We got into a car accident and needed help working with our insurance and getting our car repaired. They had wonderful customer service and were very helpful. I would recommend to anyone. read more

This could be the best body shop in the world but if you drive an older car and you are paying out of pocket don't think about going here as they apply the same rigid standards across the board whether your car is a brand new Bentley or a 10 year old Toyota Corolla. I was told by their estimator that they are not a butcher shop which I did not think they were but having spent 45 years in the collision industry, I am aware that you can make concessions on how you go about repairing a car and not sacrifice the integrity of the repair. I guarantee you they are making plenty of concessions with the insurance companies they are dealing with. read more

I have taken my BMW and other vehicles to be repaired at Eddies Collision and they have always done a great job. Recently, I had a coolant leak on my BMW and they found the leak and replaced the faulty parts. I felt they were fair with the price and a good value. I also brought my BMW for a collision repair and they made sure Progressive provided the actual BMW parts instead of after market. read more

I can't say enough about this place. I have brought 2 cars to be repaired by Eddie's, both have come back flawless. The customer service is excellent from start to finish. Both vehicles looked brand new after being repaired. I'll never take my cars to anyone else and I always highly recommend this shop. 100% professional all the way! read more

Eddies Dimeglio's collision experts is exactly that. Family owned and operated. And experts they are. It's not just in their work it's in their attitude and respect and honesty they bring to their business. If you're not happy they fix it. Been going to them for 20 years. Always fair and do a good job. Even after 3 years of a job they did there was a slight imperfection they redid it with out a blink of an eye. Total professionals and very very nice people. They recently added their son Eddie Jr. who has taken over custom work. And they pay attention to detail. Best of all they are fair priced. Also for insurance claims they deal with the insurance company's and take the hassle away from you. They are in Davie florida so if you are anywhere in south florida and need bodywork done they are the place. read more

After reviewing the pictures I was sent, please disregard my previous review. Apparently he works for State Farm, and Lincoln and with that said he planned on restoring a six year old car to factory new condition. Basically rebuild the whole car and I would have gotten it back in the year never. So he basically did the right thing by estimating the work as a remanufacture, for his sponsors, and as a side note me. read more

So grateful! Dimelio's Collision Experts put on a door handle that three other places were unable to... They were quick, courteous, affordable and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be back! read more

excellent customer service, they call and keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle. truly a family business.

I took my car because it was one of the only places that accepted my insurance. At first, I was a little hesitant because of some of the reviews. However, they did a fantastic job, can't even tell the car was in an accident. The workmanship is great, and Eddie Jr. was responsive. They delivered the car on time. I recommend Eddie's. read more

My husband was hit in the rear and we took it to Eddie's. They are very professional, knowledgable, courteous. The original estimate from the other parties insurance company was done and van brought in for the repair. There was additional damage, they handled it directly with the insurance company, had the van repaired and when we picked it up, my husband was very happy with the outcome. His Van is his baby and keeps it like it is a new vehicle. I would tell anyone involved in an accident or needs body repair, the only place to go is Eddie's. Eddie Jr. is great and the entire staff are fantastic. Thanks Eddie for a great job. read more

I went there for an estimate on a very small job, since I used them before . They said they would get back to me and never did : so I called back and asked for the appraiser , Eddie demilio Jr . They said he would call me back and never did . Even if he wasn't interested in the job I expect a common courtesy . read more

Worst body shop I have ever used. 1) It took them five weeks to repair my car. Each time I asked about the car, they gave me a different excuse (lie). 2) The work was substandard. I could have had better work done from a fly-by-night warehouse repair shop. The line where the rear quarter panel was welded to the rear post had a visible line that began to rust so it caused bubbles in the paint. I took it back and they said they repaired. The same thing has happened now, only it is much worse than the first time. 3) The paint job was substandard with all kinds of orange peel visible. I hesitate to take it back to have the problem fixed because I know it will take several weeks for them to complete the job. Whatever you do, do not have this shop repair your car. read more

