Great service, great people, what could have been terrible was only a glitch because of everyone here. I came out from a restaurant to see my tire totally flat and discover that I didn't have a jack or a donut tire in my car. When I called and explained that I had an important appointment very soon, they quoted me a price to come out to my car with a jack and remove the tire and bring it back to the shop, fix/replace and bring back to my car. When they looked at the tire, they discovered it was repairable (cheaper) when they could have easily charged me for a new tire and more if they were dishonest like so many mechanics are. There are a lot of good mechanic and tire places nearby, then there's Nova. They are dangerously unprofessional and not reliable at all. I wish I had never made the mistake of bringing my car here. What a disaster and an expensive one at that. Please do yourself a favor and look for a different place. There's tons of nearby choices, don't make the same mistake that I made. Now let me say there are a few comments below mine that I have read which stated how bad this place was, now after reading this I should have stop so this is totally my fault and a shoot to the foot. And that wasn't done all you did was turn off the lights on the dashboard. You can't tell me what was done because there is a camera in the car and I know what and wasn't done to my car, it records in real time fyi. But I had to troubleshoot it myself. And found that the undercarriage cover is missing that's for starters, and the break sensor for the driver side is also missing. And it's crazy because you guys knew that and was trying to treat me like I'm stupid. You have no idea that I work on my own car. Because I can't or don't have time to do this job I paid you to work on the upper and lower controls arms I know what it take to get the job done and I definitely didn't have the time to do that. But in return you mess up my car and didn't tell me or try to fix it. Beware!! I bought a Groupon for an oil change only to find out they were out of business! Why are they still selling oil changes on Groupon?

Really wanted to like these guys. The check engine light came on my Son's SUV. Drove to Sawgrass Ford but the line was massive. Took the truck to Nova instead. Their estimate was $2400 for new plugs, ignition coils, transmission fluid, etc., etc. I told them for that kind of cost I would need a second opinion. Took it back to Ford. They told me we likely got bad gas and suggested filling with premium. We did, the problem went away. Sawgrass Ford didn't even charge for the diagnostic! I even asked Ford if there was anyway the diagnostic code could have led to the recommendations I received from Nova and they said no. I called Nova Tires back to discuss and request a refund of the diagnostic fee I paid them. Said someone in management would call me back. Its been weeks and never heard anything. Dishonest business and poor customer service! Avoid! read more

This is the second time I visited this location. Had made an appointment for an oil change, was taken on time. This place is the best you can have coffee, tea and water watch TV and sit in a massage chair. Who could ask for anything more. And they kept me up-to-date on what other issues I might have going on with my vehicle and suggestions I might need in the future, no hard-sell whatsoever. Friendly guys, and very clean. The manager there with the colorful hair damaged my rims , I took my car and spoke with the fat guy to at works in the front and told the dude , please do not damage the rims , he said no problem we will take care of the car , when I get the car back , would you look at it , the rims are damaged but the thing that I found soooo confusing is that only 1 of the rim was damaged not the other one , so they actually tried on the first rim but the second one they didn't even bother to be careful , why the first one but not the second one ? Either or , they didn't help me on fixing the issue so if you want to go to a place that doesn't care about your own property then this is the place for you , but do everyone a favor and don't go here , that rainbow haired manager was no help at all and at the end of everything laughed at me , would never ever recommend this place to anyone read more

Worst place to take your car to I brought my company work van to nova tire to do wheel alignment back in May 2023 after leaving the shop I called the shop and I told the person at the front desk the alignment was bad so the employee at the front desk Told me you can bring it Back whenever I have time and I have explained to him that sometimes is hard for us to come back because it's a work van. It's always on the road. So he have already told me about the six month warranty on the alignment so when I called I told him if I bring it back after the six months is that gonna be a problem he literally told me it's OK you could bring it back after six month it's OK as long as you bring it one more time that's it so the warranty covers for one more time So now the employee is no longer working there and it's been pass six months I want to redo my alignment again and now they told me it's past six months, and you cannot do it under the warranty and that I had to repay again, and I have explained to them, but I guess my word doesn't matter read more

Avoid all autoshops in the sawgrass area. These clowns dont do any of the work you actually ask them. You guys clearly dont do full alignments and yet want to charge as if you do. Asked for an oil change and y'all overflowed the tank. Then after my false aligment was done, they tried to tell me I need my spark plugs replaced. The hyundai dealership changed my spark plugs a month ago, so now im in this weird position where I feel like I cant trust ANY mechanic shop anymore. Last time im ever going to this place. Beware!! Misleading and distrust. Bought a Groupon for $48 on an $89 syn blend change. First strike was telling me they can't honor since car is full syn which is not true per car specs. Been using syn blend for last 60k miles. Second strike they are charging me over the groupon because special labor and special filter, another lie it is just a filter from Advance auto parts and not stated on groupon. Third strike is that they did tire rotation, which did not. They offered but was in a hurry for work to do it and did not wanted have another set back early AM. I could understand the charge of extra oil quart since it was a limitation of the groupon. The rest is just bad business. Feel sorry for people that do not know anything about cars. Please don't offer what you can't commit and don't lie. Worst is that outside there was a sign with lower price. I imagine was for a lawnmower or I fail to do my homework. read more

