I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I brought my vehicle here for routine maintenance -- brake pads and rotors. Prior to this service, my vehicle drove smoothly and showed no signs of mechanical problems. The only issue was the worn brake pads service light, which was on and needed to be reset. Immediately after leaving the shop, my vehicle began making a loud and disturbing noise from the front end. I returned the same day and drove with the mechanic, who heard the noise. He then placed the vehicle on the lift and said he inspected the calipers; however, the tires were never removed and the inspection was strictly visual. After this, I was told that both wheel bearings were cracked and was quoted additional repairs. I told the mechanic that I had never experienced wheel bearing issues before, the vehicle had never made this noise, and there were no prior symptoms suggesting this type of failure. To ensure my safety, I took the vehicle to the dealership for a recall inspection. During that inspection, dealership technicians found missing brake caliper bolts on the passenger side and a loose caliper bolt on the driver side, which they identified as a serious safety hazard. The dealership replaced the bolts free of charge due to safety concerns and documented the findings with photos. After leaving the dealership, the noise was completely resolved. Additionally, the dealership did not find any cracked wheel bearings and did not recommend wheel bearing repairs, directly contradicting what I had been told earlier. When I brought this information back to the shop, responsibility was denied, and there was speculation that the vehicle may have been tampered with after leaving, despite the timing and third-party documentation. I am grateful the dealership caught and corrected this before an accident occurred. Unfortunately, due to the safety risk involved and how this situation was handled, I would not recommend this shop for brake repairs. read more

DECEPTIVELY NICE!!! They will rip you off. They charge $125 per hour, which is fair... but the number of hours they charge is absurd. 1 hour for simple diagnostics: this takes 1 minute with an OBD2 sensor. 4 hours to remove the intake: this takes 20 minutes, look it up on YouTube Parts: they charged me $125 for parts, when I found the same part for $20 on auto zone down the street. I went in person because I got sketched out on the phone. I went to my car, they said they had replaced the wiring and had already charged me for it, but in fact they did not change the wiring. It was so obvious when the guy at the front desk and the guys in the back said "it's the new part" and "it's the old part" about the same damn part. Had I left my car there for longer, the charges would have only gotten higher from these scammers. If you know what you're doing, I would recommend them though as they are capable of fixing things very quickly and they are in all honestly very nice (but will take advantage of you). Just be careful and buy your own OBD2 off Amazon. read more

Hours before leaving the country lights just start going off on my dash as I drive south on 95. It's super early so I just look for anyplace that is is open. I first see this place. One man stops me and asks a few questions. Says he can help, takes my keys, and another man walks me inside. The place doesn't have much of a waiting room but random items on the mall kept me occupied until them came back to update me. I was told that I have some type of lea. It wasn't code red serious but I was advised that I should get it looked over soon. I just have an overdue oil change and then get myself to the airport. (Starting work wouldn't have been possible even if I was available since owner? was heading out to godson's graduation?). So definitely call ahead if coming from far. On that day I just put " awesome care" as a review draft. He wrote a detailed description of the issue so that work could easily be identified for later. And in plain speech explained it for me. I brought in My '72 VW bus in to have a Gilmore Enterprises A/C system installed as well as a new muffler. Their Air cooled VW specialist Dale did an outstanding job! I used this place to verify if a vehicle was in good working condition before purchased and they told me that the car was in perfect working condition and had no issues. Later I discovered they were incorrect and the car had a leaky oil gasket that needed major repair. They guaranteed me that the car had no issues and they were incorrect. This is not a reliable mechanic and their professional opinion was proven incorrect by several other mechanics, who showed me the oil sludge built up, that was very apparent from the leak. I went down to Fort Lauderdale a day before New Years and my truck was grinding on turns, so much so that it stopped the car in motion. I needed to return to work the next day so I had to get the car looked at immediately and locally. I searched local shops and was met with nothing but resistance. As soon as I called circle care auto, the owner and the only individual working at the time spoke with me very nicely and told me to bring the car by. He was extremely helpful and nice on a day that was not going the best and I will forever be thankful for that. He then took a look at the truck immediately and discovered in just 15 minutes the issue. It was a small issue and user error but he didn't charge me anything for the visit. I was in town with my father to look at a used RV that I found on craigslist. The vehicle I was viewing was old and the gentleman selling it seemed like a fast talker. We decided we needed a second opinion so I called up Circle Car Care and spoke with Ira. He was getting ready to close the shop down for the weekend and told me I could come in on Monday for a full RV inspection. After I explained to Ira that I was only in town that day, he agreed to keep the shop open to help me out! As soon as we arrived Ira met us out front to talk about what I was looking for in the RV. I am planning on taking a trip across country in the RV this summer, alone. Ira did the initial review of the vehicle and within about 15-20 min. he pulled my father and I aside. He explained that the RV needed a lot of work to be safe for such a long journey. He gave me an option to finish the full inspection but strongly recommended that I do not make the purchase. Ira walked us through the condition of the vehicle and we agreed we would not make the purchase. Then Ira only charge me for a portion of the inspection since we reached a decision before the full inspection was complete. He even gave me a few pointers of where I should look to find the RV I am looking for. My father and I were both impressed by Ira's honesty and kindness. That shop is a pure fraud. First estimate was $600 for a leaking radiator. Than they called me and told me that other parts (pumps etc.) are broken too. They billed me a new pump, but installed the old one after a bad repair. Then the pump broke after a few miles (before I never had trouble with it except a little noise). They tried to fixed it again and told me it is again a new pump. 2 miles later it broke again. Now I have a new pump and it works but is leaking. Other parts that they installed fall down due tue missing screws. That shop never again and protect yourself by avoid them in a big bow. We made a lot of photos after the first repair to proof that they tried to betray me. Now it goes to the police etc. That guys has to be out of business. read more
