I had an appointment at 8:30 well I thought it was in a different location. I came over here. It was like 930 an hour later. I required an oil change. They informed me about my tires and I told him that's fine. go ahead. I'll get two things done in one day why not. The only issue that I have is the time management from nine all the way to 411 and my vehicle is not done. I literally saw it on the lift. I mentioned something and then they finally started putting the tires so they can go ahead and do alignments. It looks like the location is under staff one person in the two people in the back. It's crazy that from nine all the way to four on oil change and tires where not done. read more

Recently my tire was deflating constantly so when I decided to bring my car here to check it out, after a long check they said there's nothing wrong with the tire and suggested that I take it with my dealership in case it is some type of defect. I asked them to check the tire again abs carefully. They said nope, nothing is wrong with it. I paid my $75 inspection fee and left. So I took my car to the dealership. As soon as Nissan tech checked, he said there's a hole in the tire and the air is escaping through the hole. Wow, I was very disappointed that Tire Kingdom missed that. The manager of Tire Kingdom was nice which is why I gave it an additional star, but I wish the tech would do his job better. Time and money wasted basically. read more

12/19/2019 - Had a flat tire due to a small nail, located in the middle of the tire. I had one of the security guards at work inflate the tire. Came to this location to get a patch. I spoke to a young man and explained what happened. He went outside and just looked at my tire (not the nail or the location of the nail). He came inside and told me that they will "try" to see if they can patch the tire. And that apparently my tire was "partially corroded". Of course, after a while waiting one of the guy comes out and says the tire was not fixable and I needed to get a new tire. I said why couldn't he put a patch and he said that it is company policy that if a tire if corroded they can't put a patch. And he said maybe a "mom and pop" tire shop would do it but not them. I had already been there quite a while and it was around 3:45pm. I had to go back to work. I ended up buying 2 tires. Went in for a $36 patch and ended up leaving with a $261 bill. While they were getting the work done, a young lady walks in with the same exact issue. Another guy walks out to check her tire. Once they come in, she looks very confused. Apparently, 3 of her tires are corroded. She tells the guy, her tires are 1 year old tires. She asks how can her tires be bad. He says; "well you have to have them rotated when you get an oil change". He gives her a $500 plus tire quote. Then he says they have financing. She was in panic. I pulled her off to the side and told her what happened to me and to RUN!!!!. During my time there, the mechanics were playing around in the back, and sitting in the lobby playing on their cell phones. I feel that they prey on women that come here with their scare tactics, and then all they try to do is sell you tires because they can't do anything else. read more

Wanted to share the positive experience I had at this Tire Kingdom. I happen to be in the area when I came in with a mishap with my undercarriage cover and the front desk guy (sadly didn't catch his name, blonde guy with glasses) was helpful and to the point. Shortly after, he came back out and simply told me what the problem was and how to fix it. To my surprise, no charge since it wasn't something they could do on the spot but I could safely take my car home otherwise. Overall I was happy that he was honest and straight forward with me. They even took care of the tire alert I had on the dashboard without even asking! So happy because more often than not, auto shops get a bad rep for being dishonest and money hungry but that was far from my experience here. Would highly recommend this location! read more

Quoted me initially 2300 turned out to be 2800. They up charged me on tires parts and took away discounts from initial quote. And ended up taking car to another mechanic because they couldn't fix the job they started. I would go somewhere else than tire kingdom. They have a hard time diagnosing why my tire is losing air and simply say they don't find anything. Yet continues to lose air within 1 day. I think they are nice but maybe go to a local tire and mechanic shop. Better to give money back to the local community. read more

So funds were returned to our account. Llyod the manager was responsive and congenial. It did take 4 days, but that is including two weekend days. There is still a general issue on how this happened, but I guess it's more of a training problem. Companies need to make sure they don't harm thier customers whether physically or financially. Draining a highly budgeted checking account where every penny is accounted for is not cool. Luckily we were able to move around bills due and funds available, but someone else might not be in that position. I would remind customers that before you insert your card you ask. "What exactly are you charging me?" This will save you the grief. Cheers read more

I made a stay and wait appointment online at 5pm for a brake check and to do an oil change. I showed on time to my appointment on time to only be told the mechanic was gone for the day and I would have to leave the car overnight. I asked why would that be the case if I had put in my appointment that I needed a brake check and was simply told the online system does not reflect their schedule accurately. I left work early to come to this appointment for nothing. Why have an online appointment system if it is not accurate? Even worse, where is the customer service? If they knew the online appointment system was not correct, they should have called me earlier in the day to advise me so I can reschedule. The employee tried to justify it by saying they don't get deliveries at that time. Apparently, they offer brake checks but don't have brake pads readily available. Don't waste your time coming here as they clearly don't value customers or your time. Go elsewhere. read more

Will be taking my car in forth time in eleven months, this coming Monday to have A/C "repaired". These people, obviously, have no one qualified to do auto repair, at least in A/C work. I politely informed him, if they couldn't get right this time, I would sue to get my full price back, plus an additional sum for aggravation and discomfort. His answer? "You do what you got to do." Not only are they unqualified, but rude, as well. I really don't understand it; when we lived in Jacksonville, Tire Kingdom did excellent work and I recommended them for years, to my friends. This is a continuation of my nightmare since 2013 with Tire Kingdom I had them swap 2 cracked heads and in the process they also put in new plugs and wires. It wasn't bad enough they charged me a rip off amount of money for the work, the dirtbag mechanic broke my EGR valve and put glue on it to hold in in place since he figured I wouldn't see it, or at least for a long time. When he put the wires in, he must have sliced one of the wires opening the box with a box knife, because the dirtbag also wrapped tape around the wire, rather than replace it. I ended up having severe misfiring because of his negligence. I had to get a new EGR, coil pack, and new wires. Between Phil's nasty attitude to me and this negligent mechanic as it relates to my car, I would urge you to steer clear of this place for ANY car trouble you have. Go anywhere but here. read more

Never again. Just went to change my oil on my own after getting my oil changed by these guys the last time. They didn't even put enough oil in. I don't have a leak. (First thing I checked) And when they rotated my tires, they didn't reset the tire pressure gauge. When I called to see if I could swing by and have them do it. They said it's $80 and that if I wanted it "free" they would simply switch the tires back which is more work than resetting. I know because I looked it up on YouTube. Spoke to a manager and he said the my would do it for free despite what the other guy fought me on but I didn't want them touching my car again. Sure enough it took me 15 minutes. That's the last time I do business with this company. Also, one of their employees laughed at me when he realized a girl own a truck (that was awkward). read more

I walked in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment the Saturday before July 4th so I expected to wait a bit. This is a new location and the space is clean and nice. Definitely an upgrade from the SR-84 location which is now closed. The service guys were friendly and honest about the wait time. I left my car and walked over to get coffee. When I returned they recommended additional service so I agreed. The wait wasn't that bad and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I usually hate taking my car in for service because I feel most places try to scam you. I left there happy and confident about the work that was done to my car. read more
