Exceptional experience. My BMW 535 ×Drive had water in the engine and was unable to drive. In most cases the engine would be unrepairable. Heard loud noise in my convertible when top was up at speeds of 70 mph. The gasket housing had to be replaced, and it seemed the entire bracket had 'bowed' slightly. They diagnosed the issue and resolved it. I also elinquired about replacing the headlights, I have a late model Mercedes and the Mercedes price was outrageous. Motronix cleaned, not sure how, the headlights for less than a third of the parts from Mercedes. They told me and I totally agree, the headlights look brand new. As a result my car looks totally refreshed. Very very happy with the quality of the work. Price is always an issue, I paid what I thought was a very reasonable and fair price. My experience was first class, I found this shop online and also buy a local porsche dealer, I went online on a sunday and was able to get an appointment on Monday for a 2010 Porsche 911 Turbo that I was planning to purchase that day , They took the car in at 10AM and went thru the complete car , panels of the bottom of the car , I mean a complete inspection , I was so impressed by there knowledge and honesty , I ended up buying the Porsche based on their evaluation , also I found a great team to work on my car when needed , they also pushed me to get service records to they know everything . My 2013 Audi Q7 has had a few issues since I arrived in Florida and I was lucky to have found Motronix to take care of my car. Manny and Renato were great, the service, speed and value of the work completed (seized alternator and shredded timing belt) exceeded my expectations. While no repair is ever welcome, having these guys at least helped me know that it was being dealt with by quality professionals and just good human beings. THANK YOU guys. Be aware of what they charge you at this store. The guy told me on the phone $175 for inspection and when I towed th3 car to this store its $214 all of a sudden with "supplies BS" and sales tax. Knowing that the car needs OEM battery beforehand he still decided to "inspect" and force me to tow it there and pay a fortune. The prices are even higher than Mercedes-Benz dealership. I don't recommend this auto shop to any potential client unless you want to waste your money. ONCE YOU SIGN ON ANY SE4VICE ORDER CHECK THE AMOUNT because that's their bargain to force you to pay or pay more to tow your car without fixing it which is what I decided to do. read more

I have been taking my 2015, E400 Mercedes Benz Coupe for about 5 years to Motronix for service and unexpected repairs. Last month I had my front wheel thrust repaired and didn't understand why I kept hearing noise when I turned the steering wheel. Mr. Renato assured me they will inspect the car thoroughly and he didn't charge me for the inspection. Thank God they found the issue was a defective thrust. He could have lied and told me something different and charged me for something else. I really appreciate Mr. Renato for being honest. My Mercedes drives smoothly like it's a brand new car. This used to be a good shop. With the new management, it's turned into yet another rip-off auto repair place. You'll be faced with expensive replacements far before the manufacturer calls for even inspecting the part (timing belt replacement on a car with less than 40k on it) and incompetent repairs that I needed to have re-done at another shop. I can afford to waste time (retired) and over $1k. If you can't, or prefer not to, avoid this place. read more

Watch out for these guys. Cheap parts and continued returning for shoddy work. I spent well over 1000 dollars on engine mounts that were not needed. Brakes now squeek like a school bus on my BMW. Took back and they said nothing wrong...have a nice day. Dealership later said thay were knock offs. You will not save any money as opposed to dealer and dealer is and has to be honest. read more

I won't be returning to them. Every repair that I can perform myself I'll be doing just that. I'll buy every special tool that I need. I paid for a service that I never received. I discovered this while doing a repair myself. I paid for a brake flush. Never got it. The fluid was never changed in the reservoir. (Nothing flushed). While in the shop they used scare tactics to get me to spend more money. The negative reputation that has been earned by most shops is well deserved. I took my Mercedes in for a 30,000 mile service and to get the transmission checked out since it was making some weird sounds when shifting. The dealership told me I may have to replace the transmission on a 2010 vehicle. I'm glad I went to Motronix and saved a ton of money and time. I came across Motronix almost 13 years ago after my after several frustrating experiences with the local BMW dealership. After 3 months of problems, 8+ visits to the dealership and a couple grand out of my pocket, they were never able to properly diagnose and repair my car. Fed up with the dealership, I brought my car to Motronix. Within the hour they CORRECTLY diagnosed my issue. They even had one of their employees drop me off at work, and pick me back up in the evening to pick up my properly repaired car. The people here are very honest and thorough and after 13 years, I've never had anything less than excellent service.. P.S. The owner's jokes are very cheesy, but he runs a great business! read more

