I researched, on-line, several sites comparing the Crown Evolution tire vs my old tires, and was happy with what I found out about them. I even found a video on YouTube that compared the two types of tires and it explained why the Crown was such a good tire. The price of the tires offered to me was excellent, and considerably less than the other tire companies had verbally offered. Then, even better, Hollywood Tire offered to drive me home after dropping off my car and they picked me up the next day. What great service! Their receipt advises me to have my tires rotated every 5,000 miles and the receipt also says, and I quote: "We sell new tires major brands with free installation & balance with purchase of 4 new tires, we guarantee lifetime rotation & 50% discount on front alignment." Stands behind his work which is non existed at other places in south Florida. Second visit, took my Mercedes GLE there after it started leaking oil 10 minutes before closing. He was able to open up the hood and had a good idea as to what could be the issue. Called me first thing in the morning with a diagnosis and a price. The valet at the front is ALWAYS RUDE. I have never came to this part of the dealer and had a pleasant experience. This sucks because BMW for me is a better car, better drive, better everything. But having to deal with this service department specifically SUCKS. DO BETTER., customer service is important. I know two people personally that went to Mercedes and Range Rover after having to deal with this specific locations service department. Note to the valet, customer service is important, stop rushing people just so you can go back to the little table and talk to your coworkers or be on your phone.
