I almost didn't call them because like many, I was under the impression that they were a tire store. But I soon found out that the "plus" stood for full services. Tires Plus Sawgrass not only beat everyone's estimate, but they gave me a same-day appointment which others would not do. Now, before you assume they were dead--they weren't! They were fully staffed and the customers flowed all day into the evening! Everyone I encountered (and observed) are professional and most of all, genuinely caring and willing to go the extra mile, pun intended, to help their customers get quality service at the lowest competitive cost. They also offer a drive now, pay later option for your auto service and tires through their Tires Plus Credit Card and the Tires Plus Mastercard which I completed digitally and took less than three minutes. Having been a victim of fraud, I also felt peace of mind that my personal data was kept entirely confidential--between me and the company only. Sure enough, I took the SAME tire (only 4 months old!) to another shop, and they repaired it for $12. The nail had barely gone through -- it was absolutely fixable. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. This is a deceptive and unethical business practice. I essentially paid $305 for something I didn't need. To make matters worse, when I called to speak with a manager, I was told they weren't available and no contact information could be provided. Very disappointing experience. I would not trust this location.