Well . .bought some tires at Tire rack had them delivered for mounting at Motronix, guess what, my Smart Car normally handles curves at 60MHP or above. Now I cant handle them with new Hankook. The offset must be terribly wrong. I don't run OEM rims if the mechanic didn't notice the 17" rims then hes blind. I will be back for an adjustment today or tomorrow. I will post the outcome. I have an appointment with my Mercedes dealership on Saturday. If Motronix cant fix it MB dealer will. PS they charged $33.00 per tire + tax. =$69.96, they did replace a light blub for free. read more

Friendly staff, great waiting room, and they did a wonderful job repairing my 2006 BMW 3 series. They are trustworthy, and I did not at all feel ripped off during any point. Car was finished in a reasonable amount of time, with no BS added on fees or parts, and my car has been running like new ever since. After unpleasant and expensive experiences at the local Mercedes dealer, a friend referred me to Motronix. It is a bit more of a drive for me, but that is more than compensated by the much lower overhead they pay and is part of the savings they pass on to customers like me. I never thought I would use "Honest" and "car repair" ij the same sentence. But they were fantastic - right down to every single employee. The two guys at the front desk have been there for quite awhile and patiently take notes on every little problem you think your car might have. Rather than try to upsell and burn you for more money at every point, they give you an honest assessment with the alternatives when available. The mechanics are great about explaining things and educating versus blindly running up the bill. In one case my AC was out in August after a trip up to Orlando. When I checked in for that problems and others (The car is a 3003 convertible) they told me it would 200 for the AC diagnostics - which would be deducted form any repair work or if they had to flush the system., Florida in August - what can you say - just do it!! When they got a look at the car - they realized there was nothing wrong with the AC - just the ignorant driver (yes - that would be me) who accidentally hit the emergency compressor switch which shuts off the compressor in order to conserve energy. When I checked out - I also had the 50,000 mile maintenance and some other small things done, they had deducted the "AC Diagnostics" off the bill. There is no doubt in my mind the "Dealership" that I used to go to would have just flushed the system for 800 - 1200, hit the emergency compressor button and I never would have known the difference - except for my depleted bank account. But the story does not end there - the guy in back who washes the cars when you pick up - he was fantastic - not just the usual quicky, but vacuumed inside and more importantly - he power-washed the 4 wheels and blasted out 10 years of accumulated road dirt and brake pad dust. I was so happy with his work and friendly conversation, I gave him an unsolicited $20 tip! The other thing I have noticed is whenever I get the car back from them it handlse tight and right - like a brand new car. What else can I say - they clearly have a philosophy of educating and building long term customers. This approach seems to start at the top and permeate its way throughout the business. They have Christian values of honesty, hard work and take pride in their work. The only reason I don't recommend them to more people is - I don't know more Mercedes Benz drivers!! read more

These guys are completely out of there mind with there prices, they want $800 to change 2 valve cover gaskets! they must be smoking crack! since I work right next door to them ,I figured it would be more convenient for me than taking it to my regular mechanic that is out of my way, my guy only wants $380 for the same job! read more

I had my car serviced there based on a recommendation from a friend. Very friendly, courteous and explained thoroughly what needed to be done, what could wait and how much it would cost. Repairs on any German car is not cheap but I was shocked at the cost to change three gaskets. I was hoping they were being sincere and that this was truly what needed to be done. Great service but the cost was crazy. My husband brought in his car and did not receive the same service that I did. One service writer said they could fix the problem, he would take care of us. Then when he brought the car in, they said it would cost at minimum $500 to have it diagnosed. That was never explained to us. So he took the car elsewhere to be looked at and the diagnosis was free. read more