By far the worse place you can go to for window tinting! This place use to be Tint World as it has recently changed to Nova Tires & Beyond. I took my car here to get the windows tinted as it turned out to be a nightmare. Within days after the grace period of the tint there were excessive bubbles I noticed and dirt under the tints as they did not clean the windows prior to tinting. I went back to them after one week In person and informed them the tints were awful as they still had bubbles and the windows were not cleaned prior to tinting. The manager did not even acknowledge the problem instead the window tint installer saw what of a bad job he did and immediately started to remove the tint and redo them over. I waited about 6 hours for him to take the old tint off and do them over as the job was worse than he did the first time. Six days later there were not only bubbles but chemical all dried up over my brand new car door panels and excessive water pockets in the back window of the car. This place has no business doing window tints and the guy that is tinting the car is apparently from New York as he likes to tell people it takes 30 days for tints to dry. Well this is South Florida where is it 80 plus degrees not 20 and it never takes that long as I owned several vehicles and had them tinted only taking about 3 to 4 days to fully dry. Avoid this place and take your car somewhere else. Look at the review below me same incident as me which proves they should not be tinting cars at all. read more

Our car was running rough with check engine light on. Went to this place to get it diagnosed. Their master technician comes up with all four O2 sensors, spark plugs, ignition coils, and air filters need to be replaced. The spark plugs were just replaced about 3 months before. I told them to just do an oil change and quote for the O2 sensors. Quote for the four O2 sensors was $200 with labor at $800!!!! Had a discussion with them why so expensive and given a whole bunch of bs. Just told them to change the oil and was charged another $115 for the diagnostic fee for a total cost of $210 and waste of 4hrs. Took the car to O'Reilly for a free car diagnostic and received a code for ignition coil needing to be replaced. Bought the ignition coil package for $85 and took car to a honest mechanic who charged $112 for the labor. Car runs normal after the ignition coil package was replaced. Spark plugs, O2 sensors, and air filters replacements were not needed. Don't trust this dishonest and greedy car repair shop. They will charge you for unnecessary repairs and charge outrageous prices. Also, I checked with the honest mechanic for labor for four O2 sensor replacement to compare and was provided with a quote of $200. read more

This is the worst repair shop I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Intoxlizer set me up with an appointment to have the device installed. Nova told me my instrument cluster wasn't working, and for $300 they could fix it.I asked " so for an extra $300 , we're all set?" Pablo said yes, so I agreed. That was on a Tuesday. Wednesday, I got a call that they had pulled the cluster, and couldn't fix it. Wanted $575 for a new one. A rebuild costs $125, but they didn't want to do that. Also, it would cost $3500 for all the other safety items . Master cylinder has rust in it(it doesn't) serpentine drive belt needs replacing(it's 3 years old) tie rod ends front suspension parts (old, but working fine). I said "no thanks. That's more than the car is worth. Just put my cluster back."Normally, a service station should have started with the visual safety checks before tearing out your dashboard for 300 bucks. If they had told me it would cost me 3k for visual mechanical issues, I'd have never authorized fixing the instrument cluster.I paid them their money, to Tiffany, who got an approval from her boss, over the phone.had to talk to the GM,Leonardo Abra, who was very upset that I was able to pay over the phone. I did this because after paying, they refused to release my car to my tow driver.tow driver told me they were still yelling at poor Tiffany for taking my payment over the phone when he finally picked up the car. When I got my car back, they had destroyed my dashboard, about $2000 worth of damage.I'm going to contacting the state attorney general, and sue them for damages . Sorry about the wall of text. i came here because it was the nearest shop and it said it had a 4 star rating. i needed a single tire replacement after having one of my tires blow nearby. i was originally told that it was gonna take thirty minutes but apparently it was a misunderstanding because even though i told them my tire blew they thought i wanted it fixed not replaced so after that was discussed again they told me that the cheapest tire they could do for me was a final total of 146 dollars. so after giving them 3 1/2 hours i came back to pick up my car they had my clipboard with my keys ready at the front and i paid the total, i walked out to find my car parked in the same spot with nothing done to it. after going back in and talking with them it took them yet another hour to finally replace a single tire. extremely disappointed in their service and the ways that all but the original guy i had dealt with seemed dismissive to the fact that they had made me wait almost four hours pay almost 150 for a single tire and still than have to wait an additional hour because of the lack of attention given to their work or rather lack of. i would not recommend this store. read more
