l returned with my vehicle due to concerns about the window tint quality. This was not the first issue -- the shop had already redone the opposite side earlier for the same problem. Instead of handling the follow-up professionally, the manager became very confrontational. He raised his voice and told me I was "out of bounds" for pointing out visible issues, saying that "no one looks that closely at tint." When I calmly asked him to stop yelling, the manager stormed inside, came back with the contract, and argued about a supposed 5% tolerance. He then used profanity and told me to never come back to the store -- all of this happened in front of another customer, who commented that the behavior was inappropriate. To be fair, the tint was eventually redone and now looks much better. However, having the same issue occur twice and then being yelled at and cursed at by a manager is unacceptable. Quality work matters, but professionalism matters just as much. read more

Total Bait and Switch SCAM. Absolutely the worst service I've ever encountered. Got a quote and made an appointment, drove all the way there only to find out Phil the manager would not respect his own quote. Then when I asked him to pull the phone call, he chased me out of the store, then his tall puerto rican worker threatened me several times, then called the police on me falsely telling them that I pulled a weapon on them. Police came and disregarded their claim. NEVER GO HERE, they are a dishonest group of crooks! Update: Asked for me to call them, Same manager, no owner available. I was greeted by a dynamic young lady, whose name was Danielle. You couldn't help but be excited when you spoke to her. She had so much positive energy. Another gentleman I met Phil. What an incredible guy. Always had a welcoming warm smile. Everyone there made you feel comfortable. Nobody tried to upsell me anything. They allowed me to choose the level of tint I wanted and never tried to talk me into a more expensive package. All in all, I was so pleasantly surprised by what a great group of installers they were, as well as Danielle and Phil. I scheduled my appointment and was able to arrive a bit early due to scheduling. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process. I explained that I had a good job done at another TintWorld location, but there were some minor bubbles and imperfections. They explained that a 100% perfect job is not achievable unless you can control the air in the space. However, they really did the best they were able to do and when they were done, the result was simply perfection. There were zero air bubbles or grains of dust or anything wrong. The tint looks great and I was in and out of there in under an hour. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to this location for all future tinting needs. read more

I purchased a new SUV and researched tint places and decided to get tints with Tint world due to the reviews. On Friday April 7th I made the reservation on online, which was easy. On Monday April 10th I was the first person, so I was taken in immediately. I advised that I wanted my tints to match the rear windows. The salesclerk sold me on the most expensive tints, stating that it would match exactly. I was in and out within 1.5 hours. While I was driving home, I noticed that the tints installed were not the same color as the rear windows. But since I had to go to work, I did not return to the shop. On Wednesday April 13, I called the shop to advised that I was not happy with the tints as it was clearly darker than the back windows. I was told to brin the car in. On Friday April 14th I went back to the shop and advised the original salesclerk and the "manager" that this is not what I wanted. I showed them the 2 front windows and the strip on the front, that was installed by them were clearly darker than the rear windows. They made excused and justified that their product. I told them that I am very particular, and I can not see myself driving a car where the front windows are darker than the rear windows. Also, IT IS ILLIGEAL. They continued to justify their product. I stopped them and said, please remove the tint installed because I do not want to drive a car that I am clearly going to be dissatisfied with every time I see it. They removed the illegal tints and did me a "favor" and took off the $50.00 fee that they charge for tint removal. Now I am out $374.26. I would not recommend Tint World for service that you would like the to stand behind or even provide a focus on the customers satisfaction. read more

I was recommended to Tint World and I'm not impressed. My front windows wasn't cleaned properly and I have debris in between the glass and film, bubbles on my driver side door window, and a swipe bubble on my passenger side window. The back is great. I've had to reschedule my appointment twice now with no date insight because their tint guy has quit on them. When I made the second attempt to get the problem resolved I had to call them back after I was told I'd be getting a call back to reschedule. For paying over a $1k for tint, it's a joke. read more

DAMAGED!!! My car was DAMAGED!!! Be aware!!! Staff cut deep gouges in my paint from installing my car wrap and severely damaged my paint! Manager was nice enough to refund me 60% of what I paid, he was very sorry that it happened. As for me I will never even think about going here EVER!! Again!!! I took my work van for tints. Afterwards I decided to give them business again by taking my harley motorcycle in for 2 new speakers and Neil told me I needed a new amp as well. My amp was working perfectly but he replaced it anyways. I agreed since it was an older amp and he had already replaced it. I paid for the services almost 1200 dollars. When I picked up my bike after 2 weeks, the entire system went out including 2 existing speakers that were already there. I brought my bike back to Neil and he replaced another 2 speakers. Once he replaced the speakers the bike was having the SAME issue after he replaced the 2 speakers. I brought my bike back for a 3rd time and now he wanted to replace the marine radio. When I explained that the radio was new and the problem was not the radio, that the issue was from the beginning of his installation, Neil got very upset, so I asked to speak to the manager and he said that he was the manager and decided not to speak to me anymore in a very aggressive verbal manner and he kicked me out. Now my bike doesnt have a sound anymore and worse of all he completely destroyed the wiring for my motorcycle's LED lights which I use for safety purposes. I called Tint World and spoke with a woman named Daniel and she said it was up to Neil and the owner to figure things out, not her. Now I am out of a sound system, LED lights and 1400 dollars. The worse mistake I ever made was to have my motorcycle serviced by Neil, he should stick to doing tints, not selling customer dreams. I am looking for legal representation going forward to either have them correct their errors or receive a full refund. read more

