Tints2go had same-day availability, so I went over waited a short period of time (less than an hour), and my car was ready to go! You can't wash the car for a few days after getting the service, so make sure to do that first. We got the third level of tint, and the medium film material (I think Carbon was the one we got). It was easy to book an appointment via their website and it also offered a lot of info in regards to the different types of tint options they offer. I had found them through Groupon and wanted to know more about the offer so I called them and the gentleman who I spoke to was very pleasant and informative. There was no issue redeeming the offer or hidden fees, etc. I did upgrade to a slightly higher quality with 5 years warranty so I just paid the difference ($30). I had my vehicle windows tinted with carbon-based high-performance tint which cost $119. When the technician finished the installation he called the owner to verify the voucher. The owner stated that it was at his discretion to accept the voucher for $180. I thought I was going to have a pleasant experience, but unfortunately their customer service turned out to be anything but up to par. To start off, they stripped paint off my car when removing emblems-- eventually they provided someone to paint- which was no problem, however it was not the same as original and the paint shop left some kind paint waves in the car that never came off. The shop takes forever to get the jobs done, and they don't stand by their "warranty" policy. Which is totally made up. The job I got done started to peel and crack within 6 months, and when I went to see if I could get it fixed- they told me the warranty didn't exist. I am only leaving this review because of the brash owner who thinks he can talk to customers any way he wants to. I went in with a Groupon to this location for tints and he told me AFTER redeeming my offer that the metal tints might interfere with my car. He then said I could pay more to get a different level tint that won't interfere with the car systems. $30 more than I had already paid. As a customer how could I not feel ripped off? I offered to pay $20 more as he had already redeemed my voucher and he refused. Why offer crap materials in the first place? They just used the Groupon to get you in and charge you more. Be more of an honest business guy. I will say the tints aren't bad of a job just cheap materials. They did remove old glue for me but this guy has terrible customer service and is disrespectful. He stated he "didn't want my money" and that I "could come get it back". Quick and easy. Took between 30-45 minutes for the side, back, and rear windows to be tinted and they look pretty clean. IMPORTANT FYI: If you are getting a full tint, know that it does not include the windshield! I was under the impression that "full" meant all windows but it doesn't mean front due to some definitions and legal stuff. I'm very happy with the outcome of it, only complaint would be that there are only 3-4 options for tints within legal limits in FL. Apart from that it was an absolutely amazing service, quick, easy, and the staff was friendly and explained everything very well. Made my appointment early in the morning for mobile service later in the day at 4:10PM. I called at 2:30PM to confirm the appointment. It was confirmed. 5PM, no one had arrived. It was easy to make an appointment. I called and they scheduled me for the very next day. The staff was friendly and very professional (hard to find in Miami nowadays). I have a Mercedes S550 and I admit that I'm very "particular" with the way I like things but these guys did an amazing job. Once they finished they explained how the drying process worked and gave me proper instructions on how to take care of the tint. They even assured I could come back at any time in case there was a problem which made me feel safe. So far it has been almost 3 months since I go them done and they look intact.