4 star review only because - DONT TURN OFF PEOPLES AUTO HEADLIGHTS. My father relies on this and you turned off his headlights and he drove home in the dark - didn't realize until he pulled in. Why turn the knob for this to the off position?? Don't touch things that have nothing to do with the service. SMH.. read more

Eddie Dimeglio's Collision Shop was highly recommended by acquaintances. When we called the front office for information, we spoke with Crystal who gave us all the information we needed and, from that initial contact, we realized that this was the place to go. We brought the car in for assessment, we met Sean, and we were equally or more impressed with his professionalism. The job was, first of all, completed in a timely manner, but we were most pleased with the end result. We were amazed at the quality workmanship and the beautiful appearance of the vehicle. We would not hesitate to recommend Dimeglio's Body Shop to all. If you need auto body repair work, this is the place to go. Gene and Fay read more

Even though I just had a little fender bender, Mike, and all the other employees at Eddie's treated me like a very important customer. They had me in and out quickly for both my estimate and the body work, which was completed within a day and a half. Not only that, my car has never looked better. When I picked it up, both the interior and the outside of my car were washed! Thank you Eddie DiMeglio's! read more

Great service expert repair no need to search anywhere else they deliver perfection ,satisfaction guaranteed

Paid good money for horrible services. Service writer Maria has no customer service skills. My vehicle was returned to the shop twice and is still not repaired. Hindsight is 2020 and I don't know how this company has such a good rating on yelp. Very misleading. I have a punch list of 17 items that were not corrected on my vehicle after a minor accident. All 17 items were approved by the insurance adjuster and paid to this company. Nothing short of theft. read more

Worst body shop ever! All the 4- or 5-star reviews are family members and friends boosting their stars. They have had my husband's car for 9 weeks! with little to NO UPDATE! Sean the shop manager is completely unprofessional and frankly a tire kicking liar!! This shop is a graveyard for cars. They are clearly greedy and take on cars from Geico claims to make tons of money and barely do any work. Such a disappointment. read more

Okay, I went in to get an estimate on my 2008 Lexus LS 460. I wasn't looking to spend a crazy amount of money on a new paint job because after all the car is 12 years old. I am looking to keep this car for at least 5-8 yrs tops. So I figured why not give it a new look since it's a ''Betsy Beige" old lady color. This car only has 47k miles on it. However, like I said it's 12 years old. Anyway, I'm waiting in the waiting area and this service guy goes over to this old man and tells him right in front of everyone what the estimate was on his car. Well, when he got the shocking over priced quote this man had this embarrassed look on his face as to how tell this man that he can't afford this price? I have to say, even I was shocked. It was such minimal work. On to me. I showed the estimator my car which has absolutely no dents. I was expecting that the price would be around $5k. when the guy looked at it, he said the start would be 5K. Start? There's absolutely nothing wrong with this car, it was practically flawless. He said that they don't know until they get under it. And if I wanted a 3 stage color it would be more. Now I understand the lingo because my ex boyfriend had a body shop and he taught me a lot so I'm no dummy. So we go back inside and he takes me away from the others (which you're supposed to do) and went over his estimate. $8,300.00. What the heck? I swear the way this guy talked to me was as if I was an idiot. "Well you have to understand that we have to take apart the whole car and it will take 4 weeks to complete. 4 weeks??? What am I paying rent or something? I told him that I don't want all that. Just tape it off and paint it a top of the line 3 stage color. That's it. "Nope, he said. We have a high reputation here". I know, that's why I'm here but give the customer what they want. I truly believe he just didn't want to do the car because it was older. I went to another place after and they said that the guy had some nerve quoting me on an old car like that. They quoted me $5.5k and an 8 year warrantee. That's exactly what I want. Plus he takes apart the whole car. And he has a 4.9 rating on Yelp. It's really sad. I never met Eddie but I know his son. His son is a sweetheart and I'm sure Eddie Sr. is too but to get a hold of them is like going through Pentagon Clearance. I hope Eddie sees this review and finds out that one of his guys has no care for his business. read more

