When I made the appt it was only for my car but we added my man's car at the last minute and he was able to do them both today. I think his prices are reasonable for our two cars and the fact that he comes to you. He gives a lifetime warranty on his work but honestly I don't think I will need it.

I hired them to fix the curb rash on all four of my OEM Range Rover Sport wheels and caps. They said it would take a day which turned into a day in half. Not a big deal. Prior to picking up my vehicle they recommended over the phone to also get new caps. I couldn't remember the condition of my caps so I said yes let's clean the entirety of the wheels up. Within a few days of driving my car I noticed one of my new caps had turned completely silver. When I looked closer it read DODGE! I reached out immediately to Ubreakwheelfix and they said they could fix it. When discussing it in email their reason for this issue kept changing. When I arrived in person they said it had to be a Dodge cap because that wheel bore was too big and needed this creative strategy ‍. They tried to glue another cap on which fell off by the time I drove home. I started the email communication with them again. By now realized they had damaged the bore and that's why now the Range Rover caps won't fit anymore. They told me not to go to the dealership because they would recommend a new wheel. Because of my great relationship with North Dade Land Rover I stopped by to have them look at it. They laughed at me and said that Ubreakwheelfix damaged my bore and that I will now need a new wheel. Before writing this 1 star review I asked Ubreakwheelfix to please replace this damaged wheel and we can call it good. They responded very unprofessionally! I am now in the process of purchasing a new wheel. New wheel plus painting and mounting will run me another $1,000.00!

Beware of Alpha Carwash (Pines & Palm and Grand Palm Hotel location)…read moreI took my recently purchased car (which is not driven frequently) to Alpha Carwash, after removing the seat covers for the first time, inorder to get a more thorough interior clean my way, since it was a 2nd hand car. So the car wasn't filthy, it just had some area's that i wanted cleaned. Mark you, I bought the car to them to show exactly what I wanted done. I specifically requested a detail in these areas- vacuum faux leather seats, clean the vents, seatbelt buckles, cupholders, and storage pockets--no exterior wash or floor vacuuming. I was quoted $100. When I called to schedule, I was told to meet at a different location (Grand Palm Hotel) and was suddenly quoted $120. After reminding him of the original price, he agreed to do it for $100 if I came to that location. I reiterated numerous times, no exterior wash. After 2 hours, not only did they wash the exterior and tires (which I didn't want), but several of the specific interior areas I asked to be cleaned were either missed or poorly done. Kevin came on scene and he even stepped in and redid some parts himself. At the end, they charged me $107 with tax, and I added a tip, bringing the total to $130. The next day, while putting my seat covers back on, I found multiple (specific) spots untouched/missed. (Pics uploaded) I shared videos and photos and asked for a partial or full refund. Instead, I was told to bring the car back. I explained that I don't have time for another visit and that the service should've been done right the first time, so i wouldn't have to return to get it done better. The response, no refunds, only rework. To make matters worse, I was told the car was "dirty," No, those specific areas were dirty that's why i wanted a detail clean in those specific areas. He also never apologized for the inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend this place. They blame the customer and take no accountability. Why would I want to return. I went home and cleaned it myself with products from Amazon.