I had originally gotten the tint on my car at a Tint World in Coral Springs. The shop had closed and per the corporate office I could take my car to any Tint World with my original receipt. I did take my car to the Tint World in Davie FL last year and had my back window tint replaced. They were so nice and no issues. My front side windows started to bubble recently. I called and spoke to someone who told me I could drop the car off early on a Saturday and leave it and they would take care of it. When I got there today no one knew how to handle a warranty and I was told more than once to take it back where I had it done. I explained 3 times that they were no longer in business and corporate told me any Tint World would honor it and it had been done here last year. The manager Danielle has the worst costumer service skill !!!!! Finally she said she would text the owner but for me not to wait it could take awhile to hear back from him. Kicker there was only one car there and the installers were just hanging around. They even seemed surprised I was being turned away. Longer story short my husband went in not happy at all and I left only to get a text the owner okd the warrenty and they could do it now. So a quick u-turn and back I went. The manager wasn't too nice. Very salty and you could tell she didn't like having to do the job. An hour later my windows are done the work was great. All I can say is the owner really needs to rethink his manager who is severely lacking in customer service skills. She left you feeling like you were being a burden to her, and her lack of customer service skill and lack of business protocol really leaves a bad taste for this company. The man that did my tint tried his best to make up for her inability to handle an issue. I would never recommend them because of this. I have sent them customers because of my previous dealings with them. To the owner of this business you need to find someone who can leave your customers wanting to come back. FALSE ADVERTISING I went to get a Headlight Restoration, they claim they do but they had no clue what they were doing, and not only they ended up using a chemical that removed the paint of the front Grille Trim, but also the white frosty chemical stained the car paint between the headlights. Philip told me to come back another day when the person who "knows better" can finish the job, but now I had to pay for Auto-Detailing as well to remove the stains they caused. In addition, they have fliers in the store that say "Windshield Repair that claims to remove unsafe chips, nicks, or cracks on the windshield caused by road rocks and flyer debris." but when I asked for that service, Phillip said "oh, we don't do that." So why do you have those fliers in the store?! This is false advertising because they claim to do jobs they cannot perform because they are completely incompetent. All they do is tint windows, that's it. Don't let them touch your car or you will be sorry. read more

The best tint world location ever. Even if you don't live near by, fucking make the drive cause Danielle and Phil and their team are the greatest. I literally went to the shop on 163 and they said no walk ins u need an appointment so I called this location to see maybe if they will take us in seconds later they answered and said pull up. They were hilarious and made the time go by fast and in the end the car turned out amazing like shit was so pimped out. I don't really do reviews but these ppl deserve it and if their boss is reading this give them a raise because I am definitely recommending this place to my friends and family. I really hate to leave negative reviews, but I have to be honest about my experience. Took my new SUV to get the two front windows tinted to match the rear factory tint. The day before I called and made an 8:00 am appt. I arrived early and waited until 8:20 when the manager opened the door. I told the manager I was there for an 8:00 am and he told me they don't open until 8:30. Ok. I could deal with that. However, the manager was not wearing a mask and no other employees wore masks. I thought, ok, I'm here, I'll just have to wipe the car down when they're done. My car went in and 20 minutes later they were done. The window tint was full of bubbles and the manager told me to give it 3-4 days. However, I noticed lint or dirt between the window and tint, so I already knew I'd have to go back. Sure enough four days later I was back. Some of the bubbles went away and others never did. I understand that there are several factors in curing the tint, but clearly the windows were not cleaned prior to installation and the workmanship was not great as I could see sunlight shining through poorly cut edges. The manager seemed unhappy to see me again, but told me they'd take care of it. An hour later they were done, again not one employee had a mask on. The job was worse than before. I could see daylight through the jagged edges and the dirty tint from my previous visit had been reapplied instead of replaced. The manager was upset when I went right back into the shop. He assigned a tech to fix it and to the employees credit, it was a hard fix because the tint did not want to stick. An hour later it was ready. Was it perfect? No, and that's unfortunate, but I wasn't going back to have different employees without masks drive my car in and out of the shop, or deal with an upset manager, or have the work be worse than it is now. It's just tint, not life or death, but it wasn't cheap and I worked hard for that money. These COVID-19 days are tough and I respect people that have to work under these conditions. All employees should be wearing masks and the work needs to be done right the first time and the manager needs to check the work again before releasing the car and having the customer return for poor work. There seemed to be happy customers when I was there and there are good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not good and I had to miss several hours of work. I will not return. read more

Quick and efficient service. I had side windows done and am very satisfied with the service provided. Less than an hour to complete the job. All friendly I'm sorry to say I made a mistake with the above review.i didn't have my windows tinted here. I had a wash and interior clean and waxing done. My reason for having it waxed was the water would sit and not bead up and just roll off the vehicle. So with a good waxing I was sure that would resolve the problem. Also on the right side of the door there was a 3 inch cloudiness spot that I was sure would disappear with waxing but it didn't and after a good rainy day on the vehicle there was no change pretty much like the vehicle was never waxed. After washing and waxing the vehicle myself yesterday the cloudy spot on the door is gone and the water beads up and just rolls off the vehicle like I expected after a wax job. My bad for not bringing the vehicle back after not seeing the results I expected. So changing 5 star to a1 star rating. read more