Experience started off decent. Nice employees and advisor. Progressive approved to have work done on vehicle but for half of the damages. And said for the other half they need to water test the vehicle to find the leak. Instead of notifying us that the leak was located but would have to be covered under a separate claim they went ahead and performed the work. Now we unknowingly had to pay 2 claims we didn't have the money for. If we would have been advised properly and kept up to date via communication we would have only gotten the issue with the water leak fixed. After we got the car back almost 2 months later. The car was dirty. Finger prints all over the driver side windows and dust and grime all over the inside of windshield. The trunk that was repaired was filthy and had black spots all over it. The rear bumper that was replaced has a paint chip on the driver side where it meets the rear quarter panel. The trunk lid is not properly aligned and has different gaps on either side. Both driver side doors were replaced and the tint on both driver side doors is scratched and even scratches on the outside of the window glass as well. There is overspray on the driver side headlight. The front bumper still has a scratch on the driver side. The more I drive the car the more I notice... honestly this is horrible quality repairs and I would never go back or recommend anyone to go. I have more pictures I will be adding to this review later. read more

I can't thank Eddie's enough for getting me out of a sticky spot. I learned a valuable lesson about using a phone while driving. I wasn't even texting: looking at the GPS. LEARN FROM ME. That being said: My car was pretty severely damaged although nobody but me was involved and I was okay. My insurance is partnered with Eddie's so here I went. It started with a few phone calls with Donna. She helped set up a tow to get my undrivable car to their shop. I didn't even have to be there; they came and got it for me while I was in clinic. This was such a lifesaver for me seeing as I didn't have to sit around and wait for 4 hours. I went in the next day to sign the paperwork to begin the work and she knew who I was based on the fact that I came in in scrubs. A+ on remembering me and customer service already. She's amazing and my first impression of the place. My adjuster(?) was Mike. He was FANTASTIC from the get go. Gave me an estimated date of about a month (sad face) but it was a very large job with a lot of body work, not just a bumper or buff job. They are a M-F shop so keep that in mind. He was amazing with keeping me up to date and let me know every few days where they were on the work, even when I was out of town. They started work on 11/5 and gave me a promise date of 12/3. I picked her up on 11/24. That was 14 working days for a very chewed up car: the total damage was just under $10,000. Not only was it done a full 6 working days before promised, The work was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I even had a pre-existing bumper dent that was unrelated to the accident (that I confirmed) and they fixed anyway. I was FLOORED that they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me happy and fix this for me. Mike mentioned to me that since they had to paint part of the bumper anyway they would try to take care of it, and they did. I about cried. I highly, highly recommend these guys. The day after I picked up my car, I got a followup call asking me about my satisfaction with the experience of the shop and told them basically what I'm putting in this review. They lifetime guarantee their work even if you move out of the area or have a leased car like I do. They use genuine parts, not aftermarket, and give you an exact breakdown of the work done along with all the insurance paperwork etc. Since this was my first time ever dealing with a car insurance claim (period, and ESPECIALLY of this magnitude), I was expecting a headache and a half. Considering the nature of their business, people tend to be upset and emotional. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. They really do care about their customers, but "don't want to see them again" (Meaning: we hope you don't get into another accident). I didn't get to meet or interact with the famous Eddie, but he's got a good operation going on. A+. read more

Eddie DiMeglio's Collision Experts treated me with transparency and intelligence every step of the way. I received almost daily alerts and a very detailed cost/labor worksheet. My 2019 Audi S4 had been rear-ended requiring new bumper, paint work, and interior parts. Having been treated poorly at other (Audi recommended!) shops, this time I took my business to Dimeglios on an insurance claim because I knew the experience would be different. Anybody who knows me knows I have very high standards and don't give 5-star recommendations easily. I appreciate how their staff has made every accommodation to do the work perfectly and quickly. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. If anyone needs a reference, have them contact me. Thank you! read more
