a balance of $80.00.. they some how ended up charging me for something else. Mind you my head lights still DONT WORK. I told the guy I was only being charged $30.00 per Ivy. Brenton told me ... they paper states , if it is the bulb - $30 If it is the blaster $45.00 The paper NEVER STATED 'that IT IS' before I left last night I made sure It was only $30.00 per ivy. Brenton making slick remarks with another customer saying ' people don't notice the value of gratitude' & ' people always complain when it's so cheap'? He was very racist , as if I was some white girl that had money to blow. And he thought by making third party remarks he was a comedian. I told him in his face if he had something to say please say it directly to me .. Is this guy serious my head light doesn't even work and I'm being charged twice as much than what was originally stated. As I was leaving , they didn't even direct me out of the warehouse , I could've crashed anything. The other guy is very rude. These people don't know customer service at all. They are very lazy and laid back . Where is Lester when you need him .. your business will fail because of the people trying conduct it in the Pines location. I will show up tm to north Miami and have a nice talk with Lester . HORRIBLE PLACE.

    l returned with my vehicle due to concerns about the window tint quality. This was not the first…read moreissue -- the shop had already redone the opposite side earlier for the same problem. Instead of handling the follow-up professionally, the manager became very confrontational. He raised his voice and told me I was "out of bounds" for pointing out visible issues, saying that "no one looks that closely at tint." When I calmly asked him to stop yelling, the manager stormed inside, came back with the contract, and argued about a supposed 5% tolerance. He then used profanity and told me to never come back to the store -- all of this happened in front of another customer, who commented that the behavior was inappropriate. To be fair, the tint was eventually redone and now looks much better. However, having the same issue occur twice and then being yelled at and cursed at by a manager is unacceptable. Quality work matters, but professionalism matters just as much.

    Disappointed With Follow-Up and Customer Service…read more I hired Illumine Mobile Mechanics LLC to install AMP power step boards on my 2010 Ford F-250 Super Duty. I wanted to support a young business owner and give him an opportunity. Carlos was polite during the scheduling process, and the installation appointment was set for April 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The labor charge was $335. My concern is not only the installation itself, but the lack of follow-up after the job. Shortly after the installation, I noticed that the lights for the power steps were not working. I contacted Carlos and let him know. His response was that it was "extremely common" for those lights not to work and that everything had been installed correctly. He said he could come check it, but because I was not going to be home that day, I told him not to make a special trip and to stop by the next time he was in the area. He never followed up or came back to look at the issue. Later, the power steps stopped working properly. One step stayed in the lowered position, while the other would not retract correctly, and the system stopped functioning as it should. When I contacted Carlos and asked if he could take a look, he told me it would require a $95 diagnostic fee. I was disappointed because I had already reported an issue with the installation right after the work was completed, and that issue was never checked. Carlos pointed out that it had been one month and 19 days since the installation, which was accurate. However, the original concern was reported immediately after the install, and there was no follow-through. I have also used Carlos for other work on my Ford F-250, including a difficult radio installation. That job was eventually completed by someone else because it required more specific expertise. I did not hold that against him because I understand some installs can become more complex than expected. However, with the power step boards, my concern is the lack of follow-up and customer service. I believe this is a teachable moment for a young business owner. Skill matters, but follow-through matters just as much. When a customer reports a problem immediately after an installation, the business should make a reasonable effort to inspect the work before charging another diagnostic fee. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Illumine Mobile Mechanics LLC for this type of installation. If you decide to use this business, understand that you may not receive the follow-up or customer support you expect if something goes wrong after the job.

    Will act super nice and knowledgeable at first to get you in the door, I came here in the first…read moreplace to only have 2 batteries hooked up to my existing car audio system in the trunk , then the guy who is the owner I suppose recommended that I have them hook up the 4 6x9 speakers I had running on head unit power to the 4 channel amp I already had sitting in the car waiting to be wired. I already had over 50ft of 12 gauge speaker wire sitting in the car for the speakers to be wired, they hooked up the 2 battery's in the trunk decently but not pretty by no means then I had an appointment I had to go to before they finished, after they called me saying the car was finished this childish wiring is what I was greeted with, garbage electrical tape on all the connections, NEVER EVEN RAN THE SPEAKER WIRE TO THE SPEAKERS, they just tapped into the oem speaker wire from the amp with some BS 18 gauge wire they had laying around, then had the audacity to tell me my speaker wire was garbage and wouldn't work that's why they didn't use it, they also had the gain for my subwoofer on the dsp turned up +10 from the -14 I had it at originally before I brought the car to them, they also had the bass boost on the subwoofer amp turned up when I had it turned off, they even put a random screw into my amp board to try and clean up the rca's , the owner even had the balls to talk shit about my front bumper after I went back to complain, I didn't think this was Gino's body shop you retard , I brought the car here for a simple install not some unprofessional tards to mess my car up then talk shit about my front bumper and wouldn't even offer a partial refund or just be a smart business owner and apologize. Save your money and just go to Tito's Sound.
