I've been consistently coming to this specific location since moving to Florida 5 years ago, and will continue. Great customer service per usual (friendly greetings, honest opinions, and quick maintenance). I've taken my work vehicle here various times, my personal truck, and even my spouse's vehicle most recently, and the service and quality has yet to change. Today I was helped by maintenance professionals Ramon and Ralph; they were super helpful and polite guys. Then I was politely assisted by Nelly at the register, as she rung up the final pricing (which was definitely reasonable for the service I received). Davie Jiffy Lube Team - I appreciate you guys, and keep up the great work and stellar customer service! I'm sure I speak for many people when I say that we definitely notice, and are grateful. read more

Up-selling Issue of unneeded service I have had the oil changed in my 2009 Tundra at the Jiffy Lube at 1799 South University Drive, Davie FL twice (April 2024 and April 2026) and twice have been told that the rear differential oil was "dirty" and was offered a fluid change. This felt like up-selling of a service that is very likely not needed by most people and definitely not needed with my vehicle. I am not sure who at Jiffy Lube is qualified to make the assessment that the differential fluid was "dirty", so I asked questions. When I started questioning the floor person about how it was determined that this service was required she told me the technician in the pit said it was the case. Immediately a man approached and asked if there was an issue. I asked to speak with the manager, he said he was a manager. First, he told me that the service suggestion was made based on the truck milage (158,000 miles). When I asked how this determination could be made without the service history for the truck and that I was told the oil was dirty, implying they took out the fill plug and looked, he said they would speak with the employee implying he acknowledged the sketchy foundation of the attempted sale. Soon another man approached me, identified himself as the manager and asked if there was anything he could help me with. I told him I thought it odd that on both visits I was told there was a problem with the differential oil and offered a differential service. I informed him that the differential oil had been changed less than two years ago, about 20,000 miles, so I doubted it was compromised. He was defensive and quickly told me that the change interval was every 10,000 miles, a ridiculous claim that I simply replied to with a no. His tone became defensive. My confidence in the ethos of the whole operation was eroding by the moment. Sitting in the truck, I made a Google AI inquiry that said 50,000 to 60,0000 miles, which was incorrect unless the vehicle is used for heavy towing which it clearly is not. The manager said he did not care what Google had to say on the topic, not politely. He went to his terminal and told me now that the service interval was 20,000 to 30,000 miles, also wrong. It seemed to be a game of if you don't believe that, how about this? Later, consulting the Toyota 2009 Tundra Maintenance Guide, for the life of the truck, except for heavy hauling (60,000 miles) there is no recommendation for differential oil change, ever, only a service recommendation to check the level and I am assuming look for evidence of water intrusion. This attempt to sell me an unnecessary service did not cost me anything because I am knowledgeable enough about vehicle service not to take the bait. A couple of additional points: * A young woman brought my clean air filter to the window and asked if I wanted it replaced. No comment on the condition of the filter, again clean, just did I want to buy a new one. Not good * If you Goggle Better Business Bureau complaints Jiffy Lube at 1799 South University Drive https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/fort-lauderdale/profile/lube-service/jiffy-lube-0633-11001650/complaints?page=5 there is a lot there that should give you pause * As to the Jiffy Lube platform in general, Google search Undercover Investigations of Jiffy Lube. Some of the key findings included underperformed services including flushing transmission fluid or replacing filters, that were never done. Unnecessary repairs where hidden cameras captured technicians recommending costly unnecessary repairs, fraudulent techniques using incorrect numbers on testing devices to falsely indicate battery failure and pressure cooker environments where former employees cited intense, supervisor-driven pressure to meet high sales quotas, leading to unethical behavior. read more

I badly needed to change my oil, I was putting it off for so long. Finally, one day after work I stopped by Jiffy Lube to see if they had time to do it for me that day. They said yes and I pulled around and inside the station where a team worked as efficiently and quickly as I'd ever seen. Everyone was friendly and got everything done super quick. They were transparent about the price of the oil change, and the price of changing my AC filter (which I did). They did all of that and had me out the door and back on the street in my newly oiled car in probably less than 20 minutes. Fantastic service here! read more

