It was a Monday afternoon driving back from work my rear tire got a metal that punctured the tire. I had a replacement tire and couldn't move until got it replaced since my car does not come with a spare wheel. I Called ASAP Xtreme tire to request an emergency service. My wife is a magnet for construction nails, screws and anything that will puncture rubber. In no less than 6 months of purchasing her a new 2025 Escalade, we have had three flat tires (two of which are the same tire...). Nonetheless, our "go to" is always Extreme Tires as they come to our house within hours and save the day for less than $100. Extreme Tires should really rebrand themselves as ExtremeLY reliable, Extreme Lifesavers and ExtremeLY competent. We had a little hiccup on the highway running over a massive brick that was randomly in the middle of the highway ran over by other drivers. Human thing to do: panic. After getting our donut put on we of course needed to replace the tire. At least that's what we thought. The damage was bigger than that and it turns out the rim was extremely bent on the inside. A brand new rim would be way too costly and we couldn't just replace the tire. Now what? Thank goodness for Extreme Tires. They were so honest (and have been extremely reliable in the past). They checked out the rim and weren't even too sure if they'd be able to restore it back due to the extreme damage here. Despite that, they sent out the tire and rim to the technician and either way they'd take a look to see if it was doable. No charges were due just to check it out. Turns out, they were able to get their magic and with the careful and thorough work of their wheel repair technician, they were able to get it back to it's original shape. Unfortunately, the tire had to go. They were honest about it too and explained everything and the damage of driving with the tire. Despite having to have an unexpected additional cost to replace a tire, they really gave us a good deal and took care of our issue, went above and beyond to explain things and made sure my parents car was taken care of. All in all, we're just thankful for be massive concrete brick on the road didn't cause more damage or any harm to us. Tires and things are replaceable, and, with Extreme Tires, you're in extremely great hands. Also. I totally extremely overused the extreme word. But for real. I would not recommend. Had a flat but needed a rim replacement instead. They said they would come back again at three instead they called after four saying that they were unable to do it and would send someone out at the next day. The following day the guy came out said they messed up putting the tire on the previous day and in order for him to take it off they would have to break a piece of the wheel stud and said they contemporarily put one on but I would need a replacement to bring it to the shop another day. At that point I already missed too much work so I went Saturday and waited three hours for them to replace it. It looks like a chop job the rim doesn't even look new it looks like it's spray-painted and it's not even worth going back I'm going to a different mechanic to have them check out the work the rim and every piece they touched. I would never let this company touch my car again now. Instead of replacing all the pieces they broke they just gave me a cheap piece and the value is less than the piece they broke. Take your car somewhere else otherwise use this company at your own risk. I'm just waiting back from another mechanic if I should go to small claims to get my money back. Came on a Saturday morning when they opened and was able to see me quicky. They take credit card. They take appointments. It gets busy so it's recommended. I had a tire with an airleak. It's $10 for a plug, $25 for a patch. And they have used tires for $35. New tire for my vehicle. $72 I asked to check if it can be fixed. They said no, so my tire got replaced. I asked for a used tire and they had one in stock. I was done in an hour. Unfortunately, the used tire was defective and leaked air, so I can back an hour later. They apologized, and immediately saw me. They had a new tire for my vehicle. They were super nice and applied price I paid for the used tire and applied it to the new tire, so I just paid the difference. Great service. I'd come back for my tire needs. read more

I called Extreme tires on a whim a month or so ago. I successfully drove my tires to a fully bald state. It had spots where the metal filaments in the tire were poking through even. I was planning on a small weekend roundtrip and decided It was officially too dangerous to go far without new tires. I called around and got quotes. Some were high and a few were around the same rate. Extreme Tires was a few bucks higher than the cheapest, but the gal on the phone said they would driver to wherever I was and change them in that spot for just a couple bucks more. As their shop was a solid hour away round trip my math said it was way smarter to let them drive my way. The truck pulled up right around the time he said he would be here. I offered to move it to smoother ground but he said no worries and immediately got to work on the truck. I went in the house for a few minutes and when I came out he had already jacked up the truck and had half the wheels off! Impressive for sure. My first time using this shop and I had a somewhat big job done.. lift kit and wheels on my truck. The shop quoted me about half of what every other shop did and did a great job installing. The truck looks great and rides great. The day after I got the truck back, there was a noise coming from the rear suspension. The shop took it back immediately and corrected the issue in a timely manner. The staff were all very professional and helpful. EXTREMELY DISSATISFYING experience at Extreme Tires in Sunrise Fl. Brought my pristine BMW M3 there to repair a minor scratch on the rim. Anticipating the high quality repair and professional service that they advertise. It was a disaster. I was told the car would be repaired in 24 hours. Then told they needed an additional day. When I arrived for pickup no employee inspected the repair with me. I drove 2 miles and had to pull into a parking lot because my tire pressure was indicating less than 15 pounds of pressure!!!!! This is a TIRE PLACE The shop sent a technician to meet me. Then I saw the poor quality repair done on my rim. It looked like the rim was painted with an ordinary everyday paintbrush! I was told it wasn't their fault because the rim was "sent out" for repair. The shop refused to stand behind their work, I was denied a refund, and dismissed by the Service Department. I had to have the entire repair redone at another repair shop and received no satisfaction from this business. I'm grossly disappointed with the poor quality of work, unprofessional customer service, lack of attention to details and overall disregard for customer satisfaction. AVOID! Took 5 hours to get new set of tires. Had to go back to re-balance. Filthy, rude environment. Nowhere to sit, and God forbid you have to go to the bathroom. Employees treat cars like gorillas treat Samsonite luggage. Knocked logo off my rim and didn't even tell me about it. Complained to boss - and I have bought dime bags off less skeevy-looking guys - and he's like "What do you want me to do?" I say, "Well, they're $15 from Ford." Being busy is one thing but everyone standing around gathered around a desk in front of customers joking is a whole other issue. Our SUV was in serious need of NEW TIRES. They called to let us know our product was in and after waiting an hour and 45 minutes watching several people come and go we finally asked when they may get to us.