Quick, reliable, and inexpensive. I stopped in recently for an oil change, and there was no waiting at all. As soon as I pulled up, without having an appointment, my car was serviced right away. What I love about coming here is that you don't ever have to come out of your vehicle. The oil change is done while you sit in the comfort of your car. If you visit the Jiffy lube website, you'll find a few different coupons that you can use to get some good discounts on oil change or any other service your vehicle may require. Friendly workmen, who get the job done quick so that a lot of your day is not spent behind an auto body shop. During any service, they will always tap up the windshield wiper fluid, check the tire pressure and add air if needed and test the wipers and a few other minor things. Great prices and good service. Jason, V and Sebastian F and Alexander R and Ramon C and Dakota K assisted me today with getting an oil change. I can confidently say that they were all a pleasure to work with and very professional. I do forget the one lady's name who did the admission process. She was lovely to talk to and extremely kind. She has Long curly hair and an eyebrow piercing on the left. In the hundred degree heat, she put on a smile and is truly a hard worker. Out of everyone, she deserves a raise. jiffy Lube should provide them with refreshing beverages and snacks while they put in the hard work in this summer heat. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! Management/staff: Darrel and Ralph are incompetent and scammers. My mother came here for a simple oil change, but since she doesn't speak much English, they took advantage of her and ran the bill up to $230. The car was not put back together properly, and while she was driving on the freeway, the entire skid plate (cover under the car) fell off, almost causing an accident. They wasted our time by making us come back to the shop multiple times with false promises. They refused to take responsibility and did not REFUND. read more

First time getting my oil changed on my own, and I had a great experience here. As a woman coming in solo, I wasn't sure what to expect, but everyone was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely kind from start to finish. A big thank you to Stephanie R, Andrew F, and Adam P; you made the whole process easy and comfortable. The shop was extremely clean, actually spotless. Use jiffy lube all the time no issues. Had a coupon, told me it'd be 25% off instead of 50% because it was synthetic. Ended up lying to me and it was only $25 off. I got my filters changed, THEY CHARGED ME $50 EACH, which they normally charge $20 for. Scammers, plain and simple read more

I always come to this location to get my oil change, in this occasion the engine light was on, I stop by to check and the advice that a gas valve was damaged and it was leaking gas an it need to be replaced, the repair will cost 1800$ because it was a difficult job, I proceed to go and auto part for a second opinion and was told what the only thing I have to do is close the gas tank cap properly and problem solved , really disappointed that they were so quick to charge me so much money for something that I didn't need, just make sure that if you go there get a second opinion read more

Ive been coming for a while and service has been great. But when i noticed a tech hit my car with a metal step stool causing 2 big scratches on my rear bumper. Wow what a bad day. Its been 2 weeks and I have yet to be called back. I understand things can happen but no action to fix it is horrible read more

This location is great! They were fast, professional, and extremely clean. Highly recommend coming here!

My experience at Jiffy Lube was okay. I was third in line to get my oil change and they got to my car within 10 minutes. They blew cold air into my car while I waited for the oil change which was a nice touch. However, within 60 seconds of them starting to work on my car, they handed me a paper indicating I needed to replace my battery and told me my battery was going to go out any second now. They said it would cost $200. I told them I wouldn't go through with it (honestly because I wanted a second opinion). I went to Advanced Auto Parts to get a second opinion and the man informed me that my battery was perfectly good and showed me the battery test results. I would have rated Jiffy 5 stars if they didn't try to rip me off. I would have gone back for more business. Never again. read more

Jiffy Lube - Scam - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Davie, Florida

What an excellent experience at this location. I strongly recommend them. Ask for Jason--he is an A-rated service tech but I observed them all to be. Even the tech whose job is downstairs draining the oil from the cars. What a positive, fun, and friendly attitude this crew has! They work well together like a winning basketball team. Honestly, they have a system in place which is synced and effective. I have yet to experience anything like it anywhere else. Besides that, they have the utmost care and professionalism for their customers. Even during the unexpected weather conditions we all encountered during this visit, where we were "stuck" in the bays for longer than foreseeable. They made the proper adjustments when they're system went down and their shop computer got drenched with the storm. Crystal brought out a good ole manual payment method and I was out of there with great laughs, new wiper blades, a new AC filter and an oil change for under $100, with my AAA discount. Goodbye dealership oil changes--even with your Express Oil Change lanes--you are never a match for this Jiffy Lube!! read more

So my car was leased and I recently bought it a couple months ago so it was time for my first oil change that was not covered by the lease warranty. I have a European vehicle that requires full synthetic oil and the dealer was quoting me $120 for the oil change alone. I decided to stop by jiffy lube on Saturday morning around 10:30am. Since I didn't have an appointment, I was expecting to wait a while before being helped. I walk inside and the young lady at the front tells me to just pull around to the back and they'll do the oil change. I pull around and see that there are 2 cars in front of me. One of the employees hands me an iPad to fill out with my info since it was my first time there. I drive up to the mechanic named Shane who did my oil change and I was surprised to see that it's a drive through oil change process which I thought was so cool! You literally sit in your car while they service your car. I was in and out less than 30 minutes. What a pleasant experience and I would certainly come back for future oil changes. They also check other things and tell you suggestions for additional services but do not push you to buy them. read more
